Stone house on 6 hectares closed pool with a private river. Covered terraces surround the house. A wide staircase from the terraces provides access to the infinity pool 18 meters long and 8 wide. Nearby is a stone hunting lodge of moderate comfort can accommodate 2 additional people. For lovers of nature and fishing a private river borders the property; canoes are available. The property has outbuildings that can shelter bicycles, surfboards. Villa located near Montpellier (5km), on 6 hectare property fully enclosed. The villa is air-conditioned and includes a living room of 80 m2 with flat screen, DVD satellite and canal plus, a kitchen of 30 m2 with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, ice machine, coffee maker, fridge , freezer, granite worktop and flat screen. 3 suites of 45 m2 with private bathrooms with TV or flat screen, and a room with double bed. Beautiful traditional French house with lots of space. Amazing pool big garden area (ideal for the dog) Perfect for relaxing holiday. Lauren very helpful, there when you needed him.

The house is spacious and well equipped in a lovely green area. I would describe it as well used, but everything is functional. Aircon worked well. Main plus points are the size of the house, the pool area is nice and private and everything worked. Kids loved the table tennis, even if the table was very wonky. The less good points was that dog next door woke us up a few mornings barking and frequently turned up in the garden, so beware if kids are afraid of dogs. The pool cleaner robot was not working and got taken for repair meaning the pool got a bit green in places by the end of the week. Pool also required some repairs in places. Owners son was on hand for questions and gave a good intro to the house. No manual around but all relatively straight forward. Overall a great stay!

We hebben genoten van de ruime woning, het prachtige zwembad gelegen op een enorm stuk grond waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Misschien wat minder geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen, omdat er veel trappen zijn en een open balustrade. Maar wij hebben er intens genoten en we zouden er best nog een keer naar toe willen gaan.

Positives und auch Hinweise zur Verbesserung

Wir (7 Erwachsene mit drei Hunden) haben uns in diesem schönen Haus auf diesem riesigen Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Pool, große Terrasse, sehr ruhige Lage, keine Nachbarn, ungestörtes Feiern möglich - alles super. Es waren 2 schöne und erholsame Wochen. Da der Mietpreis doch sehr stattlich ist, gingen wir aber davon aus, dass auch alles funktioniert. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Elektrizität: keine Nachttischlampen, Glühbirnen die nicht funktionieren, einige Steckdosen die aus der Wand heraushängen oder nicht funktionieren Küche: Die Geschirrspülmaschine läuft nur auf Ecoprogramm (3 Stunden) und lässt sich schwer anstellen, der Besteckkorb ist kaputt. Die Kühlschranktür schließt schlecht, der Kühlschrank vereist Die Sockelleisten unter Kühlschrank und Backofen lösen sich, der Geschirrschrank unter der Bar fällt auseinander Im großen Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist die Gardinenstange aus der Wand gebrochen Die Terrassentüren und Fenster lassen sich nicht abschließen Der Poolroboter funktionierte nicht mehr Und noch ein Hinweis: Drei Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, das vierte hat jedoch weder eine Dusche noch ein Waschbecken – das Haus ist also für 4 Paare nur bedingt geeignet.

Diese Woche war einfach ein Traum von Urlaub. Das Haus mit allem drum und dran einfach klasse und eigentlich viel zu groß. Auch wenn man an der ein oder anderen Ecke steht dass es nicht mehr das Neueste Haus ist... das stört in keinster Weise. Alles da was man braucht. Und der absolute Hammer ist der Pool und die Terasse... kurzum...ein tolle Woche. Hoffentlich irgendwann wieder..

Belle propriété au calme

La maison est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Elle est vaste, relativement bien équipée et dispose de l'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces. L'espace piscine est agréable, la piscine est vraiment grande (et chauffée !). La maison se situe sur un très grand terrain, traversé par une rivière (sur laquelle il est possible de faire de la barque), où de jolies promenades vallonnées sont possibles. Le propriétaire et son fils sont sympathiques et disponibles en cas de petit problème. Moyennant quelques détails et rafraîchissements, la maison mérite 5 étoiles (frigo, quelques transats supplémentaires, l'un ou l'autre problème électrique, un peu plus de verres et de casseroles,...).

Das Haus ist riesig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Panorama wundervoll, sehr nette Vermieter, die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei und bei Problemen wurde uns geholfen. An einigen Stellen lässt sich jedoch ein Instandhaltungsrückstand feststellen. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir tolle Tage in Ihrem Haus, vielen Dank!!

Sehr schönes Haus, welches sehr ruhig liegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und uns wurde bei Bedarf schnell geholfen. Der Pool und der Aussenbereich ist für zwei Familien mit Kindern im Teenageralter sehr gut geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Cadre magnifique mais...

La maison est très grande, chacun peut y trouver son espace. L'airco est présent dans toutes les pièces, ce qui est confortable. L'électro est un peu vieillot ce qui nous a valu quelques ratés pour le démarrage du lave-vaisselle ou la machine à laver. Par contre ,le propriétaire répond à chacune de nos demandes très rapidement et l'accueil a été chaleureux ! La piscine est superbe. L'endroit est magnifique mais il ne convient pas aux petits enfants ou aux personnes à mobilité réduite (bcp de marche, etc.) Nous sommes venus avec nos 4 chiens. Ils ont pu profiter de tout cet espace ! Petit bémol, il y a 2 autres maisons sur cette grande propriété qui sont louées à l'année et les locataires ont des chiens qui se baladent en liberté sur tout le domaine. Cela a posé problème avec nos chiens et nous avons du intervenir plusieurs fois afin de les chasser ! Il y a une rivière qui coule pas loin (impossible de s'y baigner car l'eau stagne) donc prenez votre produit anti-moustique ;-) A recommander en tout état de cause.

