About this villa rental
This expansive, luxury private 7 bedroom Spanish-style home, is located in one of Miamis Prime locations, in Highland Lakes area, offering 3400sq.ft. of space and accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open gourmet kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, double wall oven, gas stovetop range and fully stocked with everything you need. Marble Travertine Floors gleaming throughout, modern furniture, Wi-Fi, a flat 65 TV in living room and a TV's in the bedrooms. A huge dining room seats 10, with extra chairs. and a large Florida-room, with French doors leading you out to the gorgeous backyard oasis with an oversized heated pool and hot tub.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties allowed. This property is strictly and ONLY for vacation & relaxation.
- No loud music at all is allowed outside of the house at any time of the day, evening or night. And no loud noise outside of the house.
- STRICTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entire stay. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- No parking or standing on the lawn. And there is no parking or standing on the street.
- No smoking.
If any of the above house rules are broken, by anyone of the guest, it will, unfortunately, result in the loss of your security deposit and
your rental will terminate immediately.
-A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.

WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE REGULATIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS OCCUPANCY STANDARD.
PARKING RULES: ONLY 1 CAR ALLOWED in the driveway at anytime, as per City Ordinance. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and

A stay gone wrong
The pictures of the property on VRBO, presented an environment that was a clean tropical getaway. The description touts a luxury experience, UNFORTUNATELY that was not felt from the minute I arrived.
- The pool was filled with leaves and soot that had to be cleaned the day after we arrived. We could not try to enter the pool until the next day.
- The Jacuzzi was filthy and didn't work when I arrived. It was cleaned on the second day of our stay. But never worked the entire trip. I was never able to use the jacuzzi advertised.
- Bedroom 5 had a water leak that would happen multiple times daily every time a guest took a shower or flushed the toilet in the adjacent bedroom. The room began to smell of mildew. I was fearful of bacterial infections from the leak.
- The beds in Bedroom 5 were hard and uncomfortable.
- There were cameras throughout the house which was unsettling.
- There were broken pots and pans
- After spending thousands of dollars, No refund was given by the property manager or VRBO.
