Eine Oase der Ruhe, mitten in der Stadt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und tolles Essen. Klasse!!! Für uns als Motorradreisende perfekt. Sicherer Dtellplatz

The property is in the middle of nature. Very beautiful pool and very beautiful architecture. The breakfast too was excellent!
It is a nice place actually but our experience there wasn’t the best.
I know it is a business guys, but don’t forget that our Moroccan hospitality is to welcome people at the door and also to show them the way especially when they arrive in dark!!
We are happy to tip the luggage guys!
Thank you for understanding our concern and improving these minor details that can cause major issues!
1. No Luggage guy to help with our luggage walking up many steps. Because of that our son fell off and had some injuries in his face.
2. There was no hot water for showers in the room.
3. Not a single bottle of water to drink neither in the room nor with breakfast.
4. The curtains in the room windows couldn’t keep the room dark at night and that means no good sleep.

This was incredibly clean. The location was beautiful. The tea was great. The staff was polite. We slept comfortably and enjoyed swimming in the pool.
Nothing. It was a great stay.

The room was really nice and the location also. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the morning, along with an exceptional breakfast. Staff very nice!

Very nicely situated, quiet guesthouse near Khenifra, in a rural green valley with a dreamlike landscape. We only stayed one night passing through, but the area is also suitable for a longer stay, for example for hiking.
The address was quite easy to find with Google Maps, there is plenty of parking space. The pool and terrace looked good and clean, but we didn't use them due to the temperature in mid-April.
Our room was very spacious and clean, the bed huge and comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the valley, in the morning you are woken up by birds and donkeys. You can see that the whole place is still very new, modern with high quality equipment. Hot water in the shower worked very well too.
Dinner was very tasty and prepared quickly. There was an à la carte selection of Moroccan and European dishes. Breakfast was also very tasty and the quantity was absolutely sufficient.
When taking a shower, the whole bathroom got wet because there is no curtain. This didn't really fit in with the otherwise very high-quality furnishings, but didn't bother us much.
A hairdryer in the room would be good, as it can be cold at nights even in springtime.

Great hospitality and a nice spot to overnight when visiting the Dades Valley and Gorge, complete with a beautiful view. It was nice walking through the surrounding greenery and villages. Topped off with a lovely dinner and breakfast!

A short drive from the bustling city to this tranquil Oasis. Large rooms, great views, and friendly staff. I already recommended to friends. Excellent value.
We should've arrived earlier to enjoy it more

This property looks beautiful from a distance, but on closer inspection doesn’t live up to expectations. The area in general, the terraced gardens and (unheated) infinity pool are very pretty, but the staff and finishes on the accommodation were lacking in class.
The staff were very unprofessional. We were the only guests staying overnight, yet the room we were initially given smelled of a recent bowel movement, so we had to ask to be moved. The rooms aspire to be luxury hotel rooms, but have only semi-functional climate control units, rain shower heads that are present but non-functioning, glass bathroom doors that don’t latch, a ceiling light fixture full of dead bugs, the list goes on and on….The Wi-Fi was advertised as free, but only worked intermittently, possibly because at least 2 of the staff seemed to be constantly streaming TikTok videos and playing Sims in the reception area that doubles as the restaurant. We ordered dinner and had to endure the sounds of simultaneous hotel music, Sims and TikTok, at the same time the two women working in the kitchen were conversing so loudly that they could be heard not only on the ground floor, but also one floor up in our room after dinner. Excruciating. We wanted to like this place, it has the potential to be lovely, but isn’t yet.

The place was better that we expected. Rooms were really big and nice and breakfast was great. Good communication with the staff. Little bit far from centre.

Very nice and clean room.
More luxurious than most other hotels/riads.
Good breakfast
Nice area/view
- they might add some seats outside for breakfast (in the shadow), near the pool for example
- Location on booking.com was not exactly correct. Search for "dar Zayana" on google maps, that is the exact location

Great riad for relaxation. Staff is helpful. Quite and feels like home.
Need more effective heating.
Doors locking need improvement.