Großes Haus , alles wie beschrieben. Je 2 Schlafzimmer oben und unten. Alle nicht direkt nebeneinander, garantiert priv spähre. Top Pool und Riesen Terrasse. Fluss in der Nähe nicht wirklich zum schwimmen geeignet. Kommunikation mit Eigentümer sehr unkompliziert 👍🏻. Extra Gefriertruhe im Keller . Nexpresso Maschine in der Küche. Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Haus ist auch top klimatisiert falls es mal wirklich zu heißen draußen ist

Phantastisches Anwesen, Wahnsinnspanorama und Pool. (Man sollte sich durch die Anfahrt durch das Gewerbegebiet nicht abschrecken lassen). Wegen der Größe des Hauses sollte man mit mindestens 6 Personen dort Urlaub machen. Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Unvergessliche Urlaubstage in Südfrankreich.

Expérience formidable, terrain et piscine hors normes

Merci à Bernard et Laurent de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans leur villa. La maison est très bien agencée, exposition sud, une superbe vue et procure tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires se sont assurés d'un confort optimal en nous procurant deux lits bébé neufs. Elle est bien décorée et on y trouve un beau clin d’œil à l'époque l'entre-deux guerres. La piscine est immense, même si pour nous elle est restée un peu fraîche en cette fin août. Le terrain est gigantesque. Une rivière la traverse c'est un gros plus, mais attention aux moustiques. Encore merci pour votre accueil, nous espérons revenir. Un point à souligner pour les parents d'enfants en bas age : entre la piscine, les rambardes et les multiples escaliers intérieurs et extérieurs, la vigilance H24 est de mise.

What a great holiday!! We were so happy to have met Bernard and to have stayed at this special place. The house itself was well suited for our family vacation, with lots of space for everyone, a large pool and grassy area for play, breathtaking views to watch all evening, and of course, tartiflette. Outside of the house, we took many great day trips that were all less than an hour the property - wineries, saint-guilhem-le-désert, fabulous markets, etc. The list goes on and on in addition to all of the attractions much closer to home (montpellier, beaches, etc.) Bernard and his family were welcoming and responsive hosts. We had a couple of items that came up resulting from some recent renovations (an issue any future renters will not encounter), but it proved Bernard was there and able to address questions/items immediately. We've been home in Canada about a week, and miss our time in Fabrègues.

Großzügig und privat

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche zu fünft. Der Eigentümer und sein Sohn haben sich im Vorfeld und vor Ort sehr freundlich gekümmert. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück, auf dem auch andere vermietete Haeuser stehen, von denen man aber nichts mitbekommt. Große Zimmer, großzügige Außenbereiche, große Wohnflächen, geschmackvoll mit afrikanischen Elementen eingerichtet. Bäder und Tooletten einwandfrei. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist klimatisiert - trotz hoher Außentemperaturen war das Haus immer schnell wieder abgekühlt. Und in der Küche steht eine Eiswürfelmaschine! Der Pool ist groß und trotz der teils abblätternden Farbe in gutem Zustand. Dort und an der Tischtennisplatte hatten wir große Spaß. Die Lage war toll fuer uns: 5 min mit dem Auto beim Supermarkt, 5 min Nacht st Jean de Védas, von dort fährt eine Straßenbahn nach Montpellier in 20 min. 10 min ans Meer nach Magelone und Palavas. Insgesamt haben wir das Haus tadellos gefunden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fabulous place, ideal location (5 minutes in the car to town), literally could not fault it. Owners made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay - including the dogs who had lovely walks in the grounds and swims in the river that runs alongside. Definitely want to go back next year - 5 star.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus und Grundstück! Das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet und riesig! Der Pool unglaublich!! Auf dem Grundstück kann man Wanderungen machen, so groß ist es. Wir haben die Grenzen nicht gefunden. Mit dem vorhandenen Kajak haben wir Flussfahrt gemacht bis zum Wasserfall. Traumhaft, man darf nur keine Angst vor Uferspinnen haben! Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind sehr nahe. Das Hausschwein Darcy haben wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen und gerne mit unseren Abfällen gefüttert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr großzügig, auch wenn der Eiswürfelbereiter vor sich hin rostet. Und auch die Duschen könnten mal überprüft werden, da fließt doch echt mal was daneben . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und man kann gar nicht anders, als sich dort zu erholen.

We have just spent a week with family and friends in le Moulin du Trou and we could have not had a better and more enjoyable stay. The house is equipped with all modern commodities and the swimming pool is pure luxury. The hosts were always attentive and available and have made our stay seamless and extremely pleasant. I do recommend this property to anyone who would like to have a spacious and comfortable stay in a very unique property with a surprise guest Tartiflette but I shall say no more. Merci de nous avoir accueillis!

Liebe Familie Rigaud, wir sind wieder gut zuhause in Deutschland angekommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Haus verbringen durften. wir hatten drei wunderbare Wochen. Es ist schade, dass wir kein französisch sprechen. Wie hätten ihnen so gerne persönlich gesagt, was für ein wunderschönes Haus sie haben. Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, das Ambiente und natürlich die Terrasse und der Pool: wunderbar!!! Wir danken auch für ihren Einsatz, die Außenbeleuchtung wieder herzustellen.
