The vacation rental had numerous issues. Several should have been handled before arrival. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The master shower head had to be replaced. The extra blanket in the master was dirty. The closet door in one bedroom came off the track and the track had to be replaced. The TV remotes are all different and no instructions were available for use. The family room remote is very complicated. The dishwasher worked sporadically. One of the bikes provided was in bad shape. It appears the renter is responsible for discovering issues. They get handled but cause an inconvenience. My son even arrived in the middle of the night and we discovered we were given a gate code that did not work.

11e is my favorite condo to rent for the week. This is probably the third time we have stayed in this unit. We’ve stayed in at least 6 others. The unit is clean, plenty of linens, extra supplies available to make life easy, and the view is amazing. The check in process and the communication were excellent. The only complaint that we had was in regards to one particular security guard. David was an absolute power hungry idiot. The armband thing is not new to us, but they were not adjustable for size. When our family walked across the street for dinner after showers, only one person remembered to put the band back on. Thinking that as long as they had a band to open the gate, we could get back in, we went to dinner. David denied entry to everyone except the arm band person. I offered to show my drivers license and rental agreement. He refused, we had our friend in another unit get her car and we crammed in the back seat to get in that way. We weren’t sneaking, just simply trying to get inside the gate. He stopped the car and made us get out. The ridiculousness was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We spent over an hour locked out, contacted management, which was kind and receptive. Ultimately we sent one person to the unit to dig for arm bands, but a little common sense could have prevented a major ordeal. Not sure that David should be working in this environment.

Overall stay was great. Nice condo with great beach access and short walk to Rosemary. The hot water heater would not accommodate 4 showers. The water was ice cold after one shower daily. They were responsive when we made them aware of the issue, however, after two visits from maintenance, the water was still cold after one shower. We were told to spread the showers apart and not use the dishwasher or wash clothes near the showering times. We did not use the dishwasher or washer until everyone had showered and still had cold showers everyday for 7 days in a row. Replace this tank heater with tankless and problem solved. Without the water issue it’s 5 stars for location and cleanliness. Property manager was also very helpful.

This was our fourth time to stay at 11E. It's perfect for us. Location of condo is nestled away from crowds of the ever popular Rosemary Beach. Location is ideal as there are shops and restaurants a block away. Beach access is easy (steps and ramp). The condo is upscale, beds most comfortable, kitchen utensils are ample. We appreciate that the place is always uber-clean and scent-free. Just relax, enjoy the view, and listen to the waves.

Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Seacrest Beach town square. Right down the street (so close, walkable with little kids) to the Rosemary restaurants, and walkable to Alys beach restaurants. Beach is right outside the back door, and pool is right outside the front door. Crabby Steve’s Beach restaurant right there is super convenient. The pool is wonderful. Everything was convenient and perfect esp if you have little kids. The property folks made everything simple and always there to answer any questions. The property itself was clean and very nice. This was our third family trip to the area and we all agreed this was by far our favorite. Truly a wonderful experience.

The unit overall was great with two exceptions. The primary bed mattress needs to be replaced asap! If you lay on the side near the bathroom you will literally fall out of the bed the mattress is so bad. You just role off the bed. The tv remote in the den is a nightmare to use. It’s not a common remote anyone would be use to using. We had trouble with using it everyday. I don’t have time to learn to use a remote with a screen on it while at the beach. Just needs to be something basic and user friendly. Overall the unit is great.

Not a great experience. Had to call maintenance many times due to TVs not working, water not warm, shower handles broken and no WiFi? On third day pipe broke in the middle of the night and flooded the unit from two stories up.They found us another place to stay and we had to move. Never heard from owners and was never offered any kind of partial refund or anything. We went from on the water to across the street.

Nice unit. Not ready when we arrived. All 3 showers were not working. Management responded but plumber was not aware of problem when he arrived. They should have sent maintenance manager too. So, I was responsible for overseeing. TV remote in master was strange and not very usable. We did not have showers the first 2 and a half days. They should have refunded some of the high cost of this unit.

Stunning views right on the beach!
We stayed at this beautiful condo in July 2021 and couldn’t ask for a better location! The condo is layed out very well and room for everyone to relax. It was a quick walk to the beach and equipped well. It is a bottom floor corner unit which is great for room to dry out your boards and nets at the end of the day. It gave more room to hang out outside too. It is a 2 minute walk to Crabby Steve’s, a great hidden local beachside place to eat!

This is a great condo. We needed ground floor access, which it provides. But, we found much more. It is upscale appointed/decorated with a wonderful attention to details. The floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors bring the outside in. Great beds, clean, well supplied. Do bring any seasonings you might want to use, but Goatfeathers and Publix are near. We hope to return. Also, we found the property management extremely responsive.

Place was clean, all staff was helpful even helping us find our portable speaker left behind, answered quickly to questions via text, polite and very informative on check in and out. Had an issue w the sliding glass door which was immediately tended to but owners need to look into fixing the issue of difficulty to open the door. Highly recommend!

Cant beat the views of this condo - breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of linens and they were new and clean. Condo was very clean and convenient. Having access to Crabby Steve's was a great bonus. The pool was also very clean - just very cold - wish it were heated. We couldnt use the pool during our April trip bc it was just too cold. High Point is a great location - walkable to everything in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys. Would definitely recommend! We had a few mishaps happen in the condo, and all we had to do was send a quick text message and maintenance/housekeeping was immediately available.

Unit was very worn and one of the beds was so old and creaky no one could sleep in it. This location can’t be beat! The condo was beautiful with plenty of seating for the whole family during movie nights. The beach was perfect and not crowded! Just across the street is shopping and restaurants-we walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back!!
