The Perfect Family Holiday Villa

Villa Marina was perfect for our family holiday for 2 weeks - 2 adults & 3 children. The children all had their own room and there was so much space for all of us. There is also a double bed settee in the living room. The basement area with pool table and table tennis was amazing to escape the heat. Each area had full air conditioning which was brilliant as it was very hot. The whole villa was spotless upon arrival and during our stay we had 3 visits from cleaners. The pool and garden areas were well maintained. The host, Pedro, was there upon arrival and kept in touch to ensure everything was in place and any queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. The facilities in the villa were excellent - washing machine, dish washer and a clothes horse was available to dry clothes in the garden - first time I've ever come home from holiday with cases full of clean clothes! The beds were very comfortable and all bedding was of a very high quality. Externally, there are 8 sun loungers, a dining area and the pool was great. The pool measures approximately 3m x 5m. I can't recommend this villa highly enough. The location, at the Marina, was lovely and it was a short Uber into the Old Town, approx €8 as we needed a people carrier for 5. We will happily return to Villa Marina.

Fabulous villa

Very clean, spacious, well equipped. Great hosts. Fab location. 5 euros in uber to Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful well equipped holiday home

The property was spacious, well equipped and clean. They supplied all the essentials, including pool towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, washing up liquid etc

Everything was lovely our only comments would be more hangers in the wardrobes and a pair of kitchen scissors.

we went on our first holiday with two young grandchildren- it was perfect!

the space , facilities and cleanliness- perfect for a family - the games room was a big bonus

the sofas were not really comfortable- but this was a minor problem- everything else was great. we also wished there were some steps down to the marina instead of having to walk all the way round .

Overall delighted with our stay and we would stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Marina. Location was within walking distance of the marina. An Uber to the old town varied between 4-6 euros per trip. The villa was spotlessly clean and bedding and towels were changed during our stay. We also had a washing machine where we could wash towels etc. ourselves. The kitchen was full of cooking utensils so nothing extra was needed. The sitting room area had a smart TV and Soundbar with wifi also available. Check-in was easy with Ana-Bela waiting for us upon our arrival. Overall we were really happy with our stay and we hope to be back again in the future.

It would have been good to have a shortcut through the villas rather than having to walk all the way around to the shops and bars on the marina. Some signposting for taxis would be good also as some had difficulty finding us.

Exceptional

We had a fabulous week staying at this villa. It was extremely clean and equipped to a high level. The pool is not big but it is more than adequate to splash around in and have fun. We also enjoyed the pool table and table tennis in the evenings. The kids also liked that the TV had Netflix! The team were always on hand via text if we needed anything and responded within minutes. The location is perfect for the Marina, which has certainly developed and has lots to offer restaurants and entertainment wise. The walk to old town takes about 15-20 minutes. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Coal for the BBQ would be nice. We had to go and find some (not always easy) - we left the remainder of the bag for the next guests to enjoy.

Great location, lovely villa, friendly host.

Our host was very accommodating, it was very easy to check in and nothing was too much trouble for our host. The location of the villa was fantastic. Very spacious for 7 people. Would absolutely visit again.

Very good

The property inside is like on posted pictures. The location is good near to old town of Albufeira and Marina. Next to the house two nice restaurants fish and steakhouse.

Little bit noise during evening. Also the noise of the water pump coming from the swimming pool. Swimming pool is little, don’t correspond to the pictures posted on booking. Pictures were taken from distance in order to show the area bigger.

I didn't want it to end it was perfect. A home away from home.

Everything you needed was there or in walking distance. The old town or new town was only bout 5 10 minutes away it was perfect. The host was extremely helpful.

Lost of room and the owner was really nice

It was a little windy at night on one side of the property, but that was due to the marina.
