I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Possibilità di affittare il motorino. Colazione buona e caffè con thermos sempre disponibile.

Si potrebbe curare leggermente di più la pulizia degli appartamenti.

Buena relación calidad-precio

La familia fue muy amable y acogedora desde el minuto 1; nos dieron todas las facilidades posibles, pudimos alquilar 2 motos en cuanto llegamos.

El colchón tenia un agujero horrible de años y años de haber dormido gente en él, fue imposible dormir ni siquiera dándole la vuelta

Het is heel simpel, maar voor deze prijs kan je ook niet meer verwachten. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en uiteindelijk konden we tegen een extra betaling ook gebruik maken van de airconditioning.

La wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien L’eau est froide ( ce qui ne nous pas tant derangé mais il faut le savoir)

Ok for a night or so but

Good location near beach

I stayed too long. I think a night or two if you are passing by is fine. I wouldn’t stay here for any longer. I would also be aware that the rooms stink, dark and just a little gross. I know it’s budget, but I’ve moved to another place in town and it’s 10x better and the same price. If you are staying longer, then book elsewhere!

Good value for money

Good value for money, basic but you get a place to sleep and a nice banana pancake in the morning with free tea and coffee, staff were very nice also

Great homestay and fantastic value for money!

Such a lovely homestay. Great location, only 5 minutes away from the main part of kuta. Staff were very helpful and the included breakfast was delicious. Overall a gorgeous place!

Superb

Really friendly people who even brought me to the hospital when I was very sick, and nice breakfast. Room has AC as well.

The wifi is not very strong (only enough to receive and send text messages) so if this is important to you look further

It was THE best stay ever I’ve never felt so welcomed and safe

The owner Mr Kedi (I’m not really sure if that’s the correct spelling) he was very lovely with his son Roy, who helped learned how to ride a scooter for the first time hahahaha. Lovely staff, perfect location roughly around 5 mins away from the centre. And near the beaches around 7 mins away from Pantai Seger (good place to surf if you’re intermediate).

paper thin walls, bad smell from the drains, cold water showers, ant problem in the bathroom, no sign of the included breakfast.

Cheap and cheerful. Owner friendly. Nice local vibe. Slept well. Breakfast pancakes good given the price. Owner sorted out bikes.

Wi-Fi poor in some rooms but excellent in others. Could have been cleaner. Distant location from centre.

Great value for money

Really nice backpacker vibe, friendly owners who are very hospitable and good natured. Free hot drinks and cheap water refills all day. Nice area a short journey from Kuta and near the beach. All round a great place and really good value for money.

Unfortunately no Wi-Fi would reach our room down near the edge of the property and also our mobile data would not connect either - bit of a black hole

Great place, very peaceful stay and has all the essentials you need. Guy who runs the place is so helpful and was able to organise bike rental and various other activities

Really good price and really nice hosts

The host is super helpful and arranged everything we needed for our trip! When it comes to value for money we think this place is amazing! It’s perfect for backpackers or people looking for basic accommodations.

Good value for money

Simple accommodation but with everything you need. The aircon works very well, the bed is comfortable, you have a little place to be outsite with 2 chairs and there is a place to hang up your clothes. A bit far from the center, but close riding a scooter.

Maybe the bathroom need a little shelves where to put the soap and shampoo in the shower, there is nothing so you need to leave everything at the floor. When you get shower everything get wet because toilet y shower are together, but is normal in a lot of places in Indonesia. The door in the bathroom doesn't close very well, so is not totally seal between the room and bathroom.

really nice place to stay nearby to Kuta city The owning family lives also there so you feel staying in a local place and supporting Lombok economy Basic facilities but they are friendly and help you in whatever you need; scooter, surf, transportation. will come back in the future

Great stay

It was an amazing stay. I felt really welcome and the banana pancakes for breakfast were great. Also the beds are really comfy and rooms are silent. Booked for 3 nights ended up 5 nights.

A lovely stay here - the host is very welcoming and tries to help out in whatever way he can! very good value for money with a private room, comfy bed and a nice banana pancake included for breakfast!

I’d suggest to spend a bit more money to stay somewhere else

The place was very cheap and had breakfast included

It’s a bit far from the center, kind of in the middle of the road. Rooms are very basic and smell a bit weird. The bathroom stainer had a big hole so cockroaches and a frog came out while we were showering
