Logement moderne et très bien décoré. Bel espace détente dans le jardin. Petit déjeuner tres bon. Hôte accueillant et serviable. Proximité immédiate du centre ville et de la zone touristique.

Mixed Experience at Ricordi Siciliani - Charme B&B

My recent stay at Ricordi Siciliani - Charme B&B had its ups and downs. While the room itself was quite appealing, certain aspects of the stay left much to be desired. On the positive side, the room's aesthetics were charming and inviting. The decor added a touch of Sicilian authenticity, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design. However, this positive impression was offset by the overall experience.

The procedure of leaving the room card on the host's desk while going out was an inconvenience. This left the room without AC or functioning electrical sockets, resulting in a stifling hot room upon return. The host also turned off the AC in common areas when leaving the premises. The WiFi situation was also frustrating. The unnecessarily lengthy password, coupled with the requirement to re-enter it frequently, made using the internet a cumbersome task. I was disappointed by the host's lack of flexibility regarding check-out and luggage storage. To store the luggage at the property costs additional 10 euros per person, but the host had to leave, so we did not get this service. Despite the pleasant room, these inconveniences took away from the overall comfort of the stay. Having a kitchen in the property seemed promising, but the restriction on using cutlery or glasses was unexpected and inconvenient. One of the most disheartening aspects was the exorbitant charge of 30 euros for a baby cot (90 euros per stay). This fee felt excessive, especially when compared to similar properties that offer such amenities at no cost or a much lower fee. Also there were no towels for our daughter. We had just two sets of towels. The room was very clean, but the housekeeping lady leaves quite early, so one morning, we stayed at the room till 11.20 and it left uncleaned. Adding to the unease was the presence of cameras in all the common spaces. This gave us the impression that the host lacked trust in their guests and was focused on saving costs at every turn. In summary, the Ricordi Siciliani - Charme B&B had the potential to be a delightful stay, given the attractive room. However, the lack of flexibility, and inconveniences such as restricted kitchen usage and WiFi access detracted from the overall experience. With improvements in these areas, the B&B could become a more inviting and guest-friendly destination.

Amazing, we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this charming B&B if you want to visit San Vito Lo Ca

The location was great, the property was really nice and clean and we loved our stay in San Vito! The room was big and the balcony was too. The staff were great and the breakfast choices were varied, if you love fresh Italian pastries you can't go wrong. Easy walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants in the area.

The wi-fi was good but could have been better, sometimes I used my own data The B&B was great however and I would definitely go back

Wonderful, would return.

A charming bnb just out of the hustle and bustle of the main area but close enough to easily walk. The hosts were also lovely people!

The wifi did not work for the duration of our stay. We did not mention this to the hosts though, which we probably should have done.

Beautiful and clean B&B. Perfect Spot

It was so clean and beautiful. Perfect spot in San Vito. Minutes from the beach. Also right around the corner from shopping it was in a perfect location. The owner is super nice. the next morning we had breakfast outside by the quaint garden they have. Great experience, I would definitely stay there again.

I can only recommend staying here to add some special value and feeling to your holiday.

the location was perfect, the property itself is a magical and peaceful place. One sees immediately the value and effort invested in it. Our room had its own little garden and abundance of space. The hosts and personnel are amazing and super nice. The place and mindset promoted get an additional huge plus point in my books for promoting 0 food waste. Keep up the good work and service! 🤍

Room very clean, furniture and bathroom nice.

Difficult communication, the hostess spoke mainly italian although my german friend clearly couldn’t understand it. They tried to speak English but expected from me to translate most of the time. Not for international people just for Italian appropriate. Breakfast was okay

Super clean and great location

The property is situated conveniently at walking distance from the beach, the centre of the town. The room and the bathroom is spacious, well designed and extremely clean. There is also a parking space nearby where they will talk you and the luggage to your B&B if needed for a small daily parking fee.

Gorgeous B and B

The service from Giusi was impeccable, the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. I felt lucky to be able to enjoy such a wonderful place. The patio and hallways were so clean not one speck of dirt was observed.

Everything was perfect : The room is large, quiet, very well equipped and extremely clean! The host has been super nice with a lot of useful advices and a very tasty Sicilian breakfast. We felt like at home; do not hesitate to book here, especially if you are looking for a B&B in the central street of San Vito.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing

Breakfast was good, the location was within walking distance to the sea and eateries.

There is no onsite parking and although it was cheap to leave the car in a supervised parking lot and were valeted to the property it does mean we were unable to have easy access to our car.

very nice hospitality

The whole house is newly renovated. They renovated the house with style and high-quality material. The room was really nice, the bathroom as well. The terrasse to the backyard was as well good. We had breakfast on the terrasse. Breakfast is during the corona time always an issue, however - it was more than great. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

The view from Room 3 is not really great. Nothing else negative to say. Everything was good and in our expectations. We enjoyed the stay and will - if we come again to town, stay again on the same place.

First of all I should mention the owners that run the place, which were very kind and caring and always available to provide the best stay for us in San Vito lo Capo. They even gave us some pears from their own pear tree on the day we were leaving... so nice! The location is very good, in short distance from the beach and also placed in the main street, close to most of the amenities and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from, ranging from juicy fruits to the delicious delicacies from the Sicilian cuisine... the coffee, cannoli and arancini were the best! The room itself was well decorated and always kept neat and tidy, the large bed was very comfy and the bathroom had a nice shower as well. I've literally got only compliments for this one...
