About this house rental
A beautiful, updated, well maintained 3 BR modern townhouse condo. Open floor plan includes 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 spacious living rooms with cable TV, internet, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave & breakfast bar. Skylights w/ loft area. Two wood stoves including firewood. Finished basement with bar area, sectional couch and sleep sofa. Sliders to deck with patio furniture & charcoal grill. two minutes to StoryLand, close to Jackson waterfalls, hiking, canoeing, dining and shopping. Ten minutes to N. Conway Ctr. Peaceful semi-private setting.
Tenants need to bring sheets, pillow cases & towels, all blankets /comforters are provided by host.
About the area:
To escape the summer heat enjoy the serenity of Jackson Falls. Hale Location is a great nine hole golf course close by with breathtaking views and challenging holes. Hike the magnificent trails at Diana's Bath (dog friendly) and Cathedral Ledge, canoe down the Saco River, relax in the beach side sand of Echo Lake. Alternatively, the excitement of downtown North Conway is a quick drive away, as you can enjoy the Settler's Green shopping Outlets and all of the excitement that the strip offers (mini golf, 5&10 cent candy store, restaurants and ice cream at every corner).
During the winter months, ski, skate, and snow tube right around the corner. 5 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 10 to Cranmore, 15 to Wildcat, and 25 minutes to Bretton Woods. Nestlenook Farm which is just 5 minutes down the road offers ice skating, snow shoeing and authentic sleigh rides. Warm up at their outdoor fire pit or hot cocoa inside their enclosed Victorian gazebo.
Some of our favorite restaurants include the Red Parka Pub (less than a mile), Shannon Door, Tuckerman's Tavern, & Red Fox Pub. (The RPP and Shannon Door offer live entertainment on weekends).

We stayed for a week to ski attitash and it was a perfect place. Only a couple minutes to the mountain, and it was great to have the wood stoves. The kindling and wood provided was ready to go so it was very easy to start every time. Also loved the finished basement for the kids to hang out in (and adults some times!). Would stay a again!

We just stayed as a family with our adult kids, and we have been renting here since before our kids were born. We always enjoy it. Good location for Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Storyland, Restaurants, Outlets.
We find it clean and leave it clean.

Perfect location. Less than 20 minutes to Wildcat Mountain, 3 minutes to food shopping, ski rental and Dunkin Donuts. Clean. Nice, large TVs, plenty of space to spread out. Communication with owner was excellent but really no necessary because zero problems or issues.

Nice place, near all the White Mountains have to offer. The place is dog friendly and 3.bedroom which was the reasons we rented there.
The only issue we had (3 older wimen) was with the lockbox.....we couldn't secure it property when.we left.

This is the second year we have stayed here and love the space and location. The proximity to Attitash and Wildcat is great and the condo is perfect for my family, with teen children and a dog there is plenty of room to spread out. And grab dinner or supplies at nearby restaurants and Grant’s Shop & Save.
This year when we arrived though the condo had clearly not been cleaned. There was about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and the liquid soap was just filled with sudsy water. This was an annoyance for us and I spent the first hour and a half we arrived cleaning and then we were able to enjoy our stay.

Timing was perfect for peak fall foliage. Rental was clean in a perfect location from busy North Conway center. Could use some updates and basement level was musty but other than that it was a very nice experience. Would rent from Joe Laughter again.

We stayed with our two teenagers for a weekend of shopping for back to school. This condo was super convenient with kids and dogs to shop near by North Conway. The condo provided everything we needed. The living room couch was a little dirty with the understanding that they allow pets. The basement rooms were a bit musty. Overall our stay was everything we expected it would be. Great location!

We really enjoyed staying at this Glen rental home. I highly recommend it. The place is very roomy & comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is ideal with many nearby fun event sites in North Conway. My family and I had a very nice stay, we enjoyed many scenic sites and dog-friendly activities in the area. Great time overall!

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Communication was easy and location was great for hiking and some shopping at the outlets. Just make sure to bring sheets and towels. We did not read the fine print and thankfully a Walmart was close by so we got some sheets. Our fault for not reading everything.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 4 kids (ages 5, 7, 13, 13) and our dog. It was a great location - close to Storyland, N. Conway, Cranmore Mt. and multiple delicious restaurants. The listing was accurate and we loved the furnished basement with all the bar decor! We are already planning our next trip up there and will definitely look to book this place again!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo close the Attitash and Wildcat
This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. It was so close to Attitash ( 5 mins) with great food nearby, a grocery store about 1.5 miles down the road and only 18 mins to Wildcat, yet it was set off the main road in a little cul de sac. The condo was stocked with just about everything we needed to cook meals. We didn't even use the finished basement & third bedroom, there was so much room. Will definitely plan to rent again!

Great rental for our family vacation!
This place was great for us and our two kids (3 & 4) they loved the bunk beds and had the whole downstairs to themselves to play. One queen bed was memory foam which was great because that’s what we have. We brought our dog too 👍🏼 About 5 min to North Conway. Nice and quiet neighborhood and there was Wi-Fi.

Great Spot
My family enjoyed our time at Joe’s Townhouse. With three levels of living it gave us plenty of room for our family and two dogs. It was a nice spot to walk the dogs with a path down to the river very close by. The location was convenient with West Side Road one way and center of North Conway the other. We enjoyed having White Mtn Cider Co. within walking distance for morning coffee and evening outside dining.
Joe was very nice to deal with and was quick with communication.
I will be looking forward to another stay

Nearby to Storyland, in a small and quiet condo complex in a pine shaded circle. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. But no wifi.

Great Trip, A few things but easy fixes!
We had a great time at this location with my adult children and two Golden Retrievers. The only big negative was no air conditioning and no washer/dryer otherwise this house has everything you’ll need!!! There is a laundromat down the road that’s open 24hrs and at night if you leave everything open it does get cool but a portable AC for the downstairs would be ideal. Dumpster is right outside up the path which if you’ve stayed at other Vrbo properties that’s not always the case. The pull-out couch downstairs’s mattress is old so don’t count that as a place for guests but rather bring a queen air mattress and it will fit perfectly down there. Super Clean!!! Would definitely go back!

Great central location. Close to north conway and ski mountains. My only complaint is that there's no heat in the basement bedroom and the windows are VERY drafty. These need to be sealed off. The rest of the house was very nice and clean. Suited our needs well.

The unit was clean and very spacious and six adults fit easily. The location was excellent. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely book again.
