Your room is an end unit on the third floor in a quiet building with blackout blinds that operate on a remote- very helpful if you work at night or just like it dark. Your parking spot in the garage is super close to your unit.

People in the building are friendly. You will feel safe here (security onsite).

You can easily walk to shows, bars, and restaurants along the Truckee River. We have security/concierge at the front desk most hours to answer questions or guide you to restaurants.

Your studio is stocked with everything you need! Iron, ironing board, Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dish soap, pots, pans, toaster silverware, glasses, Air Fryer etc. All you need is your food.

The bathroom is also stocked with supplies and cleaning products.

The Queen Bed is comfy and has storage bins available under the bed.

Check-in and check-out by keyless entry and a backup key.
I will show you around and answer any questions.

You have a secure, assigned garage parking spot in the garage.

You have a garage scanner to enter and exit the garage.

You will use a key fob to enter the building, washer/dryers, fitness room and community room.(very safe building)

Washers and dryers are available on the 1st floor and the 4th floor. You will use a wash card - no quarters needed. If you need help figuring it out- there are instructions on the wall, or ask the concierge for assistance.

This unit is in the heart of Reno, near everything! UNR, the Truckee River, all the festivals in the summer, hiking
