location
smelled of old cigarette smoke; waited one hour to get key to the apartment.

Location is exceptional - central with a very short walk away from shops, restaurants, ski lockers and the ski lift.
Secure - a door code is needed to enter the building and then a lock box to retrieve the keys of the property. Both easy to use without any issues.
Accessibility - a good-sized lift is present in the building, which helps with luggage and taking up groceries...as well as if you're just too tired after a full day skiing.
Size - the flat may seem a bit small, but honestly was perfectly fine for 5 of us.
Host - Catherine was fantastic and very accommodating. We had a late addition to our group prior to the start of our trip, from 4 to 5, and an additional mattress was provided at no additional cost. Although there wasn't much space for the mattress, we easily made it work by placing it between the kitchen table and sofa bed. We were still able to freely move around. Catherine kept in touch to ensure we would have everything needed upon arrival, as well as sufficient instructions/directions to find the place without any issues.
Cleanliness - the flat was very clean when we arrived
Utilities - has everything; microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster & a washing machine.
Value - Best bang for your buck that you can get in the area.

We loved the house, big enough for two, very comfortable with all the services you may need. The location is also perfect, 5 minutes walking from the Prorel (skiing) and 15 minutes from the Cité Vauban (absolutely beautiful). You have everything around you: markets, boulangerie, restaurants, bars, Casino ...
We can't wait to come back, thank you for everything!
