Review for OYO Townhouse Alpha

The location is fine as it was close to the main road. The room cleaning staff were available late at night too.

No water bottles and toiletries provided. The rooms were looking too shady as the wall paint was coming off. If a person wants to eat anything from outside, it's prohibited. The phone was not working too and we could not get in touch with the reception. Please update the pictures on the website or booking.com as it misleads the customers for the hotel being in tip top condition. The duct door was not even repaired as it kept on opening and it is present in the room itself.

Don’t stay over here poor staff

The worst experience. When asked no action taken and they charged extra on everything. Initially booked for 3 days immediately cancelled everything

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

Nothing, maybe the bed because that was the only Okayish thing there

Literally everything, no facilities, no water, no cleaning, AC was almost on the verge to die, washroom was dirty, no soap, no drinking water. Worst experience.

The staff is not cooperative. Didn't provide room service. Didn't clean the room inspite of requesting multiple times. Didn't give payment receipt as well. The restaurant food is bad. Didn't provide a extra matress as well which was committed during room checkin

Avoidable skip this one

The restaurant food was fine But the tables were in a mess and unkept restaurant Not very appealing to sit. As it seems like a canteen. Large room Ac works fine Good location Swift checkin . But pay immediately

The hotel refuses to serve water. Extremely rude manager who insisted we pay immediately which is ok but his tone and behavior was disgusting This oyo property is very basic. They kept avoiding our request to give us an invoice..after chasing them they have given us a whatsapp photo. They do not give you water even in a water jug Wifi doesn't work

OYO standards have really degraded and the staff is in simplest of words, inconsiderate.

The OYO Townhouse is situated at a very good location and is right next to TAJ Vivanta as well as Courtyard Marriott. Cabs and auto rickshaws are easily available and there are a lot of good restaurants at proximity to the townhouse.

When we reached the hotel for check in, the reception staff showed us a smaller room in comparison to the pictures available online and asked us to pay an "extra amount" to what we had already paid for. We had booked the room keeping in mind the available dimensions and yet the staff tried to befuddle us into paying extra. When we downrightly disagreed, the manager intervened and said that it'd be alright for us to stay in the "bigger room" for the amount already paid for. The cleanliness factor was very poor. The day we checked in, despite of asking for the sheets to be changed, it was not done. After numerous calls at the reception and one night of sleeping on the stained sheets itself did the hotel staff come and change the linen. The soaps provided in the bathrooms are third grade and we had to request multiple times for the bathroom to be cleaned after moving in the room. The breakfast was one word horrible. We had paid extra for complimentary breakfast for 3 days and all we got was excuses. The first day when we went down for breakfast at 8:10 am, there was only bread and butter available. When we asked for other options, they said it will take time as the boy has gone to buy onions! In the end, we had to leave hungry without breakfast as it was getting quite late. The second time, while there was idli and sambar served, the sambar smelt horrible and in most likelihood was spoilt, when we asked for bread and butter the boy said that there wasn't any butter available! In addition to all these problems the dining area of the restaurant was not at all clean and there were cockroaches with the tables not even cleared out of used plates. After paying "extra money" for a "complimentary breakfast" it is definitely expected out of the hotel to provide a good meal but alas all was in vain.

Small room, no parking space, no towel, AC was not working, poor service, Wrong address on voucher, Dirty water for shower.

The shower smelled badly, the bed was not tidy, the telephone instrument didn't work fine....the tv was not recharged...although requested them to do the same

As Bathroom latch was broken, the window glass of bathroom broken, we ordered veg schzewan noodle which full of red and green chillies.
