Value for Money, Clean and Comfortable

Comfortable beds, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for train to City Centre. Was pleased with hairdryer as wasn't sure there would be one.

Shame there isn't a breakfast option at hotel but there is Toby Carvery across the road. Also TV quite small compared to other hotels I've stayed at but at least we did have one.

Don't stay here.

Nothing.

I'm pretty sure it's a halfway house for people getting out of jail. I checked in, went to my room looked around and immediately left and booked in at a premier inn. I was in stables inn less than 10 minutes and will never go back. The bedding was stained, the sofa on the room was stained, the bathroom was holding on for dear life. Shockingly bad.

Great weekend away, location & Hotel were 5 star

Staff were helpfull and we had no issues with the room. Great location for Liverpool with the translation nearby.

Room was a little hot but its summer time so not a big issue.

Fab location, very very noisy . Take sound cancelling ear buds

The location is amazing . It was nice to not sleep in a horse box and would stay again , how ever ! I shall take noise cancelling ear buds as the noise was an issue , with night time noise and then very early risers

Creaking floor boards , slamming doors , clicking hot water pipes from neighbouring rooms , paper thin walls to the point I could hear next door having a pee. You can’t do much about that but that’s what I didn’t like and was such and issue I I was considering sleeping in a horse box instead . You also need to hoover behind the fire doors , but the room was comfy and sheets and towels lovely

Excellent location to attend conference at the racecourse.

Needed to catch up on work and minimal plug sockets to use for electronic devices

Passable

Ok value and comfortable leaving my car outside.

I gave 5* a few weeks back, but this time stayed in a different room which was 4th division and needed a deep clean and re-fresh.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Great location! Evening the hotel had a quiet time which was great for a weekend! Also being over 6ft rare to find a bath which I could relax in.

Need better television with at least DAB.

Not great but cost effective.

Great location as I was at an event at the racecourse.

The place looks like it was an annex of the nearby Premier Inn at one point. It seems to have had no investment or refresh in the last few years so very tired and drab.
