Frühstück, Zimmer, Lage tiptop. Die Auswahl am Abend im Restaurant sehr klein, nicht allergieverträg

Frühstück war sehr gut.

Es gab beim Abendessen nichts glutenfreies oder Dinkelnudeln oder etwas ähnliches, auch auf Anfrage nicht. Das war enttäuschend.

Overvalued and priced

Do not try the bar/restaurant. We had 3 different food from the menu. All was catastrophic , even with their flying prices quality was so so low. wWhat they called pastrami sandwich was in level of sport shoes, what they called ceased salad wasn't Caesar but just a greens on plate.Just dark beer in bar and no drinking water. Speechless i am. Reception ladies acting as Princesses but slow ones. Our check in took 20 minutes because one decided not to accept us for unknown reason and other lady had 3-4 person in-front etc

Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

not much was good sadly, the only positive thing was that the rooms were very quiet both from outside and from inside the hallway.

Arriving was already a struggle with a truck parked half in front of the parking door. When we checked in there was a lot of confusion about the reservation of our 4 rooms (done via booking.com). I had reserved already in Jan, we went there in May, and apparently the hotel had not correctly received all the info from booking.com. They had not received the cancellation of one room that I had done beginning of April. Also they had made all the rooms twin, while I had been in contact via msg on booking.com with them directly to make only 2 of the 4 rooms twin (which they had confirmed). One of the rooms was for single use, also here, they had no idea while it had been booked that way. The clerk was friendly enough but still condescending and said "it is not our fault" and "we have this in our computer" as if stating "then this must be the reservation", while I showed her the confirmation from booking.com in my emails which was reflecting exactly what I was saying. Then we went into the rooms and they were super hot. It was the first nice weekend of May so we thought it was the sun and we'll be OK with the airco. Turns out the airco in the WHOLE hotel was broken and only hot air came out. One of our party went to complain and they said nothing could be done and that it was best to just turn it off. (We were there 2 nights and it was not fixed yet when we left). There was something to hang on the door to skip cleaning, so I did that, but then I went in the shower in the morning and found yellow stains on one of the large towels, so I popped into the hallway where the cleaners were with their cart and asked for a new large towel. They refused as I had put out the "no-cleaning" card. The cart was loaded with clean towels so I asked again and said again that a towel was dirty, then finally they gave me a new towel. Also the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Empfehlenswert

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück, trotz 28€, lohnenswert, da auch Alternativen (vegan) angeboten wurden.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert und die Fenster kann man nur anklappen. Es ist jedoch laut.

Die Sauna. Ist das Beste, was das Hotel zu bieten hat.

Einfach nur überteuert. Kein Entgegenkommen wenn man eher abreisen muss. Voller Preis musste gezahlt werden. Frühstück €28.- Parken ist sehr teuer. Fliesen im Bad lösen sich auf dem Fußboden.

Virkelig godt til prisen og fine parkeringsmuligheder.

Hotellet ligger centralt. Fint værelse med god plads, trods opredning ), køleskab og rigtig fint badeværelse. Super mulighed for parkering og flinke receptionister. Der er en lille "butik" i receptionen.

Kvarteret var mindre indbydende.

Standart clean hotel without any extra

Close to the HB and metro station. 15 min walk to the main shopping street. Very clean room.

There are lots of homeless people around the HB as usual. The breakfast price was quite high. You can have breakfast for 3 people to the same price for 1 person at the places near the hotel. There was no hotel slipper and cleaning accessories were not enough.

eine erholsame auszeit, die definitiv ihren preis hatte aber vermutlich wieder gemacht wird

unglaublich liebe mitarbeiter, super saubere zimmer und vor allem ein unglaublich modernes und sauberes badezimmer. auch auf vorher lieb geäußerte wünsche wurde eingegangen

das parkhaus ist sehr teuer, das waren für einen tag nochmal 30€ extra, dabei ist ja schon das hotel nicht preiswert. die lage war schön nah an der alster, allerdings auch nah an eher runtergekommenen ecken. ich als frau bin da abends nicht mehr alleine lang

Insgesamt alles stimmig, die negativen Bewertungen im Netz sind nicht nachzuvollziehen.

Das Frühstück war einsame Spitze. Besonders Christine mit ihrem Team hat uns beeindruckt. Auch bei starkem Andrang behielt sie stets den Überblick und sorgte zügig dafür, dass die Gäste nach kleiner Wartezeit ihren Tisch bekamen. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Leider lassen sich die Fenstern nur einen Spalt öffnen. Es ist zwar nachvollziehbar, warum das so ist, aber trotzdem nicht schön. Die Kingsizebetten sollten getrennte Matratzen haben.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, die Lage sehr zentral und der Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Lage, aber für den Preis hätte mehr Confort sein müssen

Die Lage war sehr, alles war Fussläifig zu erreichen oder aber auch mit der U-Bahn. Die Zimmer waren am ersten Tag sehr sauber, aber am zweiten Tag wurden die Böden leider nicht nochmal gewischt.

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu klein, die Betten nicht so gemütlich und die Kopfkissen genauso. Mir hat es auch gefehlt, dass es nur ein Kopfkissen pro Person gab. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte wenig Auswahl, aber was richtig gut war, war der Pancake Automat.

War echt klasse!

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut. Das Personal stehts bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war wie modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel selbst war rundum toll. Es ist nur erwähnenswert, dass die Straße zwischen Bahnhof und Hotel vor allem nachts belagert mit Obdachlosen und Abhängigen ist, die auch Streit suchen oder einem blöd anmachen.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Sessel und einen Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Die Lage ist recht gut. Es ist rund 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Bus hält nahezu vor der Türe und die U-Bahn ist auch nur 300 Meter entfernt.

Der Preis für das Frühstück von 28 Euro ist zu hoch. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, nur einen Kaffee zu trinken.

moderne, ausreichend große Zimmer mit insgesamt gutem Komfort, kompetentes und nettes Personal an der Rezeption, ruhige Lage zum Hof, gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr

Fenster nur Kippfunktion (dann aber starkes Rauschen durch Türschlitz), benachbarte Hotelumgebung stark arabisch geprägt, z.T. heruntergekommen, Kühlschrank ohne Funktion, Fernseher groß und modern, aber starke Funktionseinschränkungen (Ortssender ohne HD, viele Funktionen gesperrt), immer noch ausführliche Corona-Warnungen ohne aktuellen Anlass

Hotel was great but Hamburg is a port so you have to be careful with valuables on the streets.

Great staff lovely and warm at -7 very modern and great decor . Even the instant coffee in the room was good. The new style laminate flooring would be great if you had a pet ( pet friendly hotel) and very comfortable to walk on.

Our room had as rotten view stool had three legs and hit toes ia few times No one told us about having to use the door pass in the lifts . ( we are old) Information on the tv was limited but I could still stream from my phone Information on the transport app would have made life easier .
