Recent construction, near the Golf de Pinsolle, the secured beach of the marine lake and the ocean beach; This house is located in Soustons Plage, part of the Commune of Soustons adjoining the sea, the marine lake, the Golf and the center of Vieux Boucau. you will be close to tourist sites and shops without having the nuisance of the summer crowd. The bedrooms, one with private bathroom are with double bed and large built-in closets. The small living room can accommodate 2 people sleeping and sofas of the large living room 2 beds also. Outside: very large covered terraces, stainless steel plancha, sink, outdoor dining area. A WC + shower dedicated to the use of the pool in the outbuildings as well as sink, dryer, washing machine and freezer cabinet. House all full foot with access road side with 4 private parking spaces and also a forest side access, possible starting point for walks or cycling on the network of bike paths.
House with complete equipment and whose environment will provide you a stay in calm and comfort.

The house was lovely and spacious and we loved having the pool! It was perfect for the really hot summer days. The house was well equipped and has every thing you need. The beach was a 5min bike ride away and the lake was even closer.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Wir haben hier 2 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an (fast) nichts. In der Küche haben wir nur eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine vermisst. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar. Schöne Strände, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind wunderbar. Wir haben sehr viel Tischtennis im überdachten Carport gespielt. Ruhige Lage in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse.

Die Hütte / Villa hat ALLES eingehalten, was inseriert war und war auch in einem tadellosen sauberen Zustand. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze/Waschmittel etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden und wir mussten nichts einkaufen. Hervorheben möchte ich dennoch die sehr freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung mit Joanie von der Agentur vor Ort; vielen Dank nochmals. Nur zu empfehlen, viel Spass

Lovely villa - made for a perfect family holiday

We can’t rate our stay here at Souston highly enough. Nicolas gave us very warm welcome on arrival and he and his wife introduced us to the house and amenities. The villa was just perfect for our family (we have 3 children aged 7-11). The children loved the pool, table tennis table and the smaller reception room where they lazed around on iPads (good WiFi). The villa is in a quiet location but within a few minutes of the lake and beach. There are plenty of bike paths in the area and we spent our days alternating between beaches, the lake, going on bike rides round the lake or through the forests or simply relaxing by the pool at the villa. We rarely used the car during our 2 week stay (just only for exploring a little further a field and visiting the supermarket). We loved the market at Vieux-boucau-les brains which is a short walk or cycle round lake Marin. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlours to hand when out and about. The local beaches are lovely and monitored by life guards, and with large waves excellent for body boarding and splashing about whilst the lake also has sandy beaches and is better for swimming. The villa was beautiful, very well equipped, spotless and with everything you could possibly need. All the rooms are very nice and large and comfortable. It was perfect space for bringing the family together for example sitting at the large outside table using the grill outside to bbq and then cuddling up around the tv to watch a good film. One of nicest family holidays. Highly recommended - thank you again to Nicolas and family.

La villa est magnifique, Soustons est parfait pour les vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en Aout 2018, nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants. La villa est tres agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Elle est très bien entretenue, très confortable et super bien placée. La cuisine et super équipée, on trouve tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. On peu se rendre a pied au Lac marin et à la plage de Souston (15min). Possibilité de faire du surf, du paddle ... En vélo par la piste cyclable on peut se rendre en quelque minutes aux commerces de Vieux Boucau. On a vraiment apprécié ce séjours et recommandons vivement cette villa pour qui cherche le calme et les loisirs familiaux Merci à Nicolas, le propriétaire.

Das Ferienhaus ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war super, klar und gut gewartet. Es gibt rung ums Haus große Terrassen, man findet immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Die Tischtennisplatte war komplett überdacht, wir haben oft gespielt. Zum Meer sind es nur 2 km Luftlinie, es geht schnell mit dem Fahrrad. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, die Organisation war gut, alles ist wie auf den Bildern und Nicolas, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Plus grande qu'elle ne parait sur les photos, mais le couchage est plutôt pour 6 (3 lits doubles). Très propre. Accueil sur place chaleureux et efficace. Dans un lotissement, mais environnement très calme.

Une maison à l'architecture très bien pensée,aux équipements complets dans un environnement calme. La piscine est très agréable mais la première marche est glissante et pourrait s'avérer dangereuse (surtout à la première descente, quand on n'a pas la "technique"). La propreté des locaux est très correcte à l'exception des annexes (pool house et buanderie) qu'il a fallu nettoyer avant la première utilisation
