Quiet nice, but uncomfy bed

The room was very comfy, big bathroom and a little balcony. The staff was very welcoming and lovely. Free parking area was directly next to the accomodation. breakfast was good too.

The bed was to short, not normal like 2,00m. the bed was also squeaking with every movement.

Location is just 5 minutes walk to the center of Villasimius. The room was really clean and modern. The reception provided really good information re the surrounding area and beaches. Breakfast was really nice with variety.

Great hotel, I totally recommend and hope to come back.

Great spacious room with a big balcony. A lot of amenities, everything one may need during a 5 days stay. Amazing, super kind staff ready to help at any time. Tbh, they just tried to run a nice hotel which is not particularly luxurious but perfectly maintained and clean, with all things perfectly set up to make your stay comfortable and pleasent.

Wonderful stay!

Very comfortable and spacious room with balcony, new bathroom and a terrace with a nice view. The place looks newly renovated, great value for money and delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it! Private parking available in front of the location. The location its only 5 minutes to get into the heart of Villasimius. Many thanks to Nicola for the recommendations, of restaurants and beaches!

The staff was very friendly. The communictaion there was very nice, all my needs concerning the business trip were directly dealt with. The whole hotel was also very nice, very good breakfast and coffee. Concerning the location, it only took 5min to get into the heart of villasimius. We therefore had a nice walk every evening to get some gelato in the city. Definite recommendation!

Very comfortable and spacious room with balcony and new bathroom. Terrace with a nice view and sun loungers availabke for guests. Located in quiet location but still close to main street. Personnel very helpful. Private parking available.

Fantastic stay

The service was out of this world, plenty of recommendations of places to eat/drink/visit and they were always on hand for anything that you needed. Made the stay really special. Room was clean and modern.

It was all great for us, hotel is in a more residential area which was lovely and quiet at night.

Very good hotel in a so-so location.

The hotel is immaculately clean and everything is new. The front desk people were very helpful.

I didn't care for the location. It's in a residential neighborhood across the street from a school which has wire fences around it? Villasimius is a difficult town to drive in due to all the one way streets. Challenging at times.

Great place to stay in Villasimius

Great owner, very nice & eager to tell you more about the city & best restaurants. The place looks newly renovated, great value for money and delicious breakfast - definitely recommending! We came on a motorbike and could use a garage, at no additional cost.

Wonderful stay!

The communication was great, and there was excellent customer service. Nicola was very friendly and helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome. He provided great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. The hotel is clean and modern, and a close walk to many good restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the terrace view and the view from our balcony. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel is really great, have a private parking opposite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nicola and Simone were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very delicious, tradicional italian with croissant as well as european. Trully recommend the place!

Exceptional host and hotel

Personal very kind and friendly taking care of small details (ex I am coeliac and I did not ask for a special meal; yet they prepared a wonderful gluten free breakfast in short timing). Room very comfortable and clean. All is new! Location is at walking distance from the city centre. I will definitely keep in mind this hotel for future stay in Villasimius and I highly recommend it!
