New LG top of the line appliances - Super quiet dishwasher, Deluxe French door refrigerator with (2) ice machines, Convection glass top oven, Vita mix quiet master blender.
Cooking accessories include: Crock pots, Hand mixers, Multiple storage containers with lids, Panini press, Soda Stream, Juicer, color coordinated cutting boards for meats, vegetables and breads.
Separate dishes for indoor dining and pool side.
Dining for 8 as well as separate intimate dining for 4 inside. Outdoor dining at poolside for 4.
14 X 30 foot with NO additional charge for heated pool. (Solar system)
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom is very spacious/ Private attached bathroom and closet space for all your warm weather clothes.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser and night stand plus oversized walk-in closet
Bedroom 3: (2) Twin Beds, dresser and night stand with another oversized walk-in closet.
Second Bathroom has cultured marble counter, deco lighting, and a tray ceiling. Upgraded towels with heavy thread count linens are provided as well.
Full Size Washer and Dryer with starter detergents
Outdoor pool area: Deck, lounge chairs, umbrellas, dining table, pool furniture, Bar-B-Q, perfect for entertaining or just getting that Florida tan.
The 45 ft. dock can accommodate your favorite Sailboat or Yacht.
Quiet canal also has large turnaround basin.
The 2 car garage has remote opener, built in storage cabinets area and a work bench.
Driveway accommodates up to 2 cars
No boat trailer or Rv allowed in driveway although local storage is available.
There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use
during your stay we include one full tank of propane.
