Eres bueno, pero mejora

Todo el personal muy amable, lo que solicitabas te ayudaban es difícil encontrar en acapulco un servicio de calidad ustedes lo tienen. Adicional al toda una noche nos quedamos sin agua porque al chico de mantenimiento se le olvidó prender la bo.ba de agua nos dormimos sucios con arena esa noche, poco incomoda sin agua

El aire acondicionado es deficiente, las habitaciones llegaban estar hasta 26 o 27 grandos ya con aire acondicionado y ventiladores, muy defiende esa parte.

El aire acondicionado nunca sirvió, la habitación no tenía balcón aunque no estuviera con vista al mar por lo menos le deberían construir un balcón, porque guardan mucha humedad ya que no cuentan con ventilacion y los precios de las comidas y bebidas estaban algo elevados con relación al hotel

Too many mosquitos at night and could not even open the balcony door to hear the Ocean. Got so sick from the Ceviche!

El hotel no fue lo que yo esperaba y se me hizo caro en relación a otros hoteles de la zona, limpieza es buena personal amable pero creo que hay mejores ofertas con relación a lo q se ofrece

El hotel muy limpio, excelente atención del personal, sin duda pienso regresar!

Hay muchas hormiguitas rojas en las habitaciones, se suben a la cama. Regresé a mi destino con muchas ronchas. Aconsejo fumigar más seguido.

It is very nice and I was very impressed!

Very nice service and friendly and helpful employees, the hotel has a lot of activity for children inside and outside, pool has also water attraction for child. The hotel is close to the old beach, low personal traffic at the hotel beach, you can absolutely enjoy. The kitchen is delicious and has food for all vegetarians as also seafood and meal.

The plate volume is reduced, in a situation I had to order 2 plates to fill me.

Nice place away from the big city

This was our second stay and we will probably return again. It's a nice location away from the city. We loved the restaurant and chill vibe. Our servers were excellent and spoke good English. Be sure to get a room with a water view. They all have nice big patios. Had a great massage at the outdoor massage tent.

We arrived after a busy weekend and the pool looked like it was heavily used and not very clean. On previous visits it was very clean so it may have been a timing thing. Besides that, it's a really nice pool with a big slide for kids.

music !!!!! in beach was loud music, I was want listen mar , not music and it was loud ! when I asked make music less or turn off, the waiter say I can change place on other sofa. but there same was loud music.

Perfect place for a layover night after hours of driving.

Amenities, pool, beach and grass gardens are quite nice. It has many areas to just lay down and relax, or enjoy a book, a coffee or just a nap. Besides that the beach is just in front which gives to the whole a nice vibe.

The room was huge, but it felt a bit empty and not too cozy. Perhaps a couch or a tea table and a shelve with drawers or reading area would make it much more enjoyable. I also didn't like much that music is played very loud and this goes into the rooms. Although the personal reacted very prompt to lower the volume upon request.

Staff was nice

huge roach came out of the air conditioning called management and they showed up after I had killed it myself it was huge and nasty!

my card locked me out of the room and they are super small . The toilet was too close to the wall my legs didn’t fit .

Excellent hotel and staff beautiful view and location safe environment

This hotel was absolutely amazing the location was close to the airport the size of the room was fantastic The view was awesome we were able to see the pool and the beach they also had a on-site restaurant and parking. We stayed the first three nights at this location we were supposed to stay in another location about an hour and a half away in a different part of Mexico we were supposed to stay there a total of three nights we end up staying only one night the hotel was absolutely horrible, therefore we returned back to this location. the second Other than that we had no issues with the staff the staff was very professional the hotel was clean the location was close to the hotel as stated before and it was very safe overall I give this hotel 10 thumbs up for the price and value. Thank you for an amazing time Mishol.

On the second stay. Room 305 was ok the only issue we had was no hot water, very noisy in the hallway and some type of noise outside on the deck that lasted throughout the night at times, they provided us with two bottles of body gel instead of one body gel and one shampoo, the bathroom sink looks like it needs updating, we felt that room 305 was maybe there last result room to offer a guess. The bed on both occasions was very hard and uncomfortable, the parking was 10 pesos per day I believe. Oh and finally don't let me forget to mention I think some of the alcohol beverages are little overpriced they charge seven pesos for basically a shot glass of Baileys.

Overcharged by the hotel

Nothing was as expected

No room service after 7pm and nowhere to fid food. Taxis are very expensive because it is located in the middle of nowhere.
