About this house rental
Summary:

Only a 14-minute walk to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater. The Costilla Connection is professionally managed and all about comfort and convenience. Relax and repose in a spacious backyard and the friendly confines of this mellow, Centennial neighborhood. Keep in mind, host occupies basement unit with a separate entrance on site.
The Space:
When you walk in the front door of The Costilla Concert Connection, plenty of Colorado sunshine joins you thanks to a massive bay window in the living room. The pacifying color scheme invites you to relax on the sofa and live-stream your favorite program on the TV, or else veg out and enjoy the fireplace. Engaging in conversation is entirely up to you.
The modern kitchen has an open floorplan and contains two tables for dining or working. With a view of the backyard from the kitchen sink, natural light also enters the room through glass double-doors.
Winston Churchill once said, “Never stand when you can sit down. Never sit down when you can lie down.” Well, you can sit or sleep in the master bedroom, and you will do it beneath a ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has an attached full bath.
Two smaller bedrooms with ceiling fans, twin nightstands, and plenty of soft light are gentle and soothing. They each have closet space and share a bathroom.
The Costilla Concert Connection has central air conditioning, washer and dryer access, and both of the bathrooms have been recently remodeled.
The giant backyard is privately fenced and is accessed through the kitchen. Relax on the patio, stretch out on the lawn, or have a picnic at the picnic table. The yard has numerous, well-established trees, so you will easily be able to find your own perfect balance of sun and shade.
With Fiddler’s Green to the north, Walnut Hills Park to the south, simple access to I-25 and within walking distance of some of Centennial’s best restaurants and bars, book your stay at The Costilla Concert Connection today!

The Neighborhood:
Created from portions of unincorporated Arapahoe County, the City of Centennial was officially formed on February 7, 2001. Centennial’s topography has many hills, gullies, and ravines and the open spaces are usually accompanied by recreational trails and parks. They include Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, the Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail, as well as Big Dry Creek and Little Dry Creek Trails. Centennial hosts most native wildlife and is a good reflection of Colorado's front range ecosystem. South of Denver, Centennial is home to over 100,000 people and has easy access to major highways and public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
**Host occupies basement in home with a separate private entrance.**
This home has a basement unit that is locked off and for our family use only. While your stay in the upstairs portion of the home will be private and undisturbed, please keep in mind that I live in the basement and will be accessing it during your stay.

Very nice and well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood with eating options a ten minute walk away. Easy access to everything else Denver has to offer. Could have just hung in the back yard more it was so quiet.

Home was very over priced for what you get. also beware of the hidden fees, a 2 night stay cost us well over $1,200+, this rental as is, has no modern updates and is worth maybe $100 to $125 per night, not $600+ per night.
this home was clean and easy to find and close to where we wanted to be. the house is small and has no modern updates. the master shower is very small 2 ft X 2 ft, be careful when you turn around in it not to bump the handle and get scalded by hot water, loose handle, I got burnt twice. no vanity in either bathroom to place items.
very overpriced for what you get. no amenities at this house. I would not recommend staying here

We loved the privacy and great backyard for our dog. Nice towels and bed linens, too.

This property was a great option for my wife and I to work remote for a few days while on a long road trip. Our dog LOVED the backyard and the great walking trails nearby. Cherry Hills State Dog Park was a huge highlight of our trip and is only 15 minutes away. There are many restaurant and bar options that within 5 minutes, which made getting takeout and eating out a breeze. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable and met our needs nicely.
Two ideas for improvement to the host -
1. Some of the kitchen pots/pans are a little tired and old - a small upgrade here would make cooking more delightful at your property. Also a second rack for the oven would've helped when cooking family meals.
2. Adding a desk space in the living room or in a bedroom for remote work.
Loved the property overall, but these small improvements would've made our stay even better! Thank you!

Perfect Location!
This home was perfect for our month long stay! Walking distance to the library, plenty of eateries, bowling alley, cinema, grocery stores, etc. While you can walk to all these places, the location of this neighborhood is quiet and calm. The house itself is simple, with a large private backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

What a Wonderful Home! And it is located close to shopping, gyms restaurants. Also an Amazing backyard, we loved our stay, it was truly a home away from home.
