About this house rental

This is a spacious, 3 bedroom with a Large Loft, 2.5 bath cabin with a 2 car garage. Are you bringing friends or traveling with a larger group? With 1800 total square feet, this cabin has space for everyone.

Additionally, if you want more space to play, just step outside onto a large patio and enjoy a shared green space which is great for yard games!

This cabin is just steps away from the Bridges Bay Water Park, which features activities for people of all ages including restaurants, water slides, a lazy river, a swim up bar, fitness center, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, and basketball court. With this cabin you get access to all of those amenities for free.

This cabin is ideal in it's layout! The main level is open so your family or friends can eat or relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and new appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser & ice maker, oven, microwave, etc. The living room area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating.

If your need to do laundry, the Washer and Dryer are located on the main floor.

A pack and play is provided as well as wash cloths, hand towels, basic toiletries, as well as large towels provided in each bathroom.

Grill? YES. The patio includes a gas grill, patio table and chairs.

We keep this cabin CLEAN and with large widows and vaulted ceilings, you will enjoy the natural light and space. Additionally, the cabin is within walking distance to the scenic and private, fully stocked fishing pond.

Proximity to the Waterfront Events Center, Blue Water Pizza Company, and Waters Edge Grille (All just steps away!). Also, Bracco Waterfront Café & Island Bar is onsite with live music on summer weekends. Kids arcade, large outdoor play structure, and a fitness center are located at Bridges Bay Resort.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! Kristin was easy to communicate with and was a lot of help with any questions we had. The kids loved the Bridges Bay Resort. The pack-and-play being available for us was a great help to reduce our packing! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. Close to everything. Would have loved the pool being closer but was still ok. Thought we were getting 3 king beds but only had 2 but still worked out. Had trouble getting into the tv system but owner called and walked us right thru it. Would stay again!!

Cabin fit our needs. Could maybe be listed as 2.5 instead of 3, 1 bathroom isn’t full. Neighbors were great and lots of them come out and enjoy the backyard spaces. Overall we had a great experience.

The property was awesome 5 star on all eccept the cleaning which I gave a four star. The table was dusty as well as the dressers. The outside of window very dirty. Like someone had thrown eggs at the house and Windows. (looked like bird poo on them)Overall was a excellent place for our family. Great location and property well maintained.

We attended a wedding near the Lakes area. We had a group of 8 of us that needed a place to stay and this place got the bill! We did not take advantage of the passes to Bridges Bay but if we had smaller kids along it would’ve been a great bonus!

No complaints whatsoever and would stay here again. Yard is open to many neighbors which was fun for kids and plenty of room for yard games. No fire ring but we brought our own. Grill was clean and nice and we used it several times. Owner very responsive when we had questions.

We had a blast. Cabin was clean and perfect for our family get-a-way. We trailed our boat. Parked in lot across road from Bridges Bay property -very convenient. Property manager -Kristin readily available and provided great guidance for docking boat and picking up guests. Cabin is spacious and kitchen equipped with the essentials! Accommodations were great!! We will stay again!

When we first walked into this property we thought it was very nice but once we got settled in we started noticing certain things. There were only 3 outdoor chairs to sit at which you were afraid to sit cuz they were about to fall apart. There were broken chairs laying in a heap in the corner of the patio. The fire pit was just a frame and they had a few pieces of firewood around it. The grill was so dirty there was no way you want to use it. No fire alarm upstairs. The upstairs beds had broken boards under them all. I’m not sure if the owners are around to check on this property but they should make a trip to check it out

The property was in a nice location and the owner had great communication. The kitchen and living room was not overly clean and we scooped out our own snow to get to the door. Especially when VRBO charges a heavy cleaning fee. The owner was very nice to work with and tried to make it right.
