Our home is just 5 minutes away to SM Clark Mall, Robinson Mall and Nepo Mall and 5 minutes drive to Clark International Airport and accessible to 7-11 store, restaurants and supermarkets.

Transportation is very easy with 24/7 tricycle and grab service. Transportation may also be provided by the house (Toyota Innova - 7 seater) with additional cost.

This modern inspired apartment is fully equipped with brand new furnitures and appliances such as microwave oven, toasters, kettle, electric stove, gas stove, rice cooker, refrigerator and water heater.
All beds and mattresses are brand new.
Guest will have an access to the entire house. Guest can also use the compound facilities including the Basketball Court and Park.

Guest access:
2 guests - master bedroom will be opened only and access to the entire house.
4 guests - master bedroom and 1 more bedroom will be opened only and access to the entire house.
more than 5 guests - all rooms will be opened and access to the entire house.

Guest has to pay cleaning fee (PHP 500) on requests.
Nanny and driver are available upon requests with additional fee.
minimum 15 days and Monthly bookings includes complimentary cleaning once per week. I can also arranged your free airport pick and drop off (from Clark International Airport only).

All keys will be handed over by Mr. Noel Cabilangan my assistant.
