Incredible view of Boka Bay!

The view from the terrace totally lived up to the property's description. We had a panoramic view of Boka Bay and, at night, the lights reflected off the water and resulted in a stunning view. There was plenty of room with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath and living room. Our host was a great communicator and helped us coordinate everything. She even made a pair of binoculars available for viewing distant points across the bay, and a nice bottle of wine was offered.

The only challenging part about this property is its location. It's quite out of the way and the parking location was quite a challenge to navigate due to tight spacing and a pretty steep approach.

The view from this terrace was outstanding, plenty big enough for 4 adults, and the host Iva was very informative and helpful, anything you need at all she responded immediately

Perfect location and host

Great location. Walkable distance to old town but has the peace and quiet. The terrace is a winner and spent most time there watching the action on the bay. Host was great and the little things that make a big difference were there. Iva ‘rescued’ us from a very grumpy taxi driver, a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival, hot water already on and every facility you expect in a home.

Nothing…..it really was more than expected.

Beautiful vista over Kotor Bay

Everything. The house has everything one would need, whether for a short, or a longer stay. We felt there like at home and enjoyed every moment spent there. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is also great, and the view from taracce is just outstanding!

Amazing vocation!

Stunning views of the bay! Very hospitable and helpful hostess! Everything is very comfortable and most importantly very quiet! And terraces are a separate pleasure! Thanks for the best vacation ever!

Exceptional

The view across the bay is amazing, especially at night when the fortress is lit up. Very quiet and peaceful; having a car it was a good option to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor but really still be close enough to visit in a few minutes. Being “off-season” we had no problems driving in and finding parking near Kotor old town. Very efficient heater to keep us toasty and warm. Well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook full meals when we wanted to. Comfortable beds, warm quilts. Large and comfortable sofas and chairs. Very large balcony overlooking the bay. Washing machine. Excellent Wifi. Very friendly and helpful host - prompt communication leading up to our arrival and helpful with instructions on how to find the house. Iva also provided us with a long list of sightseeing options in Kotor and also nearby.

The road up to the private car parking was a little rough and washed out after the recent heavy rain.

I recommend this appartment as it is good value for money and is very well located. Excellent host.

Perfect location. Fantastic, nearly mesmerizing views to Kotor Bay. Very quiet place. Host was very helpful, pleasant and she even organized the tour on a speed boat for us for a very reasonable price. She has good command of English language and is a pleasure to deal with her. There is convenient grocery shop nearby and the marina is just a few yards away (the speed boat pick us up from there). We could always park the car near the marina and the driving time to Kotor is about 7-10 minutes.

There is nothing to fault in this apartment.
