We stayed here while attending a destination wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Very roomy and comfortable. The air wasn’t working very well at first, so Michael came over immediately and had it corrected, and all was good after that. We played ping pong and enjoyed all the artwork and historical pieces about the house. We saw a bunny rabbit and hummingbirds in the beautiful backyard. We would stay here again when in Colorado Springs in the future.

Great house. Very close to everything. Host was great, but VRBO system was lacking when it came to delivering the check in instructions. Luckily I was able to contact the host directly! Michael was very helpful. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. If you have a smaller group, some rooms will be blocked off but host was very flexible with that. The TV in the kitchen was the only one that had cable (the Olympics were happening while we were there!) which we would’ve hoped to watch that in the living room but it was fine. Back yard was wonderful for the kids. Very private. Would definitely come back!

Our large group found the home just what we hoped it would be: lots of space to spread out and enjoy our family reunion. The kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We also used the outdoor grill.
The kids had a good time with the pool table and ping-pong table.
I highly recommend this VRBO.

It was a great location with plenty of space for each of us to spread out or hang out together. It would be great for even larger groups.

The house was clean, well furnished and in the perfect location for old friends to gather with their growing families. The park and playground in walking distance was a huge plus.

We spend a couple days at this gem during the week of the 4th of July. The host Michael was upfront transparent and highly engaged in our conversations.
We had a slight change of plans during our trip and Michael worked with us to accommodate our change request.
The properly is as depicted in the pictures and the biggest plus point is vicinity to everything under 20 mins.
Highly recommend the property and will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect, it had everything we needed, with great activities (spinner game and pool tables were the highlight). The neighborhood was local to everything we needed. Pickleball, golf and the Manitou Incline! Check out the restaurant at the Patty Jewett golf course, they have amazing sweet potato fries with whisky butter that is to die for!! Thank you!! We will definitely book again!

This house was perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space to hang out; we weren't all crammed on top of each other. Plenty of beds. The house itself is very interesting - so many cool things to look at and read about. Ping pong table and pool table kept us busy when we were there in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Pillows need more fluff, but other than that it was great. Took a while to figure out how to cool the house as it was getting warm in CS, but when we did, it was great. Host did tell me how to do it during our first call. Host was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was beautiful! Walking trail/park across the street was nice. Such a great place.

Beautiful house and neighborhood!
If you have a smaller group, note that bedrooms will be locked off (so don’t let your kids pick a room ahead of time; it might not be available).
Guests don’t have control of the temperature, other than fans.
Beds were comfortable, but pillows were not great.
Loved the park across the street!

The home was beautiful and massive and had everything that was needed for our stay! I wish we had more time to explore the ins and outs of the house but it really was perfect for a group of hikers. Rooms were all spacious with themes and lots of attention to detail and beds comfortable. Instructions given to us by Michael were super easy to follow and he gave us a lot of good recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. Will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at this old north Colorado Springs house. It was spacious and easily accommodated our group of friends. The kitchen was well-stocked. And we loved the ping pong table and backyard patio. It's a great house for families or a group of friends. Highly recommend!

Lots of things to do! Lots of room for large family meals.

Very good

The home is spacious with lots to do for pre-adolescent children.
The house has no way to control the temperature, with all window cranks removed, which also seems like it might violate fire codes?
Many mattresses are very soft. Bedding is adequate. There is a lot of dust above the kitchen island and dead bugs in many of the light fixtures. The decor is eclectic and there are lots of sticky notes attached to various doors and furniture.

My family loved staying here. The accommodation was used for a large group of relatives coming from out of state for a graduation. Room configurations are slightly confusing to me online. If you have a lot of couples needing private rooms, verify with the host. (He always answered promptly)

Highly recommend staying here. There is so much space and the home very comfortable. There is a trailhead across the street and downtown Colorado Springs is within walking distance. Perfect for multiple couples or families!

When I travel, I believe that where you stay is part of your vacation. And this place was truly a one of a kind unique experience that was the best part of our trip. It was fun just looking at the unique collection of things in the home. It was also very spacious from the many common areas to the bedrooms. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful back yard but it is a definite plus for anyone staying in nice weather. Very private. I had some family guests over for dinner and they all raved about how neat the house was. The pool table, ping pong table and antique arcade game really made things fun. The large couch and family room was a wonderful place for family conversation and movie nights. But the very best thing about this property was the property manager. Seldom does the owner actually manage the rental property nowadays. But the owner did manage this property. He was very accommodating, flexible, responsive. We genuinely felt he went out of his way to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. And we did all the way around. An added bonus to the prime location was the beautiful old neighborhood where the house was located and the walking path just across the street.

This home more than exceeded our expectations. There were more than enough bedrooms and plenty of space to play for the 4 family groups in our extended family. The backyard was great for kids to run around. The owner responded quickly when we had an unexpected power outage and stopped by personally to ensure that we had all we needed. (Fortunately, the power was restored quickly)

The location and home were great. We really enjoyed the many different spaces and put the ping-pong table to good use.

Beautiful location, we were in Colorado Springs for a family wedding. This house was a great choice.

Very Quiet House on a quiet neighborhood. Good Place.

The property was very nice. Our only complaint was the AC. It happened to be in low to mid 90’s and found out no AC on lower floor & temp was set at 72 for night. All rooms had portable fans. We were finally able to get a good night sleep once we opened master bedroom door to let air in at night. Other than that everything else was good.

This house was in a great neighborhood and had plenty of space for everyone. It had easy access to everything we had planned in Colorado Springs. The house was clean and we'll stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a family roadtrip to Colorado and this place was pretty close to perfect. Loved the neighborhood, we walked around to see all the amazing houses in the area. It was a quick drive to some many places!! The games were a family favorite, so fun. Tons of room. great outdoor space for coffee or pre-dinner cocktails.
con: Only thing that threw me and the ladies of my group off were the linens. I honestly wasn't sure they were clean, they were tossed all over. Also the sheets had a hard time staying on any of the beds ha ha. Such a quick fix, in my opinion.

Very nice house and location for 7 "active older male adults". Some friendships go back to grade school. Old friends get together every 5 years. This is our 5 th and last. 2 in Idaho, 3 in Colorado Springs
Michael is very hospitable. Nice venue!

Our teens had a ball playing ping pong, pool and chilling. The adults loved the same things plus the backyard and relaxing atmosphere. It seems every attraction is 14 min. away, according to Google. There are LOTS of attractions!
The 11 of us were all comfortable and we never felt crowded. Great house in a great neighborhood.
