Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the comforts of this newly remodeled beachfront home in a private, gated beach community. NO OTHER HOME IN THE COMMUNITY PROVIDES THE VIEWS, PROXIMITY AND COMFORTS THAT THIS HOME HAS TO OFFER. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and backyard! Step through double doors in the living room or the master bedroom to two covered porches overlooking the ocean. The home accommodates 10+ people comfortably. The master bedroom, with sweeping views of the ocean, has a king sized, its private bath, and a private porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The home also has a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. There are a total of three bathrooms, all recently remodeled in 2017. The dining room seats 6 at the table plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. Crib and high chair are available for small travelers. The house has two outdoor covered seating areas to relax and watch the surf breaking on the beach. Whether it is coffee in the morning, a nice cold beer in the afternoon, or wine at night, you will enjoy the ocean breeze. For large groups up to 22 people, we have another beautiful vacation home nearby that can accommodate another 12 people. Please inquire.

We came in a group of 7, ages 3-73. The property itself was wonderful- clean, updated, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and it had a nice pool/grill that we all enjoyed. The host (Rick) was very quick to respond and helpful. Perfect for a large group with different schedules and interests. The property is beach front, but there are bushes in between the property and the beach so it’s not a direct view of the ocean (didn’t bother us). The beach is very quiet and part of the Humacao Nature Reserve, so very natural and easy to explore that area. The water was swimmable and we enjoyed it, but lots of seaweed on the sand. On our 3rd day, we discovered a perfect place to sit in the grass under a palm tree with shade and wind, right on the beach! There are about 2-3 decent restaurants right outside the gates of the community, plus a cute town called Nuagaro about 15 minutes away with lots of places to eat. You can also get to the islands from here, but the ferry is about a 30 minute drive and you need reservations in advance. El Yunque Rainforest visitor center is about 45 minutes away.

Everything we needed was in the home. The location was close enough to travel to Vieques. Some nice walks on the beach and playing in the pool was the best things about our stay!

The property was beautiful and Rick made sure we had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. Restaurants on the strip had delicious food and waiters were friendly and very hospitable.
We will definitely recommend This VRBO to family and friends. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The home was everything the listing said it was. This is a very quiet, low traffic neighborhood. The owner was very responsive, although we rarely needed help as everything was well organized. The nearby beaches are full of seaweed and there is limited accessibility. However, that is a problem on many Carrabean islands now. The nearby trails to the Humacao rain forest more than made up for it. My boys enjoy nature hikes, especially at night, and the diversity of wildlife was amazing. Within walking distance we saw a myriad of frogs, lizards, geckos, birds, crabs, spiders, and even a turtle. There are a couple restaurants and bars within walking distance, and many more just 15 minutes away in either direction.

We came to Puerto Rico with our granddaughter and her family.
This home was ideal for us for the 8 day stay.
Rick has great communications via email. He doesn't call or stop by.
The neighborhood is very nice, and we could easily see the sunrise and set from our porches or by walking across the street to the ocean.
The child with us had a blast collecting shells and playing in the pool.
The grill worked great and gazebo was nice for dining.
The only thing to be aware of is that the master shower does not get hot.
Note that there is bar soap, but no shampoos or conditioners which are often in rental homes.
The laundry room utilities worked great, we brought washer pods along.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The host Rick was extremely nice, informative, and gave wonderful recommendations. If I had any questions he responded quickly and was very respectful and polite. Would definitely rent from Rick again.

This by far was our families best vacation yet! House was absolutely amazing from the set up to the location- kids and adults were entertained and plenty of good food spots within a 10-15 minute drive. Amazing hikes within 30 minutes! Will definitely be back!

Layout of this house worked great! Unfortunately beach left a lot to be desired and with kids the WiFi wasn’t working properly. While there we were able to get assistance with it towards the end of the trip. Home had all the amenities we would need even extra sunblock! Would recommend this house to other families.

The house was amazing, fit 8 adults very comfortably. The pool was even better and the views of the beach were exactly as advertised. Rick was very responsive in messaging. Would highly reccomend. Adventuring out for the day was super easy, didn’t have to drive too far and was able to experience a lot locally. Also only 45 minute drive to the ferry, great house and great location.

We we’re Delayed with our flight and the owner was checking in on us to make sure we made it in ok . Easy access to shopping Walmart etc. The owner provided a list of his favorite go to spots in the area. The Neighbors were friendly and the house accommodations were perfect for my family .Would Recommend Renting for a safe and comfortable stay .

Location of this property was ideal for us. we were within an hour or less of the locations of choice - snorkeling, kayaking, etc. Driving to the Yunque National Forest or San Juan took a little longer. The house was perfectly sized for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was ideal and kept our 11 and 12 year old granddaughters fully occupied. The house had all the necessary amenities including beach items (towels, some chairs), a grill, and, most importantly, a fantastic view of the ocean from patios off the living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is in easy reach to the beach and short hikes in the nearby nature preserve. A very minor inconvenience - the house is tiled throughout and can be noisy (like opening/closing exterior doors) as sound echos. Rick, the host, was very helpful and quickly responded to our queries. Highly recommend.

Second stay
The property was just as we left it a few years ago. My only suggestions would be new big cooler( the wheels are missing on the current one), new boogie boards( both there are broken) need a 9x13 casserole dish and no hot water in master bath or kitchen. The house is beautiful and the views amazing.

Itvhad everything we needed for the week. Once we got settled we had an amazing time at the pool and beach. We did a lot of exploring of the island, in addition to a rainforest guided hike, ATVing in the rainforest, and a visit to El Hippie Waterfall, all of which were amazing. We didnhead up to Loiza beach one day and Isla Verde another, but we actually enjoyeed the beach rught next to the property more. It was just as beautiful and it was torally private. I had lots of questions and Rick was incredibly responsive and super quick to answer. If we ever visit Puerto Rico again, we will most definitely stay here again.

WOW. JUST AMAZING
This house and location is absolutely perfect! This was our 5th time to PR and this house is by far the best. Rick is an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The pool and backyard were amazing. It was so relaxing to lounge in the pool with the sound of the waves hitting the beach across the street. The ocean breeze made it that a/c was not needed. Hose was in Great shape, easy to get to, easy to get to the store, great restaurant around the corner. We will be back and definitely stay here.

Perfect spot
We LOVED our time in PR at this property! It’s in such a great, private area with easy access to day trips. Watching the sun rise from bed was dreamy. Exploring the nature preserve steps from the house was amazing too.
We rented a jeep for the week and highly recommend that! So fun!

Amazing Vacation in PR
We reserved the house for a week for a family vacation to the island. There were 7 of us total including my elderly parents. This was our first trip to that area. The house was amazing and had everything that you could possibly need to a relaxing vacation. We truly enjoyed waking up every morning to the beautiful palm trees and sounds of the waves. Rick was a wonder host and made sure that we had everything we needed to make the best of our vacation. This is definitely a location that we will reserve again if we come back to PR. Once I arrived it made me question why we didn’t do it sooner! Thank you Rick for everything!
