The house is exactly as pictured! It was definitely spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. Danielle was very friendly, super responsive & very accommodating. We were even able to check in early! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for your hospitality!

This was a beautifully maintained and located property. Danielle was wonderful host. The front porches were my favorite - great places to dine outside, relax, and read. We had three grandparents, four parents of the middle generation, and for grandchildren ages 7 to 13. We all had a great time. The kitchens are well stocked with regards to pots, pans, and dishes; I recommend bringing your own cooking essentials (oil, sugar, spices, etc) and condiments (or can easily purchase from nearby supermarket). Having the beach towels and beach equipment provided was a huge bonus and so helpful! All in all, I highly recommend!

Wonderful Family vacation Summer August 2019
We mid-westerners (8 adults-70s to 20s; + 8 kids under 7) had a terrific week in this 3-floor shore home. The home was completely stocked with all necessary kitchen (pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, various utensils, range, oven, ) beach (~14 chairs, 2 transport carts, 2 umbrellas, > dozen beach towels, beach tags, several buggy boards), and kid items (some shovels, buckets, sand molds, pack&play, toddler feeding chair). We did not want for anything except trying to keep the troops feed.
Home is very clean, does not feel cramped, located on a quiet, tree-lined street, and is still convenient to boardwalk, beach, shopping, restaurants, & supermarkets. Location and lot size also allowed to kids to play safely outdoors. We heavily used the 2 outside porches for kids meals, and quiet evening. relaxation/conversations . The outdoor shower has both ample hot and cold water, so it was possible to get the majority of sand removed from all parties. The 2 outside barbeques are on side of house, and do not interfere with the 3-4 rear yard parking spaces. There was also free street parking, often in right in-front of the house.
Lastly, but most importantly, the owners were wonderful in all respects. They promptly answered out inquires and even came by the home in-person; even though I think they were on vacation that week !
The family's unanimous vote was to return at the earliest possible opportunity.

Wonderful roomy rental in super convenient location
This house was perfect for our family. We rented only the top unit, and it was extremely clean and spacious. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to my emails. This house is in a nice, quiet location only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach, and very close to shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, playground and a town square where there was a lovely farmers market and family day face painting and pony rides! We could literally walk everywhere. Street parking if needed was also easy to find, and without meters, although there are parking spots reserved for you in the driveway behind the house. The best thing is that everything you could need for the beach was included---the toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even beach tags! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, was because of some (minor) cosmetic issues--a few holes in the wall/doors, and broken drawers in refrigerator. That being said I would definitely stay here again!!

Very well maintained rental
Very well maintained rental in a quiet neighborhood setting. It's a bit of a walk to the beach/boardwalk, but we love the walk and the house is beautiful and stocked with beach chairs, towels, tags, wifis, and other vacation conveniences. We go back every year!

Family weekend away
I stayed at this property from April 28 - April 30. The house was exactly as described by the owner. We literally had everything we could ever need. It was very well kept and clean and Danielle was very helpful before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering it.

Great Price - Great Owner - Great Location
When staying at someone else's home, there is some apprehension of what to expect. From the start, my interactions w/owner Danielle were prompt and professional. Throughout the stay, she replied to all my texts, and sent emails regarding an ongoing storm situation. The customer service was A+.
The house was very clean and welcoming. The AC worked very well in all the rooms in the lower section and the loft. We took 11 people (8 adults 3 children) but did not feel cramped at any point. We had visitors over one evening for dinner and still had plenty of space. Once we opened the front door, you felt like you added significant square footage.
The beach was a manageable 4 blocks from the beach. We took a wagon to take the children's items to the beach as they would not have made that treck. On the walk you're able to meet some other beach goers and see some sights of the neighborhood. Specifically Mosaic 701 which had some great Caribbean food and the ice cream place Carousel.
To top it all off, Danielle offered to allow us to stay an extra day due to the weather. All and all, great experience! I'd recommend you stay.

Great house for multi-generational vacation!
We spent a week here with three generations of two families (13 people total; two sets of grandparents, 7 middle generation, and two little ones), and had a wonderful stay. The house met everyone's bed and space needs, including space in one of the twin rooms for a pack and play. It was so helpful to have two kitchens, plus the grills were amazing, and we never felt like we were on top of one another. It was our first time staying in OC's Historic District and we will be back! Such charming homes and a quiet street. Despite the distance to the beach, we were easily able to walk, bike, or drive closer to the beach and Boardwalk when we wanted to. Loved being on the same street as Oves! Danielle was incredibly helpful getting the rental set up, and quickly answered all of my questions over a number of months. The house was well maintained, with amenities as advertised. Highly recommend!

Wonderful rental place. Wonderful vacation area!
This place was wonderful and just perfect for our family of ages from one to 71! The street/area was so quiet, which was great because we had four little ones with us.
We had a quick and helpful response any time we had a question. The owner even went out of her way to mail me something I had left behind. I can say nothing but good about our experience. I have already recommended this place to friends and family and hope to be able to return. One of our best vacations. Loved the clean beach, the boardwalk with all of its activities, amusement parks, miniature golf. Had a wonderful dinner downtown at Nonni's ? Italian restaurant and several other downtown places. I can see why people come back year after year. We hope to also.

Very nice place, very nice location
We've stayed here twice now, because the place is so nice. Very roomy, plenty of comfortable beds, and a generally nice ambience. The patio/balcony are also very nice and great for relaxing at during the evening. The location is great because it's about a five minute walk to the beach/boardwalk, but is also very close to the supermarket. The rates are very reasonable. Plus, the people that rent out the property are extremely nice. Highly recommended.
