2 Nights of stress free stay in Perugia.

1. Cleanliness 👌 2. Stone’s throw from mini metro station. 2 stops into Perugia. 👍. No need to drive into Perugia. Hooray! 3. Host is very responsive and responsible 4. Private parking lot 5. Quiet 6. Good value for money

Great stay in Perugia!

Property was clean, comfortable and close to transportation. It’s a third floor studio but there is a lift. The apt had a washing machine, kitchen (but no microwave), great shower, and a/c. The sofabed was very comfortable for us. The owner(and daughter) had some tourist information- the best is the mini metro which can take you straight to the historic part of Perugia, or to the train station (if need be), and about 1 block away.

I wish there were some more cooking utensils like a spatula. Everything else was great!

Convenience and good value apartment.

Theresa was really helpful. Location and facilities were first rate. Loved the proximity to the mini metro

Too small for 3 people.

Reserved parking spot. 1.5klms from centre.

It was not what we would call a one bedroom apartment. There was one large room which had a double sofa bed and single sofa bed and a kitchen. Then the bathroom was seperate with a small shower.

Excelent and no worries

Everything was great, the apartament is very clean, everything works fine, the space is great. Very close to Supermarket and to the minimetro station, that gives us fast way into the historical center. Perugia is a very beautiful city!

Great stay in the city

We met up with the host on location. Due to delays we arrived a bit later but luckily for the host this wasn't a problem at all. The availability of a kitchen in the apartment was great. Would definitely recommend!

It took us some time to find the right apartment. It is located in a apartment block and by walking past all entranced we eventually found the right number. A small map would've been usefull.

Comfortable apartment at great location

The apartment is near the train station and there is a stop of the mini metro close. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good enough

It has a kitchen, a small TV, a comfortable enough bed and it's very close to the Perugia train station.

For the price I think it's very good but do keep in mind that the kitchen , dinning table and bedroom are all in one, even though it's not very cramped.

Superb

Nice clean flat, equipped, good location. Walkable to the historical city, but it's up the hill, so u may wanna take metro which is right next to the flat. Staff very nice and helpful. Private parking at the property.

The beds weren't comfortable but it was ok for 2 nights.

Good

The owner was lovely. She even gave us two tickets for the tram to reach Perugia's historical centre. The apartment was clean and the position was great.

It was far too hot. There's no air-conditioning but only a vertical fan, which is not able to lower the temperature. We slept with the window open and the fan on but there was no ventilation whatsoever.
