About this bed and breakfast
Very tasteful, with great attention to detail, the most furnished holiday home. The house has a living space of 140 m2 and is for max. Designed for 6 people. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is spacious and of high quality and offers maximum living comfort. The spacious, airy terrace with comfortable garden furniture and the very nice and quiet barbecue area offer you the opportunity to spend time outdoors undisturbed. Parking space available.
The beach is only 30 m from the house. All facilities for daily needs (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, shops, town center, ...) can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

This home is beautiful, well equipped and comfortable, and closer to a beach than we originally realized (1 minute walk away!) which was so convenient. The grocery store is also very close and well stocked. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and eating relaxing meals on the patio, surrounded by beautiful and well tended plants in the stylish garden. It’s very quiet given how close amenities are but it seems about once a week there is live music at a local bar but that was fine given how quiet it was at other times. The host is helpful and accommodating and helped us with a few questions during our stay. The larger bedroom upstairs did not have AC when we stayed - this would be the one improvement I would suggest for future.

Beautifully Remodeled Home near Beach
My family and I stayed here in Mid July. I highly recommend this property for a perfect vacation stay. The weather was hot, but the house stayed cool and comfortable. The beach is basically across the street. The home is expertly designed, new, and very functional. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Drazwnka, is an amazing host. Oh, and the home has a parking spot!
Overall, the home was charming, comfortable, spacious, close to the beach, and our host was fantastic. Top rating!

Urlaub auf Murter
Unsere Aufenthalt im Haus Mirta war sehr angenehm, erholsam und ruhig.
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.
Die Location ist optimal alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar(Strand,Restaurant,,Einkauf…)
Die Gastgeberin Drazenka ist sehr Herzlich, engagiert und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns im Haus Mirta sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es bestimmt wieder buchen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das blitzsaubere Haus ist absolut liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alle noch so kleinen Details passen. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, alles was benötigt wird, ist vor Ort, selbst Teelichter und Mückenspirale und -spray.
Obwohl das Haus absolute idyllische Ruhe bietet, ist man direkt in Strandnähe und sowohl Besorgungen für den täglichen Bedarf als auch wunderbare Strände und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut erreichbar.
Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Außergewöhnliche Haus und Gastgeber
Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Drazenka ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Haus, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Zu Fuß sind Strände, Lokale und Geschäfte zu erreichen. Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist die Vermieterin, Drazenka Mudronja.

Sich-wie-zuhause-fühlen, aber direkt am Meer
Drazenka hat ein wundervolles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und blitzsauberes Haus fast direkt am Meer. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, die mit allen Utensilien und Geräten und Geschirr überkomplett eingerichtet ist, ist hervorzuheben. Ebenso der Außenbereich, wo u.a. eine "Außenküche" mit offenem Grill, schönem Sitzplatz, etc vorhanden ist. Die Gastgeberin, die mit Ratschlägen gerne zur Verfügung steht, hat uns auch mit frischen eigenen Tomaten , Wasser und Saft sehr nett empfangen. Danke Drazenka, an dieser Stelle dafür.
Insgesamt ist alles in einem Top-Zustand und man kann dieses Objekt absolut weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küche, Eß-Wohnraum ) und in einem Schlafzimmer (von insgesamt 3), was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist leider keine Klimaanlage, man kann sich aber mit dem bereitgestellten Ventilator behelfen. Das ist wirklich der einzige klitzekleine Punkt, der Erwähnung findet. W-lan funktioniert auch gut-besonders wichtig wenn man Kinder und Jugend mithat. Auch gibt es einen Parkplatz.
Die Insel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, es gibt viele Buchten, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, auch ist für das schnelle Bad der Betonstrand, 50 m vom Haus entfernt, gut nutzbar. In den Sommermonaten sicher überfüllt, wie auch die meisten der vielen Buchten, aber das ist so in der Hochsaison :). Unbedingt empfehlenswert sind Badeschuhe, einerseits wegen der Steine und andererseits wegen der Seeigel. Sollte man diese Schuhe zuhause vergessen, kann man diese in allen Farben vor Ort erstehen.
Geschäfte, Obst-und Gemüsehändlerin, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, etc. alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Feriendomizil.
Die Zeit wird einem nicht lang auf Murter, man kann neben dem Ausüben aller möglichen Wassersportarten auch sehr gut wandern, Rad fahren, essen gehen, shoppen, etc.. Es gibt auch einige sehr gute Restaurants direkt am Strand (Fabro und Tic-Tac), die neben der etwas gehobeneren (Fisch)Küche auch eine wunderschöne Lage und gutes Service (Tic-Tac) aufweisen. Aber man kann überall sehr gut essen und auch das Personal ist (fast)überall sehr nett und freundlich.
Auch die nähere und weitere Umgebung sind Ausflüge wert.
Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus an einem schönen Plätzchen in Kroatien.

Die Vermieterin (wir durften Sie beim Vornamen nennen) Drazenka und Ihre
Familie empfingen uns sehr, sehr freundlich und wir bekamen alles gezeigt
und erklärt.
Das Ferienhaus verdient alle 5 Sterne da es sehr liebevoll, sauber und geschmackvoll
(mit allem was das Herz begehrt) eingerichtet ist.
Es liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, was zu kurzen Wegen zum Strand und den
vorhandenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten führt.
Für die gegebenen Tipps der Vermieterin in Bezug auf Unternehmungen, Sehens-
würdigkeiten usw. möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle auch nochmal sehr herzlich bedanken.
Diese waren sehr hilfreich.
Alles in allem können wir dieses Ferienhaus mit reinem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und wir
selbst kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ferienhaus mit speziellem Flair und toller Lage
Häuser mit voller Punktzahl in den Vorbewertungen geht man instinktiv kritisch an und sucht gerne nach Mängeln. Leider verloren, denn Nix gefunden :)! Es ist eine Kombination aus hochwertigen Einrichtungsgegenständen und extrem liebe- und geschmackvoll zusammen gestellten Elementen. Mal ganz modern, wie Bäder und Küche, mal ganz urig und traditionell wie z.B. der Grillplatz. Dazu eine sehr symphatische Vermieterfamilie mit Drazenka als erste Ansprechpartnerin, die einem in allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für Alles und Chapeau für die hochverdienten 5 Sterne. Auf bald und liebe Grüße!

Top Unterkunft!
Die Unterkunft ist ganz besonders geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und top sauber und in Schuss. . Viel Platz und eine 1a Küche. Alles super modern und gemütlich. Wir haben die 6 Vorsaison-Tage riesig genossen. Ruhig und Drazenka und ihre Familie haben sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert. Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.!

Super Urlaub
Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt! Durch die zentrale Lage hat man einen kurzen Weg zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter hat ebenfalls sehr zu einem schönen Urlaub beigetragen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und werden gern wiederkommen.

life can not be any better
a fully equiped ville in a large backyard - one room with seaview - and a few meters to the beach and all amenities. What do you want more?
We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every day - bring some moskito repellents and you can avoid the AC and stay outside, a beautiful patio is there.
If you need any help with the parks nearby, rentals of a boat or if you want to bring home olive oil, let Drazenka or Miro know.
