L'originalité de l'hôtel au niveau de l'architecture et l'emplacement.

Ils disposent d'une piscine mais impossible de s'y baigner car l'eau est gelée, c'est dommage. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi pour 2 nuits mais nous avons pu l'utiliser 1 seul fois à cause de l'économie sur l'eau chaude. Les prix au restaurant sont trop élevé à comparer des autres endroits au Pérou (20 soles un chocolat chaud).

Wifala, una experiencia energética

El hotel es increíble. La infraestructura organica es preciosa. Los espacios son preciosos. La vista de noche con un cielo estrellado es lo mejor. La comida es muy rica. La gente es muy amable.

Si no vas en carro particular es complicado desplazarse. No hay tiendas cerca, y el camino es un poco complicado para llegar hacia las tiendas. El área de la piscina debe mejorar porque decía que era temperada pero en si estaba fría. Deben proponer más actividades o hacer convenios con alguna empresa cercana para realizar actividades por el valle y en el mismo hotel. Tiene mucho potencial.

Unique hotel in a beautiful location

Very unique hotel in a beautiful location! There was a chill vibe with nice lounging chairs to relax and appreciate nature. The restaurant’s food was amazing, really loved the trout escabeche! Also, the yoga room was pretty magical. The owner/artist gave us a great tour of the property so we could truly appreciate the hotel concept. My room was so cool that I truly enjoyed every day of my stay. Very fast internet also!

No shuttle provided for guests, taxis are too expensive in the area (cash only)

Un alojamiento distinto, buena experiencia.

El lugar es muy diferente a lo común, las instalaciones, la cama de la habitación amplia y cómoda, tiene calefacción por si se requiere ya qué las noches pueden ser un poco frías, no es muy grande el lugar, al parecer son una totalidad entre 12 y 15 habitaciones, que eso favorece a tener un espacio más privado, con menos gente y más tranquilo.

No me agrado qué algunos de los taxis no quisieran llevarme de la autopista al hospedaje eran como 5min en carro, quiza porque no esta pavimentado el camino, tuve que caminar aproximadamente 13min, a las 6pm ya esta obscuro, hay algo de alumbrado con forme vas caminando, sinembargo ya en las cercanías del hotel no hay absolutamente nada de luz, utilice la lámpara de mi celular para poder ver el camino, llegando al hotel si esta iluminada toda la parte frontal del acceso. Recomiendo esperar a un moto taxi o algun taxi que quiera llevarte, solo son 5min y si vas caminando qué sea con luz de día.

Cool place to stay but in winter it is cold.

Loved the quirky nature of the rooms and building, and the food was great, presention was like fine dining. We had a massage which was really good too. The girls were great and arranged us taxis etc

It was cold. The heating didn’t come on till 6pm, and we needed coats/multiple layers to eat in the restaurant.the service,although good, was very slow with the meals coming out individually.

Love the area, need more taxis coming by, would love to see more activities such as BBQ, live music and tours of winerie

Great food, very attentive to our needs, staff was very helpful

Walls were so thin I heard people come in at 2:00 am, their voices woke us up. Early morning work, hammering on equipment woke us up. Our last day the shower didn’t work.

Unique hotel with fabulous rooms and decor

Very unique property and large comfortable rooms with lots of light and colour. Helpful staff. Got our laundry done! Very nice food at breakfast and dinner

A taxi ride into town which we knew but it is nice to be walkable. Only guests on 2 nights so a little too quiet! Would have been nice to have the lunch menu available in evening too as a bit lighter.

dirty room, bed service - extremely disappointing

the bed was comfortable

The hotel is still in constructions. I arrived to a room that was full with hair (not mine of course). In the bathroom and when I took off the blanket, more hair was waiting for me. My room was in the ground floor (there is only ground floor and 1st floor). One window was a headed to the public space, and the other window was headed to a passage in the garden that was higher than the room. Therefore, everyone that pass by could see everything in the room. I am not a shay person, but the sensation that everyone that pass by have a full vicinity to the room is far from being a nice sensation. On top, the service was ridiculous and annoying. One need to committee to a certain time of breakfast and if you are late they come to your room, knock your door and ask you to head for breakfast…?! Furthermore, although I stayed at ‘winter’ time, the room was extremely hot (due to the unique architecture that capture the heat of the day. And when window is opened, a stream of mosquitoes get into the warm and lighted room as there is both forest and standing water in the vicinity to the hotel.

Unforgettable Stay with Great Staff

Great staff and and a truly unique stay! The on site restaurant was great as well.

Our bathroom sink was leaking upon arrival, but the staff repaired it as soon as we notified them.

A Night to Remember at Wifala

Such a unique sight to behold! Loved staying at a property where the creative energies ran wild. Also, I did not expect the food to be soooo tasty at the restaurant, my best friend and I still can't get over the bread we had for breakfast at Wifala.

Some plumbing fixtures such as the faucet need to be tightened. The towels were also a bit worn out. While these issues did not take away from the overall experience, addressing them will take Wifala to the next level.

it is very different building, beautiful

my credit card did not work, luckily I was travelling with a friend and it has work for her I tried 2 different ones but their machine kept a saying “no connection” it a hard access place and you gonna need to pay extra for parking

We stayed 4 nights and was just amazing.

The architecture caught my eye, but the beautifulness is beyond the pictures. The restaurants food was very good and their was a sense of home in the environment.

Mind blowing hotel, fantastic chef and food and great central spot to visit all near attractions.

This hotel blows your mind when you walk in. Its' crazy design is like from outer space, so cool, perfect for your instagram if you have one. It's perfect to be halfway to Machu Picchu and Cusco to be explore the local area, the salt fields and terraces in particular. Lots to see, and the food was super exceptional, which I really did not expect. Do make a point of eating in for breakfast and dinner. They kindly organised a taxi for the day costing 70 soles, approx £20, to visit everywhere, so cheap.
