About this house rental
A mountain vacation home that has location, location, location! The first-floor bath was completely renovated in November 2020. Available all four seasons for SHORT TERM RENTALS. One mile to ski lifts at Sugarbush, while you can walk to golf. Well well-stocked kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook. Nearby country and grocery stores can keep your cupboards full.
But if restaurants are your thing, you can search for local menus from the comfort of the fireplace-living room using our WiFi. The abundance of dining options will keep you satisfied for two weeks.
Skiing Sugarbush?
Sugarbush boasts some of the finest ski terrain variety in the East. Two mountains: Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen offer up to 53 miles of trails with an elevation of 4083'.
5 high-speed quads service an area that gets an average 269" of snowfall annually all within a short one-mile drive. If you want more variety, Mad River Glen is very close, about 20 minutes away. Stowe Mountain Resort is also close, only 50 minutes away.
Summer in The Valley boasts: golfing, tennis, biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, soaring, shopping, and so much more nearby. The mid-May to mid-October Waitsfield Saturday Farmers Market is not to be missed!
Apres-Ski time or just plain old relaxation at the house is enhanced by a variety of coffee brewing choices ( drip and Keurig) as well as a new HDTV for sports or movies.

A great little home for our long weekend at Sugarbush. Comfortably fit our group of eight (4 adults/ 4 kids). Everything was as described in the listing. Located just over a mile from the slopes. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place for 1-2 families or small groups of friends.

This is the perfect A-frame ski cabin located in a great spot near Sugarbush. We enjoyed the warmth of the gas fireplace in the evenings. Well equipped in the kitchen and worked out perfectly for our group.

My husband, kids (ages 10 and 12) and I had a wonderful week staying in this home near Sugarbush! We skied every day and it was very conveniently located to Sugarbush, just over a mile to Lincoln Peak so we drove every morning and easily parked in the lot. Sugarbush is such a great ski resort with lots of activities. The home was so comfortable and warm to come home to after a ski day. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful with tips about the area. The home was very clean and well stocked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice property on a quiet road near everything. There is golf less than 1/2mile, near the base of Surgarbush, and plenty of things due to close by in the valley. Property was clean, easy to find, and very well stocked for any stay

Summer road trip.
Very comfortable;, nice, quiet location. We only stayed for 2 nights but would return for longer. The kids loved the cabin and the toys. Warren Falls was amazing and right around the corner.

Sugar bush home
Not extravagant but we had lower needs as we really were not there much during our short stay. When were there we ate and went to sleep. Very comfortable. beds and pillows in great shape. Kitchen small size but more than adequate for our needs and had all items we needed and then some. I would stay here again if I had the same group and needs. We all agreed the stay was excellent and price very good.

Great Weekend Stay
The house is as advertised, two bedrooms upstairs and the master on the first floor. A rope railing leads you up a steeper than normal staircase, so those with mobility issues should be aware. The living room is good for a small group, with a two/three person couch and a rocker with a footstool being the main sitting pieces. There’s a picnic table like kitchen table. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, though we didn’t use it given our schedule. The house warms up quickly and is very comfortable. The beds were also fine.
It was the perfect size for our group of four. If you have a larger group and plan to be indoors a lot, you might want to look at a larger place, but it was ideal for our weekend. Very convenient to Sugarbush.

Cozy cabin in the woods
We had a great stay. The house was cute and cozy. It was well located close to Sugarbush and local restaurants. Plenty of room for my husband, son and I plus another couple and their daughter. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of towels and linens were provided. Good communication with Tom, the owner of the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was incredibly well stocked, super clean, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the updated first floor bedroom and we enjoyed the views every morning before hitting the slopes.

Cozy house tucked in the Warren VT woods
We loved staying at this cozy house - just about 1 mile from Sugarbush Resort, very close to the gold course, and easy access to the surrounding towns. The first floor has an L shaped kitchen that is not huge but accommodated a few cooks, an L shaped dining/ living room and fire place, and a large bedroom with a bunk bed and full sized bed. The upstairs had two cute bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen sized bed. First and second floor bathrooms have been remodeled recently. The house was a perfect size for a weekend stay for us with three adults and three kids. We woke up on Sunday to the most beautiful sunrise visible from the living room - just a lovely spot!

Quiet, comfy and close
Everything is advertised. For our ski trip to Sugarbush, it could not be much more convenient. Approximately 1 mile away. Close enough that we could all get our equipment including ski boots (yes, even the driver) and drive over. The house had everything we needed, plenty of living area, seating for six or more at the table, and best of all, a separate bed for everyone in our party of six. Could ask for more?

Beautiful & serene
The house was clean and cozy. Lots of instructions left by the owner that were easy to follow. Convenient location to Sugarbush, Warren & Waitsfield. Only negative was that the TV was in the downstairs bedroom. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great stay
Tom's home was perfectly cozy and made for a great week in Warren, VT. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a week. This location cannot be beat for Vermont. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great ski house any time of the year
Kitchen was well equipped and dining room table it was great for a large group to enjoy any meal. Outdoor deck table and chairs were great. Very comfortable chairs in the living room. The third bedroom is downstairs with lots of room and a TV.
We only used two of the beds but they were very comfortable.
I hope we can meet at this house for an annual family get together.

Beautiful cabin the woods.
Great location in the mountains—close to wonderful small towns and easy to get to Burlington. Cabin is cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor deck, and lots of sleeping accommodations. Perfect spot for a vacation in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very prompt in responding and very helpful.

Wedding weekend at Camp David
The house provided everything we needed, but i feel it was not worth the price. The main living spaces are small and crowded. The only TV should be in the living room not the bedroom.
It was misleading to the distance of the area i needed to visit the most.

Ideal getaway
Cozy home located in a great area close to Sugarbush and beautiful falls. Comfortable, clean home with plenty of space for our family of four. I am particularly appreciative of Tom who provided detailed suggestions list of things to do, restaurants etc and was very helpful when one of my kids fell sick the last day oF our trip. We look forward to returning!
