About this house rental
With 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across four floors, this rustic modern townhouse is perfectly suited for large families looking for some space to spread out.
The main floor has an open concept with a lovely deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch the 55in tv that hangs over the stone fireplace. We have DirectTV and Netflix. Mountain views peak out the window adjacent to the dining table which seats 8 comfortably. Kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four, granite counter tops, and lots of cooking utensils.
The downstairs game room boasts a pool table and another 55in flatscreen tv. This floor also features a patio with two Adirondack rocking chairs and a private, 8 person hot tub. On the lower floor there is also a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed and 50in tv.
The next floor contains 2 bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One room has a queen bed and flat screen tv. The other room has a full over a full bunk bed with twin trundle. The room is perfect for sleeping kids. It has glow in the dark stars! There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer on this floor.
The top floor of the town house is devoted to the master bedroom. At the top of the landing, there is an office nook complete with a printer for those boarding passes. The bed is a king bed and the room has a 50in tv. Wake up to views of Dear Valley Resort from the bed! The master bathroom features a jetted tub to relax those tired muscles. It also has a separate shower and walk-in closet.

Great layout for our group, with bedrooms separated by floors. Kitchen was very well stocked, which is always appreciated. Everything was comfortable, in good condition and worked perfectly. The location is superb if you are skiing Deer Valley, as you are just a few minutes' drive from the Jordanelle gondola base (although you do have to get their fairly early on a busy day to get a parking spot). It's not as convenient if you have to drive to Park City or the main Deer Valley parking, but not a long drive. Host was nice to let us access the garage before check-in to change and drop our luggage on our arrival day. And we felt like it was a really good value compared to other options. Definitely recommended, especially if you want to ski from Jordanelle gondola.

Great deal in Heber City, only 15-20 minutes to PC Base, great layout with hot tub! This house worked well for our party of 8 for a 9 day stay. Nicely appointed and very functional layout, worked well for our group. The 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor were a little tight, but for a 4BD 3.5BA house it worked. Would stay here again for the deal we got. Thanks!

Fantastic Ski Vacation
The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home during our ski getaway. The owners have thought of everything, very well stocked and met our every need. And we definitely enjoyed how spacious the home is and of course the hot tub!

WOW! Awesome place to stay
I always hope a rental will be a good as the pictures, Sage's retreat exceeded my expectations! This townhouse is beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and able to stay here comfortably with our entire family. The kitchen was very well stocked, the grill and pool table were a great addition. I wish we would have had time to have used the hot tub! The living room is very comfortable and family friendly. The bedrooms were all great and so nice that every couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this retreat!!

Convenient
We loved how convenient this property is to Jordanelle, Midway, Heber and Park City. Very well stocked which made cooking easy, bathrooms were also well stock with necessary supplies. The laundry room did have a foul odor, perhaps it hadn't been used in awhile.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It had a great setup for 2 families with kids. The property management was also very responsive. We informed them that the coffee maker was not working properly and they replaced it the same day. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a winter ski trip.
Property just as described and worked great for our group of 7. Hot tub was amazing after long days of skiing and the kitchen was 100% accomodating for our meals. Beds were comfy as were the amazing blankets throughout the home. Pool table was a huge hit. Would absolutely stay again!!

Wonderful Labor Day Getaway
The property was exactly what we needed at a price that was hard to beat. We loved being 2-3 minutes to Jordanelle Reservoir yet could relax at the property and enjoy the wonderful retreat. There was tons of space, games and a hot tub that let our kids bounce around and have personal space including bedrooms on every floor so that our married couple could be in the basement and others could be on the main while we were upstairs.
The location was near the entrance of the development for easy access. We had no issues getting checked in.
The kitchen was wonderful; it was well stocked with condiments, paper goods and even food staples and water.
All of the needed cooking pots, pans and utensils as well as storage containers made it easy to prepare family meals together.
The TV connected to our Wii so we could play games and Rockband. In the garage were bikes, Christmas tree and ornaments and fishing poles.
The owner was very responsive with questions and helpful answering our questions promptly.
Note: the property owner does require ID to confirm the reservation. I scanned my driver's license and struck out the personal data such as birth day and month (leaving the year) and a few other items I prefer not to share for security reasons. They were understanding and it was easy to do.
All in all, the retreat was exactly what was on the posting and we had a wonderful family escape over Labor Day.

Great location and accomodations
We loved our stay at this property. The location was great to give us access to the Jordanelle Reservoir and activities in both Heber City and Park City. We loved that everyone had their own space and there was good room for us to hang out in the main living area. The house was well stocked with things we needed and communication with the owner was great.

Perfect getaway
Great location, close to the Jordanelle Resevoir. We had space for our family of 11 and felt so at home here. The master bed is very comfortable we slept great. The kids loved the hot tub. It needs some cleaning and maintenance with the water but we did not reach out about that until the end of our stay. Everyone loved the location and the time we spent there.

Our stay at this rental was great. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking as far as pots, pans, a crock pot, plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, all your spices, etc! My husband and I rented this home for a mountain bike trip with friends, we all fit comfortably, and had plenty of space. We were close enough to Park City Resort as well as Deer Valley and we’re able to get lots of riding in. The lake is also just a short bike ride, walk, or car ride down the hill we spent a day there and were able to rent a boat. This house was wonderfully located next to so many things we wanted to be able to enjoy, but also far enough out of the main towns to be quiet and peaceful. The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. If we were ever to come back to this town we would definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic Property
I want so badly to give this property a bad review so it will be easier for me to dang next year🤣�. The property has everything you need for a great stay winter or summer. Lots of space, great living space, pool table, hot tub and a garage to park your car, bikes, etc. Not only is the property great but the property manager is extremely responsive. We had one minor issue during our stay that was resolved very quickly with a text to the property manager. My wife loves to shop and walk around in Park City and love to fish the Provo River. This location is a quick 10 minutes to Park City and a quick 10 minutes to the middle Provo River. The reservoir is a great place for boating and fishing and the Deer Valley lift is right up the road.
Even though I don’t want anyone else to book this place so that I can book it again, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great property close to Park City and Heber. Thanks for a great stay!
