Great location of Villa, far from big cities. If you visit it at the end of October, still very warm region of the island. Very spacious, for two families with kids, pool was great and was maintained during the stay, but not daily. Nearby farmers were very nice and allowed us to take fresh fruits directly from the garden. Everything in the villa worked like it should be. Outdoor furniture was changed, no broken seats or anything like that. Big plus of the stay, that we could check in earlier.
Maybe could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall we didn’t had any problems.

Rose Villa is a beautiful Villa that is ideal for families sharing. There is plenty of space, rooms are large with air-conditioning, there are three bathrooms and one large family kitchen and two smaller kitchens. Living room area is huge with comfy sofa, modern TV with applications so you can stream TV in the evening and large table.
Pool is lovely with plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. Beautiful first floor veranda to see the views. A really lovely villa.
The villa is on the side of hills and is quite isolated but the nearby town is 10 mins drive and there are a couple of shops nearby walking distance down a track. But perfect for quiet chilled out location.
The only thing to be aware of this finding the Villa. The directions need to be better especially when travelling in after hours in the dark. So anyone reading this I will try and help!
1. As you come into Agia Marina - look for a Bakers/Lilly Shop. Turn right onto a track BEFORE the shop.
2. Follow the track up to a cross roads about 400m up and turn right.
3. Follow the road for 250m pass a single story white building on the LHS then turn right down a track. Follow back down the windy track for about another 400m and the Villa is on the right.

The villa is absolutely beautiful, spacious, provides lots privacy. We loved the outside seating by the pool and huge terrace with the sea view. The pool was maintained throughout our stay, water warm and clean. The kitchen was also very spacious and fully equipped. The owner was very responsive before and also during the stay, not only to question about the villa and the logistics but also tips for trips etc.
The only minus is the location, which definitely requires renting a car to move around the island. Although it can be also a plus if you are looking for something more private and further away from the tourist crowds but the truth is that the most beautiful sandy beaches are at least ~50 min drive from the villa.

Great size, modern and clean. The air conditioning was a blessing. Pretty well equipped. Host was very responsive.
Not as good as photos as Outside area was very tired especially the rattan furniture. Pool lining was very worn and pool lights didn’t work. Very difficult to find it, no instructions given. Bathrooms needed regrouting and new sealant as a bit grubby. No oven gloves or baking trays or Pyrex dishes.

Nice place to enjoy Cyprus countryside and beautiful nature. Very peacefull and private location, with sea and mountain view, surrounded by olive and lemon trees.
There is a stoney beach a walk away, mini market, bakery, some restaurants, but car is recommended if you want to go to a sandy beaches and other top sights.
AC heating wasn't working in one of the rooms.
Would recommend to provide better blankets in all of the rooms, some had thin and uncomfortable blankets.
Furniture, sunbeds etc. quite worn down, but I guess it's reasonable for the price.
Despite everything we enjoyed our stay.

lovely property very spacious. very close to the beach. swimming pool was fab cooling facilities were great. Very peaceful location. Definitely need a car to get to here. kitchen facilities were very good. lots of chairs, lots of kitchen utensils. most beds were very big double beds in the shared rooms. AC in the rooms were very good, extra payment for AC in the living room. nice areas to sun bathe. living room was comfortable. there was lots of kitchen cupboard space. lots of cupboard space in the room.
getting to the villa is a bit tricky. some of our friends who had a really late flight and used airport taxi really struggled. signs to such a remote villa should be more obvious. we even used the exact GPS location for drivers and they still didn’t manage to find it without us sending our location via WhatsApp to the passengers. the chairs/ showers could have been a little cleaner. at the end of the stay the power went off and making contact with Agni travel was really
difficult as most of their lines close after 6pm thankfully landlord came. there should be a 24/7 helpline for a villa so remote.
sofa bed was confusing as they provided a single child’s bed instead don’t know if that was a mistake. but would not be suitable for a big adult.

really spacious villa with 4 double rooms and large living area. Pool and outside area was very nice and clean again spacious and loads of room for games and the like. beach is about 10 mins walk from the villa.
The oven is pretty poor. we were a family of 8 so cooking for 8 with that oven it’s a little bit of an issue. some of the fittings and furniture is a little worn

The planning of the house is good for a larger group. Quiet and good privacy. Excellent beds and mattrasses. Probably at its best during the warm period.
Actual experience: when we arrived the temperature in the house was close to the temperature outdoors, and outdoor temperature was below 10 C. Even with all the conditioners/heaters switched on (in the bedrooms), we spent the first
evening in the lobby/kitchen in outdoor clothing. By the time we went to bed, bedrooms were more or less ok. It is concrete house, and it takes time to heat up.
What you should do: if the temperatures are low, please, contact the host prior to your arrival, and agree on additional cost to be able to use the conditioners/heaters in the ground floor (additional cost), because (depending on time you realise that you need the heating) it can take more time than you expect.
Also, if you will switch the oven, the heaters, the washing machine simultaneously - you may blow the fuses, not those in the house, but in the fuse box outdoors, next to the other house, about 30 meters from the house. You will have to go there to reset the fuses. Probably there should be an appropriate instruction next to the fuse box in the house. The host is notified about this.
The key of the apartment is fixed to the card that controls the electricity in the whole house: when you leave and remove the card, it switches off everything including the dishwasher (and also the heating), so, you cannot leave the house and leave, for example, the dishwasher running. Ok, you can, but it won't work, and when you will return for the dinner, the dishes will be dirty :) The host is notified about this problem, as soon as the dishwasher is connected to the same power source as the fridge, this nuisance will disappear.

the villa according to booking.com, is in paphos city, which was my destination city. at arrival in paphos before midnight, after a very poor service conversation with emergency agent, which couldnt even send a proper navigation link, i understood the villa is NOT in paphos city !!!!!!!!. and i needed to rent a local hotel for double the price.
agnitravel are refusing to refund my payment!!!

Absolutely stunning location in rural location, with views west to sea and sunsets and East towards hills and Pafos forest, with amazing sun and moon rises ( we were lucky to be there for a full moon ).
The property is very spacious, which has had recent refurb ( new beds, lounge/ dining furniture and most kitchen appliances )
Very quiet except for the cockerels, bliss
Some of o/s furniture needs updating

We were the group of nine (2 famillies) and were very satisfied by staying at Villa Rosa for our vacation of two weeks. Place is in a quiet and peacefull area, with the beautifull view from the terrace where You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the sea. The swimmingpool is being regulary maintained by the owner and its big enough even for two families to enjoy. The cleaning and linen and towels change in the middle of our 2 weeks stay was also a nice gesture. The only thing it could be a little bit improved is the quality of wifi but generally we would greatly recommend staying at Villa Rosa.
It would be nice to improve the quality of wifi.
