This bright and cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation on the coast. Enjoy your morning coffee from a rocking chair on the farmers porch and watch the joggers and cyclists go by. The cottage is very well maintained and newly furnished - the bedroom features a plush king size bed, while the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room allows for 4 guests. A short stroll to many amazing restaurants (both fine and family friendly dining) - or grab your groceries nearby and use the fully setup kitchen, including stove/oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker and lobster pot! Walk, bike or drive to the beach (1.3 miles) with sidewalks the entire way (guest beach parking passes available).

This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Very convenient to Dock Square without dealing with all the traffic. The host was super responsive and accommodating when we needed to make some modifications to our booking. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to stay here again.

Place was clean and practical. However they are in serious need of a dehumidifier. Musty smell and everything was damp- carpets, sheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc….

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in a fantastic location. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was decorated with appropriate beach and nautical accessories, had a very comfy king sized bed and well-stocked kitchen. The chalkboard in the bathroom and guest book were cute touches.
The location was also excellent. We really enjoyed walking to Dock Square and all of the shops nearby. It really is so close to everything but feels so quiet and secluded when tucked away in the cottage.

This was our first visit to Maine, and our cabin had all the Kennebunk vibes we expected. Immaculately clean, perfect for two…walkable to shops and restaurants and the whale watching tour boat. The cabin is on a road that gets busy during the day (you’ll hear cars whooshing by) but no noise to speak of during sleep time. Only one suggestion: a pump for the bike tires!

We had a great stay while visiting Kennebunkport area. The listing was just as described and was a great testing spot for me and my family. There was plenty of linens, cute basket of toys and climate control to help cut the humidity.
While this place is no frills, it was clean, just as described and a good value. Thanks!

Communication with the owner was always smooth and check-in was easy. Place was neat and clean. It was initially stuffy as the weather was very hot and humid, but the air conditioner did a fine job at resolving that.
Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was tight, but functional and clean. The kitchen was likewise very tight, but neat and had what we needed. Wouldn’t plan to host a big meal from the kitchen, but this is not really the place for that.
Perfect size for a couple. Someone could sleep in the sitting area - but since the only bathroom is off the kitchen you’d be going back and forth through that area.
It is an reasonable walk to beaches, restaurants, and nearby sights. But those looking for a place right on the beach won’t find that here.
Overall we really liked the place and would stay there again.

Cute Cottage, Perfect Location
This little cottage was perfect for a 2 night stay in Kennebunkport. The location is perfect - a nice stroll down the road from Dock Square. The place itself is no frills but very comfortable and cozy for me and my husband. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. Host were helpful and responsive.

Great little cottage!
This cottage was great for our long weekend in Maine. Everything was as described. Check-in and check-out was very simple. The bed was so comfortable, and we were close by to the Kennebunks.

Convenient cottage and location
It was just myself and my 12 and 14 yo boys; the cottage had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. It is a busy road but within walking distance from coffee, and restaurants and downtown and a two minute drive to the beautiful beach.

Great location for visiting Kennebunkport!
Family of five had a great vacation at this cottage. It was perfect for us between having a kitchen which made things easy with kids and they provided a few games. The location was great to be able to walk into Kennebunkport. It was also a nice touch they included a pass to park at one of the local beaches and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage was easy to find and a short walk to Kennibunk, . Cottage is comfortable and equipped with necessities, a bit of a damp smell but that dissapates with open windows
Street is busy = but of course we went during the height of the season - back yard is pitched so not ideal for being outside

1st Father’s Day Trip
I booked this cottage last minute as a surprise trip for my husband to celebrate his first Father’s Day (a week early). We traveled with our 10 week old and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away. The super cute and cozy cottage was perfect for our family of 3. The short walk downtown, the king size bed and comfy linens were just some of the things we loved about the cottage. We were able to spend a day in Portland and stopped at Ogonquit on our way home, both a short 30 minute drive from Kennebunkport. Highly recommend this cute and affordable cottage!

A Perfect Getaway
We had wonderful 3 days. I usually have trouble sleeping but the bed was fantastic and it was so quiet at night that I slept like a teenager!! We had never been to Kennebunk before so we did
a lot of walking around. Drove to Cape Porpoise, walked the Rachel
Carson Nature Preserve trail, walked to get coffee at the coffee
roasters every morning and sat on the front porch to drink our
coffee and munch on croissants. It was a much needed, stress free
vacation. We loved it!!!!

Exactly as presented.
The place was clean and neat. Its was close to town and perfect in every way. As opposed to staying in a hotel suite or B&B it offered privacy, its own kitchen, and the neighbors are very quiet and don't mind if you're not.

Perfect Little Family Getaway
This one-bedroom home is quaint, adorable and well maintained. Efficient and practical for our small family. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the closet set-up, dresser and available pack 'n play (even though we did not need it.)
There was ample space for food to be stored and a reliable stove for us to make breakfast every morning with kids that wake up at 6am.
Fresh coffee is just a quick walk or 2-minute car ride down the road, but you could use the coffee maker too.
The kids had a blast racing around the little yard, hanging in the hammock and rocking on the chairs on the deck before bed.
I appreciated the proximity to everything although we opted not to walk with a three year old that surely would have required us to carry her for a bit. If it was just us 2 adults, we would have enjoyed the stroll after over indulging a few nights at dinner.
Access to a washer for a quick cycle of clothes covered in ice cream was gold. Hung the kids clothes to dry and had one less stain to worry about.
Roku worked out great for us and the kids got to watch their shows of Netflix as we got ready each morning. It was really nice to not hear the "noise" of cable and disconnect for a bit. The wifi signal is strong so the few business emails we had to answer was no problem at all.
Bradbury was very communicative and answered any question I had very quickly.
A little bit of home, a lot of relaxation and downtime for our busy little family. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it!!!

Mother and Daughter’s Weekend!
This was our second time staying at this location. We love it. Cottage is clean and cozy. The walk to and from town is a perfect stroll. The beaches are beautiful of course! Hope to be back! Thanks Bradbury!

perfect in every way!
We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at the cottage! My seven year old enjoyed the games, beach gear, and chalk board and my partner and I loved the comfy bed! The location could not be more ideal for stays in the Kennebunks and/or neighboring destinations in Ogunquit, Biddeford, and Portland. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and the home is a quiet retreat a short walk from town and a quick drive to all the local beaches. We loved being close to Portland too and took a day trip there! Thanks for the wonderful memories.

We love Kennebunkport
We love Kennebunkport and the cottage was an excellent location with easy access to downtown. Being from the UK the Roku TV was a bit of a mystery in terms of what was and was not available so some instructions would be helpful for guests.

This cottage met our needs for a place to stay while in Kennebunkport area for a wedding. It was neat and clean as well as close to the town and shopping. The owners responded to any questions we had and we had a pleasant visit.

Beautiful and clean cottage just outside dock square. Felt like we were in the woods for an adventure but walkable to the town. Kennebunk beach pass inclusion was a nice treat too.
