These quaint log cabins and suites make up the entire Foothills Lodge and Cabins in South Fork, a hub for fishing, hiking, and skiing on the edge of Southwest Colorado's Weminuche Wilderness. Here at the confluence of the South Fork and Rio Grande Rivers, you can hike the world-famous Continental Divide Trail, ski the winter slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area 19 miles south, and take memorable day trips to Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve 66 miles east.
This listing includes all 16 units within the Foothills Lodge and Cabins, offering a total of 27 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 94 people.

You'll find a few additional amenities at the cabins and lodges named for the local fauna, including a private hot tub at the studio-style Fox Cabin, the two-bedroom Elk Cabin, and the two-bedroom Moose Lodge. The last four cabins (the Deer Cabin, the Coyote Cabin, the Bear Cabin, and the Antelope Cabin) each offer two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen, and a fireplace for snowy Colorado evenings, as well as free WiFi access. We rented every room and cabin for a family reunion. The cabins and lodge rooms were spacious and very clean. Everybody had their own space and then after we went exploring during the day we would all gather at the goat house to play games, hangout and make memories. The views alone are worth the visit. We had the best time! 10 stars!!!

We had rented out the whole place for a wedding group. We had guests arrive early, and I hadn’t got the codes for the rooms yet. The manager came in early and got the people in their rooms, before the actual check in time. She could have easily said that we were early for check in, and waited. She didn’t, she made everyone feel right at home! She came by later and gave us some champagne for the special occasion.
If you’re looking for a place to house guests for a special event or just spending time with the family for a weekend, this is the place to do it. Multiple guests raved about the comfort of the beds. Thank you for making this weekend even more special!
