Walk down and explore the beautiful tide pools below our building. Our complex is small and cozy with only 5 units. Our home away from home is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath with all the amenities, including a dedicated parking space on site.
Come and discover the charm of our eclectic town of Ocean Beach. Come step back in time and enjoy shops, restaurants, coffee shops, surf shops, antiques and a Farmers Market on Wednesdays. We are only a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer: Sea World, Old Town, LegoLand, San Diego Zoo, Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines and so much more!

This place is most definitely the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view with a beautiful patio and plenty of patio furniture to relax in while enjoying the ocean air. Jeff was a great host. The Condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen (great for cooks like me). The only negative thing is it is in the flight path of departing airplanes from the airport so you have the noice from the airplanes.

I stayed here with my 4 groomsmen the night before my wedding, and the rest of them stayed another night here. It was more stunning and beautiful than I thought it would be!! The coast-facing side is all glass/sliding doors with a view that’s hard to beat. The shared patio space is so spacious that it hardly felt shared. Right beyond the back gate was a short, steep path right down to the water.
Places to eat and shop are easily within walking distance. There’s only one spot to park that’s dedicated to the unit, but there is a good-sized parking lot right next to the building if you have 1 or even 2 extra vehicles, so no issues there!
Inside, it is cozy and welcoming and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Both bathrooms were well-stocked with anything you might need and also very clean. All-around, I just can’t find anything to complain about!
Additionally, communication with the host was quick and easy. I accidentally left some stuff there and wasn’t able to contact him until it was close to checkout time. He called within about 10 minutes and generously worked with me, even with such little notice.
TL;DR - amazing location, amazing host, highly highly recommend staying here!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay in Ocean Beach, California. After visiting the San Diego Zoo, Coronado and local eateries and coffee shops, we relaxed with spectacular views from the cliffside patio. The host communication was an A+. Enjoy!

Stayed here with a family of 5 (one on the sofa bed). We didn’t spend much time here but when we did it had everything we needed. View is awesome! Check in process is easy and owner was highly responsive to my questions. 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Sea World. Would stay again!

This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the ocean from the outside patio. We arrived to a very clean place and comfortable beds. Restaurants and shops are within quick walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!

The beach house is a home away from home experience with the exception of a breath taking view. The beach and downtown is within walking distance. The best part is listening to the waves!! Jeff is a great host and very thorough regarding communication. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having the screen door in the living room allowed for hearing the waves crashing constantly. It was just lovely. We also loved the big patio overlooking the ocean with some wine and cheese in the evenings. We were close to everything!

The condo was equipt with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We watched dolphins and/or whales go by right from the back porch on two days of our 4 day stay! The binder from host was extremely helpful - we ate at several of the recommended spots and enjoyed all. The binder didn't lie!
Plenty of towels - and beach toys! We borrowed a bucket for beach combing. (Not many shells, though.) Tide pools were fascinating! We loved watching the gulls & pelicans fly over, too. Perfect location for enjoying everything "ocean!"

We had such a wonderful time. The views were spectacular and listening to the waves was so soothing. It is centrally located and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance from the main OB beach. The parking spot was great being adjacent to the property and the condo was fully stocked with everything needed. We ll be back again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach! The condo was perfectly situated on a quiet road. Parking in San Diego is hard to find but this place comes with a designated parking spot.
The condo itself was great with a huge deck off the back. The sunsets were spectacular! The pelicans and seagulls fly overhead and the sound of the waves is heavenly. We ate outside during the day and the weather was perfect.
The condo had a washer and dryer. Also dishwasher and many kitchen essentials for cooking. The master bed was comfy and quiet. Two bed and two bath made it convenient for us.
We walked in the neighborhood and along Sunset Cliffs. Beautiful scenery! Great walking trails nearby.
The Mexican food in Old Town was the best we’ve had. We loved Cafe de Fred’s!! And Casa de Reyes!! Now we won’t want Mexican food at home - we are spoiled.

