The home was beautiful. Thanks for allowing us to stay. There were still coffee grounds left in the coffee pot and there was a blanket piled up on the chest of drawers in the bedroom that wasn’t folded. Besides this everything was great!

Great hideaway close to the historic downtown area. The beds were so comfortable. Everything very clean. Evening on the porch was great. We will definitely come back to this property.

Not bad for the price. Area is a little sketchy. The #1 thing I would add is another couch and maybe even something a full size adult could sleep on.

This is a completely unsafe property for families. It is unsafe for small children. It is also next door to a garbage dump with chickens. It is located on a ledge with only a latch to secure the door. We did not stay here due to safety concerns!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The house is a great location - within walking distance to the downtown Hot Springs area. The house was equipped sufficiently for us to make meals. We weren't sure about the neighborhood but had no issues. The heat was having a hard time keeping up with the freezing temps, but I surely can relate to that!! Good experience!

For one there were still two men at the house when we were suppose to check in. Secondly it was nasty! There was food in the floor, food on the table, the coffee pot was nasty, there was hair in the fridge and in the beds, stains on the sheets, white stuff smeared on the couch. We then had to find somewhere else to stay but due to there being three events in the town the hotels were full. So we had to drive back home. And I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to get my money back!

When we first arrived went to check in, tried to unlock the door but of course we from Louisiana and didn’t know anything about the lock they had so we definitely can not blame the landlord for the way we tried unlocking the door, they tried explaining to us guess we are just dingy, but anyway had to get the landlord to come out to show us how to get in, he came and showed us, after that it was smooth sailing. We couldn’t ask for any better we really had a blast just wish we had more time to stay so we could have shopped around a few days. Thank you so very much for everything we really loved the house we stayed in, it was totally awesome, we will surely pick your place again when we get to come back which we are hoping it’s soon.

Okay property - very minimal bungalow- beds comfortable. Be aware rough steep driveway. Older home with musty smell., but clean. Ideal if not staying at property but just need place to lay your head.

Front yard had too many trip hazards with plants, would be a big ouch if someone would be careless near edge on Pine St. We found the front porch could have been a little wider, but in all actuality, zero complaints. I was very tempted to clean up the front yard but did not want to overstep. I tend to get very restless and look for things to keep me occupied! Also it was first time we tried VRBO and very pleased by the service. Would love to do it again!

Based on the reviews I read and the pictures online, we had high expectations for this property. We were a little skeptical about the location when we arrived. It ended up being okay but it was a little questionable when you’re driving by trash littered all over the neighbors yards and chickens crossing the road (literally, chickens crossing the road). While the location was a little suspect, our biggest complaint would be the smell of dog and dog urine in the home. If the property manager or owners are reading this, I would highly suggest deep cleaning your furniture in the living room, and throwing out your rugs. It absolutely reeks and made it uncomfortable to be in there. I’m not sure if that’s a one off situation or not considering everybody commented on how clean this place was. Lastly, the house was appointed well, so plenty of towels and rags and plenty of cups and plates etc. Like most said, the beds are comfortable as well. The house is convenient to the downtown area and the common attractions.

We had one small glitch that the property manager solved right away. The most important thing for us, the beds. They were very comfortable. If you plan to hang out more at the house, just know that the furniture ( couch , chairs, and dinning room chairs) were not comfortable and seemed like they might fall apart.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable and in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed to cook some meals and was close to hiking and bathhouse row. This was our second time visiting Hot Springs but the first for our children and friend. It was easy to check in and check out.

This was a great property close to downtown. Outside deck area was nice to hang out at night. My only complaint ( if you can call it that) was the furniture in the living room. It was cute but not comfortable for a family of five to sit and watch a movie. A comfy couch and chairs would have been nice. Otherwise, absolutely no issues.

The house is very clean, ideally located close to town center but easy to get to Ouachita area. For a smaller group it’s a wonderful choice. A steep driveway and creaky wooden floors (during bathroom breaks at night!) were the only challenges with our smaller kids.

The house is as pictured - very pretty interior! The driveway IS steep, but the parking brake on our truck made this a non-issue (but don't think we would have had room for another vehicle) Kitchen was well stocked, beds were quite comfy, and oscillating fans were provided for each bedroom (as there was no overhead fan in each room). Floors were definitely "squeeky" because this is an off-the-ground residence with original hardwood floors. If you have teenagers, they are NOT sneaking out. (lol)

The property was just a couple minutes from the strip and was the cleanest ( hotel vrbo) place We have ever stayed. Anytime any of us head back to Hot Springs this will be the place we stay.

Two complete bathrooms but no ensuite. One of the beds is on a metal frame and it moves quite a bit. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived. They knew the ice maker was not working as stated in the description, but the whole panel of the fridge was broken. Even coming off a bit, however, they did bring in a new fridge two days later. We had to keep our milk and yogurts in a cooler. They did respond to our emails very quickly and handled the problem. Other than that, place is worth it. It is on a very steep hill and you have to access it from the back through wahoo street.

Had a good experience. It was close to downtown and most of the attractions were approachable. The only issue we had was finding the house at night, which the property manager promptly helped us with. Additionally a dishwasher would have been helpful.

This little home was just perfect for our stay. It was even more lovely than we expected. So close to downtown, quiet, comfortable beds, & charm at every corner of this adorable home. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings having coffee & in the evenings having drinks & laughter with our dear friends. We will for sure be staying here again.

This property is clean as a whistle. It has been updated very nicely except for the original wooden floors. Plenty of towels and paper products. Very convenient to downtown and the park. TV is a smart TV with excellent picture. Only complaint---no salt and pepper in the kitchen, the kitchen faucet needs repair, and, if you are a light sleeper, if others in your party get up during the night the original wooden floors are very squeaky.
