About this villa rental

Completely renovated recently, this elegant villa offers an idyllic setting for a dream vacation. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall leading to the living / dining room, a kitchen, a staircase giving access to the bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Nicely furnished, the living room overlooks the green garden. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one person. Dimensions of the sofa bed in sleeping mode: 140 X 190 cm. In the living room you can play a board game, listen to music or watch a DVD on the flat-screen TV. The free WIFI Internet connection works in all rooms of the house as well as in the garden and on the terrace. The house has air conditioning, electric radiators and a washer / dryer. Fully equipped, the kitchen opens onto the garden and the terrace. It includes an induction hob with 4 burners, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a pantry. Enjoy your meals around the table installed in the kitchen, in the elegant dining room or outside, on the terrace, which is surrounded by vegetation and can accommodate 8 guests. A shower in the garden will allow you to cool off or wash your children outdoors. The staircase is secure, for an ideal family holiday with young children. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 X 190 cm) and 2 bedrooms with a single bed (90 X 190 cm). All four have plenty of storage space. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The bright bathroom has a shower, toilet, a large mirror and storage space for your toiletries. The villa is just 200 meters from a tram stop, which provides links to Montpellier city center. Pizzerias and snacks are 500 meters away. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away, while the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a beautiful golf course are a 15-minute drive from the villa. A busy road runs along the garden of the house and you can park in front of the house. You can park a small vehicle, Renault CLIO style, in the private parking space inside the house. Parking on our street and on all streets near the Villa is free. You can easily park your vehicles there safely. We were very happy with our stay at the Villa Cassin. Everything was clean and the way we had imagined it. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be to mow the lawn so it can be used and we would have liked some patio cushions.

My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. Youre only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, its only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and theres a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return here if we stayed in Montpellier again.

My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return here if we stayed in Montpellier again.

Grande et agréable villa. Près CV via le tram juste à côté. Plages à dix minutes en voiture. Commerces à proximité. Bien équipée: TV, la vaisselle, lave linge et en plus draps et serviettes fournies. Par contre climatisation seulement à l'étage. Manque un peu de vaisselles. Beaucoup de bruits de la rue.

The location is perfect !

I highly recommend both this accommodation and Franck as a professional and responsive host. We had a group of 4 Masters students living together as we were all attending Montpellier business school. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a full tour to a clean and well stocked bouse. During our 2.5 month stay we had very few problems and when the odd thing came up it was fixed immediately.The maid service was excellent and professional... She always informed us her arrival and it was really nice to arrive home from school with fresh sheets. The tram is 300m away or 2 minute walk and it will take you anywhere you need to go including the center of town which is only 4 stops away or a 15 min walk. There is a nice public pool across the street and behind that is a really nice park to go running in . I would stay here in a heart beat. Thanks again !

Une très belle villa avec beaucoup de charme et de simplicité. Montpellier est une ville très agréable avec beaucoup de choses à voir.Très contente d'y avoir passée une semaine avec mes enfants. Cette villa est propre et son jardin parfaitement sécurisé pour que mes enfants puissent jouer en toute tranquillité sans devoir les surveiller. Merci à vous de nous avoir permis de profiter de si bons moments partagés en famille.

Un court passage en famille dans cette superbe villa entourée de lauriers magnifiques et d'une belle haie de bambous. Un petit moment de bonheur sous le soleil. Bonjour , Scribe désigné par la « colloc », mon rôle va être au cours de ce témoignage d’essayer de transmettre et d’inscrire a travers le temps notre joie et bonheur de vivre sous le toit de la Villa Cassin . Nous sommes 4 apprentis ingénieurs du BTP, venus des 4 coins de la France (pas d’blague, le Sud c’est le top ) pour suivre nos études sous le soleil Montpelliérain . A travers ces quelques lignes nous tenons avant tout a remercier Isabelle pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Déco agréable, apaisante et jardin florissant. Enchainer deux mois durant, barbecue, déjeuner sous le parasol, farniente sur la pelouse n’était vraiment pas un supplice . Je pense même que nous avons tous jouis de ces moments d’extase . Nous travaillons et pourtant les vacances étaient là ! De plus l’emplacement de notre hameau de paix est idéal . Situé à 15 minutes des plages ( en respectant les limitations de vitesse of course !) Vivre ci à Montpellier et ne pas voir la mer , c’est péché . Le tram et le centre ville a deux pas sont tant d’avantages qui font que cette villa est idéalement placée . Comme le dirait Arthur (fier Ardéchois membre de la colloc …) Nous avons tous en vivant a la Villa Cassin appris a vivre et profiter du moment présent . Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir revenir poser nos valises ici pour nos prochaines périodes Héraultaises . D’ici là , nous vous souhaitons une bonne journée .

La décoration de la villa est vraiment sympa, alliant modernité et simplicité. Ça change des maisons de vacances avec des meubles de récupération ! Nos petits déjeuner à l 'extérieur sur la terrasse resteront inoubliables . Dans cette jolie maison on se sent comme chez soi . Dommage de devoir partir au bout d'une semaine de vacances dans cette villa .
