The space was well furnished and the smaller space was carefully planned. The balcony was exceptional with views of the city and nice breezes. The security for the building is terrific.

My trip was from May 01 – 15, 2021. I really enjoyed my stay. The building was very nice and the apartment was just as advertised. I would stay there again.
I arrived at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday. I took an Uber from the airport to the building. The staff was kind enough to watch my bags in the office while I waited until 3:00pm for the apartment to open. There was an open-air market a block away and the church was having mass. I walked around the church and explored the neighborhood.
Sao Paulo had started opening up two weeks before I arrived. There were about 10% to 20% of the population of 24 Million out in the city. I was able to take an Uber any place I wanted to visit. Most of the entertainment wasn’t open but the restaurants were as well as some museums.
The building staff was very nice an accommodated my lack of Portuguese. We communicated through Google Translate. The weather was cool and the pool wasn’t open. The gym was open in the evenings at about 8pm. There was a small market in which you can download an app and buy small items, food, alcohol through the app. There is also a laundry that seem very easy to use. You needed to download the laundry app, register and you are charged through the app.
The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean, modern and everything was provided as stated in the listing. There was one slight problem with the bathroom. After one call to the manager she sent personnel to fix it the next day. I was single, only one person using the apartment so there was more than enough space. There was also one parking spot in the complex to use if you rent a car. The bed was very comfortable.
The building is located in a neighborhood that isn’t the best. I was told “crack-land” was only a couple of blocks away (4 to 6). The building is close to downtown Sao Paulo which has a lot of crime. However, the building is staffed 24/7 with doorman and office personnel. I felt safe for the entire time I was there. Also, this is Sao Paulo, Brazil which has a wide range of socio-economic areas. The building was quiet at night and the neighborhood was quiet at night as well. I slept with the window open on the balcony most nights.
Rosemari and her staff did a great job at accommodating me in a time with COVID-19. I would recommend this apartment if you want to stay in Sao Paulo.

Property was very clean and in an excellent location. They had around the clock security at the door. Rosemari was an excellent host and fulfilled all of our requests. Communication was outstanding! Will definitely return.

The property has a substantial foot print which makes it easy to find and is located on a busy street so catching a taxi isn't an issue. I found the building to be clean, quiet and well maintained the apartment is no exception the decor is tastefully executed in a modern contemporary style, the high floor and oversized windows makes for great star light dinning or entertaining. It has everything you need for a home away from home feel as it is well equipped with all the essentials needed for basic home keeping. Great Wi-Fi, I never had a problem with slow or interrupted service. The only negatives that I found were in the bed though it was comfortable, the left side of the bed sloped toward the floor and if you are a cook you might be put off by the two burner electric stove top but, who really does major cooking on vacation. Walking around after sunset can be a pearl clutcher for some, a bit daring, unnerving or intimidating to others because of the great number of homelessness in the area. Use common sense and or Uber/taxi and you'll be fine. Would I book again or recommend? Yes.
