About this apartment rental
A luxurious apartment, fully refurbished in 2019, in the heart of the historic center of Athens. It is only 30 meters far from Monastiraki square (Metro Station).Within walking distance from the most famous historic monuments, and 900 meters from the Acropolis! It has direct access to the metro line connecting the airport with the city center (from Monastiraki Metro Station). It is also located in an extremely safe area and from your window you can enjoy a view to the Acropolis.

The apartment is a great place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous during our hot days. Very close to transit and the various sights you may want to see during your stay. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about the apartment and host. From the beginning, he reached out and provided great info and recommendations. Leading up to our check in, he assisted with recommending a luggage storage literally steps from the apartment and even texted me to alert when we could check in, which was early. Check in was a breeze and he provided photos to assist with obtaining the key.
The apartment was immaculately clean and had so many amenities and again, photos to assist with how to use the washing machine and other items in the unit. He stocked the fridge with water and juice and had coffee and toast for us. He also provided great recommendations of restaurants and must-see sights which we literally checked off so many off both lists.
The apartment was in a prime location near the metro and and great area to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit .
The a/c units worked very well which was key during our visit as it was unseasonably warm in Athens during our stay. The shower had great water pressure and never had to worry about enough hot water.
We had a wonderful time in Athens and would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This apartment was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Athens. Michail is an amazing host. Even before we arrived, he booked our airport transport for us. John, our driver, was also amazing. We used him for our return also. The apartment itself was immaculate when we arrived. Michail had left waters, juices and snacks for us which my husband greatly appreciated! Plenty of space for our family and much more comfortable Than being in a hotel. Location wise, it was convenient for walking to all the things we wanted to do. Most of our tour transports picked us up right at the corner. There are plenty of good restaurants close to the apartment and a little market next door. If you are looking for a top notch apartment for your family while in Athens, this is it! We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this apartment to any friends and family traveling to Athens.

Great place to stay with nice, clean space, big kitchen, air-conditioning, and a washer. Liked that there was a bathroom and a half-bathroom. Host was great! Very responsive with lots of helpful information. The apartment was located close to lots of great shops, restaurants, and historical sites were only a walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
Only negatives: Stairs going up to the apartment were uneven and not well-lit, so watch your step. Also lots of street noise at night, but not out-of-the ordinary for being in the city, so just bring earplugs.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (twin 18 year olds and parents). It was well-stocked with water, coffee, and breakfast bites. The location was central to shopping, amazing dining, and within walking distance of the Acropolis. There was city noise at night but we loved the vibrancy of the area and the noise was a welcome part of that. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The host communicated with us quickly when we had questions. This is a perfect place to call home base as you experience Athens!

Michael was outstanding to work with and his communication was thorough and very beneficial to out trip. When my daughter was I’ll, he took time to connect us w healthcare options and later checked in to see how she was feeling! He was readily available for all questions! The apartment was well equipped, spotless, and centrally located. Loved the view of the Acropolis at night! Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

We rented this flat for a post-cruise stay in Athens. During the planning process and during our stay, our host responded promptly to all questions, either within 24 hours or almost immediately.
The apartment itself is just around the corner from one of the main squares in the heart of the city, with loads of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. There was a mini-market next door and an actual grocery store a few blocks away. Monastiraki Square is a lively, energetic place with street performers and live music, so expect some street noise at night. If you are a light sleeper you might be bothered a bit, but we were so tired each night from exploring that we fell asleep pretty easily.
If you are fit, you can walk to the Acropolis main ticket office in 10-f5 minutes (it's uphill!). There was a hop-on/hop-off bus stop nearby too.
The flat itself was spacious and clean, with loads of amenities. Need to do some laundry? No problem. There was a washer (no dryer, but a drying rack) in the main bathroom and the host even provided laundry detergent pods & clothespins, and messaged us the "translation" in English of the controls on the washer, as they were in Greek on the machine.
We asked our host about transfers from the Piraeus cruise terminal to the flat, and from the flat to the airport, which he arranged for us- so everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this rental and our awesome host.

This was my first trip to Athens with my two grown sons and sister, extending our stay after a cruise. What a wonderful property, spacious, well equipped and the location was perfect. Mikhail is a great host, helped make arrangements for pick up at the pier, recommended local restaurants and allowed for luggage storage due to our early arrival. The property is within walking distance to everything, with local markets, sights and restaurants, including the "hop on, hop off" buses around the corner. Should I return to Athens, I won't even do any research. This is the place to stay. Thank you, Mikhail.

We could not have picked a more perfect apartment for our stay. The apartment was clean and very well appointed. So many extra touches. Water, juice, coffee, jellies, toasts, croissants and tea. The bathrooms also had everything you might need.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens made for an amazing stay. A view of the Parthenon made it even more incredible. The nightlife in the area was robust! The area food was delicious and shopping was abundant. Super close wonderful breakfast spot literally within a stone’s throw. Our host was so very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He even arranged our rides to and from the airport and our driver was a delightful fountain of information.

