2 Room Family Size Condominium located at Rivergreen Resort with Full Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi Tub for 2, Living Room with Lazy Boy Recliner, 40' HDTV, DVD, Great Selection of Books, DVD's, Games, wireless internet. Separate rooms for kids and adults, each with full bath, Cable TV and DVD Player. Sleeping arrangements are 1 Queen Murphy Bed in the Studio side of the condo and 1 Queen, 1 Full Bed with a twn bed on top in the bedroom. Rivergreen Resort has an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, community 'great room' with 60' HDTV, fireplace, outdoor BBQ area with screened in gazebo, laundry room. Winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain. Close enough to walk to Town, yet quiet enough for a relaxing vacation getaway.

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 young children when we came up for the Eclipse. We had fun at the pool, hot tub, and exploring the nearby riverbank. Having a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and several sleeping options worked out great for our family. The location is very close to Loon, and we hope to come back in the winter during ski season. The condo is also close to several summer family friendly activities. Overall we were very satisfied and the kids enjoyed choosing from different DVDs to watch in the evenings.

Tight for 3+ adults. Poorly appointed kitchen. Pots and pans too old, scratches and warped. Brought in our own knives and pans. Range old and needs calibration. Great location. Clean.

I have attended the NH Highland Games for nearly thirty years and I rented various condos in the Lincoln NH area. This was by far the nicest accommodations we have ever had. We will definitely attempt to reserve this unit again.

Very satisfied with the accommodations. But did not know till we got there there is no towel exchange or toilet paper provided. This would if been useful information but it did not destroy our vacation. We would stay there again.

We came to the area to hike and this condo was great to relax in after a day on the trails. We made use of the kitchen for some of our meals and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and jacuzzi tub. The location was convenient and quiet.

We enjoyed our week stay! Our kids loved the pool and we went each day we were there. Rivergreen was a quiet place to stay and a short walk to One Love Brewery and Seven Birches Winery. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lincoln!

It was super clean and we'll laid out and walkable to most of the things we wanted to do. And it was nice and quiet which was great. Having separate sleeping area from the main hang out space was ideal! I'll totally rent again.

The location is amazing, the pool and the jacuzzi were amazing. The owner was very responsive and communicated all details very clearly. It was a bit of an inconvenience that we could not get any supplies at all from the front desk but the main concern was the cleanliness of the unit. There was also no spare towels or supplies at all in the unit although we rented for 4 days. I had to wash our towels and buy TP at a local store. The unit appeared to not have been cleaned Atleast for a couple of weeks if not longer. The owner should definitely use a different cleaning company since the property is not being well maintained from a cleanliness level, The dressers were dusty, the carpet dirty and stained. The dishes and cabinets were sticky and filmy from not being cleaned in a while. I could have messaged the owner, but the unit should have been cleaned prior to our arrival seeing that we paid a cleaning fee up front. I normally do not leave negative reviews but I am hoping the owner could use this feedback to improve the experience for future renters.

The property was accommodating for my family and I kids enjoyed the pool and us adults enjoyed the jacuzzi it was warm and comforting being there for Christmas and seeing the snow covered trees and mountains during the rides were a beautiful view we also played some games together and watched movies the kitchen was a great use for baking cookies and making dinner

This was a comfortable please to stay with the kids. Having a separate living was definitely worth it. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Hosts were very responsive. We forgot something at the condo and picked it up 5 days later. They were super helpful! Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day getaway, everything cooperated: the unit, location, nature, even the weather👏🍂🍁 ( Sorry, didn't give high marks for "online" booking - could not use it, was advertised as 2 bedroom condo, but unfortunately there was no 2nd separate bedroom. Wonderful front desk manager could help us out and change for another unit)

This was our 2nd time staying at Rivergreen Resort, but our first time in Ronald's condo. The property is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to so many stores, restaurants and attractions. The views are spectacular! Inside the unit, it was clean, well kept, and comfortable. There was also so many games, puzzles, movies, etc which were fun for evenings in!
