Will not consider or recommend for a

Location, customer service/response, easy metro access, in the heart of the city. Many restaurants around the area.

Building structure old, smelly. Facilities inside the apartment was limited beyond expectation. No space for suitcases, dinning area is hardly an area and cannot be considered to sit, overly limited space wrt kitchen. Cannot wash anything at all, no AC, no bathroom fans…Not suitable for family. Will be just enough if one has backpack as provided cupboard shelf is small.

Гарне місце розташування, велике вікно, було чисто

Вікно не відкривалося і в першу ніч це була проблема, не хватало свіжого повітря.Наступного дня по нашому проханню вікно відкрили, воно просто заїдало, тому ми подумали, що воно не відкривається.Також нам не відразу передали паролі від вхідних дверей, що ведуть на вулицю.Вирішення цієї броблеми забрало у нас час.Сама кімната хороша, але дуже маленька за таку ціну

Que no pude abrir la puerta de la entrada con facilidad incluso casi me rendi .. abrio en el 4 intento y encima se fue la luz de afuera . Me quedé sentada varios minutos esperando y pensando que me quedaría a dormir afuera .gracias a dios abrio

Très bon rapport qualité prix!

Appartement bien réparti avec de grands espaces. On ne se gêne pas. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle. L’espace cuisine, même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servi et très correct. Les chambres bien agencées.

Cómoda estancia en París.

La ubicación es muy buena. Situado en el centro, junto a una estación de metro con varias líneas. Segunda planta sin ascensor. Pero muy cómodo de llegar. Aunque el edificio está muy abandonado y antiguo, sin embargo el apartamento está muy limpio y el mobiliario es nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas. Calefacción y wifi muy bien.

Nuestro apartamento era para cuatro personas. Consistía en dos habitaciones con camas dobles muy cómodas y un servicio. En el pasillo de entrada estaba situado una barra con 4 bancos altos. La cocina, muy pequeña, estaba ubicada en un recodo. Por este motivo, cocinar y comer en el apartamento, para nosotros fue incómodo. Echamos en falta un espacio con una mesa. Como apunte para mejora, sería positivo incluir una escoba y un recogedor.

Very good for the two double beds for a family of four. The rest was very disappointing...

The two double beds were very good for a family of four.

There wasn't any space to put luggage, we had to move the beds towards the wall so we could leave our suitcase on the floor and have enough space to walk. The WC sink didn't work properly and the water stayed in the sink. There was lots of dust on the surfaces of furniture. The extra toilet paper was dirty.

Nice quiet place to stay for 2 days in Paris

The property was clean and efficient, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Paris. There was 4 of us and we were comfortable, had enough room and didn’t feel on top of each other

The directions were misleading, but we found access quickly after reading a previous review left. Once entering from the main entrance on the street, go through the door on the right and up the staircase.

Generally good apartment block but could use some tweaks

Generally good and Comfortable apartment in a good location needed for work. I’ve stayed in this block twice and this time the toilet didn’t smell of sewage, like most other apartments in the Marais area. Though the first apt did.

WiFi good but not great. No password so probably being used by many people. The full details for entry have not been given either time I’ve stayed. Three different codes are required to enter the building, the apartment block and the room. The block code was not given correctly. I had to contact management to give it. Also, underneath the toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned - dried urine was left. Heating is constantly on in the apartments, so if it is cold but not freezing temperature outside it is impossible to cool the apt. Fans are provided but these are next to useless. Heat not a problem this time as it was -4 outside so turning off heating in my room was sufficient to cool.

Appartement propre et proche du métro.

L'emplacement, tout proche des stations de métro, nous avons pu nous déplacer librement et à tout moment. Les photos étaient conforme à la réalité. Les équipements étaient de qualité.

Si je dois noter une critique, ça serait le niveau du gel douche 😅 Mise à part cela, tout était bien.

It was ok.