I am from Chicago burbs, US and decided to visit my daughter while she was studying abroad. While my husband and other two kids had to stay home, my parents and sister decided to join me. I couldn’t say more positive things about Michail, our host. He was fast to answer questions, recommend food and tourist attractions which we visited many and he was spot on. This was our first time to Europe with Greece as our first stop and are over the moon! Thank you. We will be back and staying here. Safe, perfect to navigate, lovely stay!

We stayed 11 days this spring and it was wonderful in every way. It is a very lively area at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging up to midnight and on weekends, beyond that time. The host is extremely attentive. The pro's highly out-way the "lively" issue. As very seasoned travelers, we definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this stay.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, well stocked, and the location was perfect. Near the metro. Mikhail was very responsive and connected us with a driver from the airport who was very professional. The apartment was spacious and the pool table was a great feature to entertain my adult sons. We were very pleased.

We had a wonderful stay in Athens! Michail was a fantastic host! He arranged for a driver to pick us up and we used the driver several other times. He is quick to respond to any needs you may have. The apartment is large, comfortable, bright, and well stocked with pretty much anything you will need. The apartment is in a wonderful location near the sites, restaurants, rooftop bars, and with a grocery next door. Beware of the taxi drivers outside the apartment as one took advantage of us. It is 40 Euros to the airport so any distances near the apartment should be less than 20 Euros and make sure they use the meter. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael’s apartment was spotless, and full of thoughtful amenities that made our stay a delight: juices, pastries, laundry pods, coffee, water, etc. Check in was easy. The location is convenient to the metro, and walkable to the major sites. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive host, with lots of recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Athens!

We had a really great stay at this apartment. It is in the heart of downtown Athens and was easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment is big and nicely furnished. Many basic amenities were provided for us (hair dryer, bottled water, bread and jam, etc).
Our host, Michael, was very responsive to anything we needed. We hired his associate to drive us from our boat to the apartment and then he drove us an hour and a half the next day to see Poseidon's Temple. He also drove us to the airport. Christos was very nice and a safe driver!
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens! Thanks for a great stay!

This is the perfect location for visiting Athens. Located right in the center of shopping, spice and fish market, near the Acropolis, I did my morning runs up to it from the apartment. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms, laundry, 2 bathrooms and lots of space to spread out. WiFi is great and the Host is amazing. You will enjoy your stay here when visiting Athens.

This apartment is just as described, very central to all the sites, walking distance to some great restaurants and the flea market as well as the hop on hop off tour buses. The space is clean and huge, and the air conditioning works very well. There is also an elevator taking you directly from door to door. Everything is well explained in advance and a private vehicle to and from the condo was offered and recommended. Questions were promptly answered fully. Book now, worry not!

We enjoyed our stay with Mikael and team twice while in Athens—two nights at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the end. The apartment is spacious, especially by European standards, with an open kitchen and living room area and three bedrooms, 2 baths, one shower and a clothes washer. We were a group of three women and it couldn’t have worked out better. Location is very well located for traveling by foot. Lastly we used our hosts associate for taxi pickup and drop off at the airport as well as the port of Piraeus and it was a help to know someone was waiting to assist with bags and quick departure. Will stay again!

The apartment was amazing. Very spacious, great location and so fun. Everything was very clean and checking in was seamless. The metro (Manastraki) was right across the street. If we get back to Athens, we would stay here again.

Michail is very responsive and provided us with invaluable information that made our stay comfortable. The apartment is spacious, has an open floor plan, a pool table, was spotlessly clean, and is in an unbeatable location right on Ermou Street. It is well stocked with all amenities and Michail also left us with bottled water, juices, toast, fruit spreads, coffee etc. The cab driver, Christos, that Michail arranged for us is also very knowledgeable and super nice. All major sights - Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, Aeropagos and Philopappos hills etc. - are walking distance and so are numerous restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend Michail’s apartment!

This property is ideally located within walking distance to most of Athens ancient sites and was the perfect spot for us to become acquainted with this amazing city. The Metro is just across the street, the numerous restaurants, tavernas, shops, rooftop bars are all right there as well. The apartment itself is very large, very clean, beautifully furnished, and well appointed. A welcome gift of two large bottles of water and snacks were waiting for us upon our arrival. All of our communication with Michail leading up to our stay and during our stay was amazing as he responded to every inquiry promptly and helpfully. He even arranged for our transportation from the airport and provided a seamless check-in to the apartment. We felt well taken care of and safe in this beautiful, convenient, and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended!

If you are a tourist this is an amazing location with lots of room and excellent amenities. Michail was very helpful and Christou’s taxi service was excellent. Absolutely no issues at all and in the Athens heat wave the air conditioning was excellent.

A delightful 3 bedroom apartment just steps from the Plaka and a short walk to the Acropolis. So many restaurants and attractions within short reach! Our hosts helped with transportation both directions, which was incredibly helpful. Download WhatsApp and Google Maps if you don’t already have them - this is the best way to communicate and best approach for getting around Greece. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous.

The nighttime view of the Acropolis was just beautiful. There was so much to do and it didn'tmatter the time of day. The train system is steps away too and very easy to navigate.
If you have a group of people this is an awesome location.