My friend and I were celebrating our partners birthdays together with a Disneyland trip followed by a couple of days here. Incredible location, and Jeff was very helpful with our late check in, and made sure to follow up the next day to make sure everything was ok. The house is well furnished, and cooking steaks on that BBQ while the sun sets over the ocean, can’t ask for more!

Lovely property with deck overlooking the ocean. Sit and watch the pelicans glide by. Easy walk to Ocean beach restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Access down to tide pools just a block away. Great that the place has its own parking space. Very well maintained. Host gave great instructions. Highly recommend!

This condo was the perfect location for our escape. My husband and I came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and had an amazing stay. We loved soaking in the breathtaking sunsets, relaxing on the patio listening to the peaceful waves and watching the dolphins, and exploring the beautiful shoreline. The condo itself was lovely. The decor was inviting, the furnishings warm and cozy, and the cupboards were stocked with everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. We would love to return again!

Choosing your Ocean Beach condo was the best decision! Your home was very cozy and comfortable, well equipped, clean, and peaceful. We felt very safe too. Everything was so easy! As described-the location is top-notch! The ease to walk to coffee in the morning to a stroll for dinner is wonderful. The location is also extremely convenient to the airport, Little Italy, downtown San Diego and even a drive up the coast!

The view of the ocean and sound of the surf make this unique. The funky town of Ocean Beach is conveniently a few blocks away, with many choices of restaurants and shops. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped. Jeff was a very responsive host, providing many good recommendations for activities and dining. It is quite easy to get into San Diego from the condo. The best part was relaxing on the patio with coffee in the morning, listening to the waves directly below, and watching sunsets every night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wedding to attend in San Diego and feel truly lucky to have found such a perfect vacation rental with such kind and helpful owners. We had an amazing stay here. The view from the patio was phenomenal. The tide pools were so cool. The location was excellent. So many shops and restaurants and beaches nearby. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here! My husband and daughter and I stayed at this gorgeous condo for 3 days 4 nights and I wish we could have stayed even longer! The views itself are worth every penny, but Jeff made everything so easy so it made it that much more enjoyable! The condo was spacious and extremely clean and packed with everything you could possibly need during your stay! Everything about it was a dream. That view from the patio was unbelievable - pictures don't even do it enough justice. The neighborhood and the locals were so incredibly friendly, it just made our stay that much more amazing. We were truly sad to leave but I can assure you we will be back and stay at "Nana & Papa's Beach House!"

My sister's and I pick a place to get together once a year. This year San Diego was our destination. This little condo was the perfect place for us. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed.
For us, the best part was the lovely patio. Excellent ocean and pier views. Coffee every morning was pure bliss.

Short weekend retreat I booked this property for a relaxing reprieve for my Navy son in training and myself, was hoping for a couple of sunset evenings though overcast skies unfortunately did not cooperate but you can't dictate the weather! Communication with owner was great, clean, and all amenities needed. Being near water and hearing the waves crash was a welcomed treat. Only complaint was too soft of bedroom mattress but the sofa bed easily pulled out and the bonus of hearing waves throughout the night. Much to do in area though not enough time in our two short nights stay, hope to return and enjoy that CA sunset sometime.

Beautiful ocean view. It was great to sit on patio and watch sunsets. Condo was as described. Only issue we had was the week we were there it was hotter than normal and condo could be hot at night making it difficult to sleep. We are used to air conditioning. Location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and pier. We had 2 couples for the week and the 2 beds and 2 baths worked well.

I can't say enough good about this property and the manager. Both were impeccable. The location is 10/10. You can walk anywhere in ob. The view is stunning with the tide pools directly below on the path just outside the gate. Every night there was people lining up to be able to see this view. On top of that Jeff was incredible to deal with. And the recommendations book was awesome to have. No matter what you feel like for food there is a recommendation (shout out for the Nico's recommendation!).
It was the last two days of a road trip honey moon and on the backend of two days at Disney and I couldn't have asked for a better place to just relax.

A beautifully situated property in a very cool area of San Diego. Friendly locals, loads of food and beach options nearby, and great for exploring the region. Host very communicative and property in excellent condition. The sunsets from the shared sun deck were a highlight of the holiday.