Location

No breakfast. The shower head didn’t mount to the wall as the bracket was broken. And the bathroom smelt quite disgusting as there’s clearly a leak from the shower that has been going on a a while. The property doesn’t feel that secure. The door to WS can easily be pushed open and once or twice our apartment door opened when we were there. Luckily we were as I shouted ‘hey’. It doesn’t feel that secure and I worried about leaving things there while we were out.

Disappointing

Location wasn't too bad and most of the facilities were passable for a short stay. A little small for 4 people but alright for using as a base for exploring Paris. Didn't spend much time in the apartment.

The bathroom had no ventilation - no window or extractor fan - and smelled awful throughout the stay. Couldn't tell whether it was sewage or damp due to lack of ventilation. Everytime we showered the floor would also get soaked.

Small but cute apartment in a great location

The location was great in a quiet neighbourhood but with lots of transport options. It was small but handy and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff wasn’t in the property, but we didn’t have any problems and they asked very quickly to all our questions.

Dirty floors. Old towels which were still damp placed on our on the beds. Pillows are do old with no shape. Hard beds and a damp smell throughout the apartment.

When we arrived at the apartment I found a black hair on one of the towels but I thought it happens … Next day morning when we woke up and opened the bathroom door there was a terrible smell coming from somewhere. It was unbearable and it was hard to stay in the bathroom for a longer time i.e. shower or makeup. It was absolutely awful. The room wasn’t like on the photos, you could tell it wasn’t maintained properly. Wouldn’t recommend.

The location was close to the metro. Supermarket not far also. Very secure and clean. Fridge and microwave and equipment adequate.

Could not walk around the bed-sideways shuffle. The bathroom has no ventilation. Neighbours were noisy on occasion but to be expected in this sort of apartment.

Superb

Clean cozy apartment with all the facilities needed. Small kitchen, fridge, table, clean and comfortable beds. The location is very good, close to the center, and really close to the metro station Republique. We walked 30 minutes until Louvre. On the streets, it is full of bars and pubs. Very nice places and crowded with people. The apartment was on a small quiet street and building. The guy who received us was very helpful and nice. Thank you, Massidy!!! The building is very safe as you have entrance codes to all the doors. I really liked that.

They don't have an elevator, and the apartments are situated on the 2nd floor. So if you have heavy luggage, reconsider going up those stairs. On the stairs, the walls are old, and they smell a bit of mold. But once you get in the apartment, it is fine. The rooms are small and they don't have single beds.

Pleasant

Good location, good transport links, nice street and comfortable bed. Reasonable value for money overall

Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Not a lot of space in the flat, was glad it was just a couple of nights. We didn't get the message with the access codes before arrival either, had to call the company from the train to get them to send it, which they then did. The notices regarding pest control in the building didn't make a good impression when we got there but we saw nothing in the apartment, fortunately!

Good value for money and to use as a place to sleep at night if exploring Paris city.

It was a cosy, modern room with good amenties and located close to public transport. Check in and out was very easy as we just had a time that we could enter at and leave before and we got sent the codes and clear directions to the room in advance of our stay.

The area wasn't the safest feeling. It is not the property's fault but we were almost followed back to the apartment on the day of our arrival by someone. You could also hear everything going on in the corridor and the room's close by and we were a little on edge due to our initial experience.

good location

very uncomfortable, poor quality bedding. Other guests staying in the block were very noisy. disturbed sleep every night, due to noise. The curtains weren’t fitted correctly and kept falling down. Pest problems in the building.

Clean, good location, nearby vegan eateries, quiet, good customer service.

Location near Republique was good, with walking distance to some vegan restaurants. Apartment was clean and quiet. Good shower and had a Nespresso machine. We had a problem with the apartment door code that took about 20 mins to get resolved with a chat on WhatsApp and then got some sweets delivered the next day as an apology.

The city view was a bit of false advertising, I'm sure other apartments would have a street view but all we had was the courtyard. Our door code was initially incorrect and was a little stressful for my kids while we got it sorted but I would expect that was a rare glitch and not really a negative point.
