Posto carino, ma qualcosa da rivedere

La posizione centrale e non distante dalla stazione. La possibilità del check-in online. Il gestore Alessandro gentilissimo. La presenza di un microonde e della macchina del caffè nell'area comune.

Stanza non insonorizzata, purtroppo si è sentito tutto sia dalla stanza adiacente che dal piano sottostante fino all'una di notte. Testiera del letto sporca con ampi aloni di grasso (bisognerebbe fare attenzione e pulirla ad ogni check out). Convenzione fittizia con bar Tiffany: per la colazione offre uno sconto del 20% ma in realtà, al momento del pagamento, i prezzi sono maggiorati rispetto a quelli sul menù; in più, una volta applicato il finto sconto, il totale viene arrotondato per eccesso (consiglierei alla struttura di scegliere un altro bar che non si faccia beffa dei clienti).

comodità, pulizia, bollitore, frigo, macchinetta del caffè a portata di mano: comodissimo per soggiornare e sentirsi a casa

non sapevo a chi fare una richiesta, ovvero avere un cuscino in più, perché non sapevo dove trovare una reception/un contatto di riferimento

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación.

No me gustó que solo hubiera un microondas. No había ni una pequeña nevera, ni un plato dónde calentar comida o cubiertos...

Comodo il self check in per chi magari arriva in tarda serata, utilissima la card per muoversi gratis in trentino. A disposizione cialde per il caffè nell' area comune. Zona centrale vicinissima ai mercatini.

Come consiglio metterei a disposizione delle bottiglie d'acqua per gli ospiti. Purtroppo la domenica i bar sono quasi tutti chiusi per la colazione.

La Corte è stato un buon posto dove rifugiarsi in giornate davvero piovose .

Pulita ed accogliente . Arredamento moderno e in ottimo stato .

Non siamo mai riusciti ad accendere il riscaldamento sebbene fossero giornate piovesse e sarebbe stato utile . Il display dei comandi inoltre è in una posizione davvero scomoda .

Will definitely return.

Excellent and comfy stay. Very clean and location is perfect, close enough to the centre, restaurants and the river. Though there is no reception and it can feel quite anonymous, the guide app sent prior to the stay was super helpful and informative. Will definitely return!

Nothing as such. Just worth thinking about the absence of a reception and so there is no luggage deposit. I didn't need this, but worth to keep in mind if required. Not sure what the options are.

Horrible. An apartment full of mold - see photos

Nothing, the apartment was full of mold and I had to leave after one night because I was having an alergic reaction. Booking.com apologized and said I was going to be reimbursed, but almost three months they only credited me 15% of what I paid for. Horrible experience.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Rovereto

Great clean and spacious room in the heart of Rovereto. I stayed for a conference and had plenty of options to get everywhere by foot including excellent restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, museums, shops, and bars. The owners even provide a tip for breakfast which turned out great. All the instructions to get to the property and how to get access were perfect! The train station is about a 10 min walk away and a moderately priced car park about 3 min. The staff was very attentive and kind. Everything seemed new and clean in the apartment and there was enough room to cook small meals and even a complementary ground coffee. Be mindful that this room does not have A/C but a fan and enough windows to keep open at night as the neighbourhood is quiet (it is Italy though, so sometimes there is noise until the late hours from the street). We managed with an average of 28°C during the day. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Wifi was generally good but at some corners of the rooms a bit weak, nothing major though! It would be great to have some insect nets at some of the windows to keep all creepy crawlies out, but no more than one fly came in during August.

Very clean. The fan was appreciated. Very quiet and central location. Self check-in went smooth.

There is no place to leave luggage once you check out. The fan was a bit noisy and the short electrical cord limited options. Paper cups for tea are just sad.

Clean and modern rooms, central location

We had a great stay! Location is very central, the room are modern and clean. The mattress were a bit hard for my taste though. Staff were super friendly and helpful at any time since I could not open the check in-link immediately. All in all, it was just a perfect for our 1 night stay.

Clean, serviceable room at a good value.

Price and location were perfect, room was very clean and well equipped. No refrigerator in room, but there’s a communal kitchen down the hall.

Room was small, but had everything we needed. If staying longer, parking might be an issue. But for one night we were able to park in the adjoining lot for free.

Great Room in Rovereto centre

Great room, comfortable, cleaned, with all required (extra blankets, heater in the room, hairdryer, soap...). Breakfast in the shared kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and relax area with TV. Wonderful host always ready to help you and really quick in answer all the questions. I really recommend it for long and short stays as well.

There are not things I did not like at all. It was more than I expected.

Perfect

Excellent location, very modern and practical (everything one needs), although it might seem too simple for hotel standards, but we appreciated very much this style. Sparkling clean, newly renovated. Despite being inside the old town, parking was easy, on the public parking slot in front of the building (with reasonable fees).

Standard Italian breakfast (croissant, coffee, juice, marmalade). Nevertheless, they adjusted to our request the second day, after we communicated our preference for salty (non-sweet) food.

Exceptional

Very friendly hosts, flawless communication. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean, wonderful clean modern design. Excellent breakfast in the courtyard. Location right in the center, yet peaceful and serene. We parked our car in a public parking lot at 5 minutes walk distance, no problem whatsoever, only 5 Euros for 24h.

Room was on 2nd floor under the roof and therefore quite hot despite open windows. State of the art climate control system is installed in the room, but we were too tired to turn it on, entirely our own fault.
