A delicious cooked breakfast was provided each morning which set us up for the day. The host (Linda) was charming and was happy to chat and offer advice on trips etc.
The accommodation is just out of town but well placed with on street parking. A short drive from the airport. The room was immaculately presented and we would definitely stay again.

Super vriendelijke host en gezellige familie! Ook goed gelegen (in een mooie buurt) & Vancouver gemakkelijke bereikbaar met de bus.

L’accueil, le petit déjeuner, les échanges, la chambre :)

The convenience of access to the breakfast food and coffee on the landing to the rooms. My stay was during the low season and I happened to be the only visitor. I believe that it would still have been very pleasant even with other guests. A nice feature is that the host provides guests with a Compass card. This proved to be extremely useful, not to have to worry about paying cash on public transit or buying daily use cards. I only had to reimburse the host for my usage of the card while I was there.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

The place is near Downtown Vancouver, and the hosts were very kind. The rooms were clean, and there was a delicious breakfast every morning!

Linda is a gracious host with a friendly and calm demeanour who serves a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The B&B is quiet and comfortable with an excellent ensuite bathroom and a spacious bedroom. The location is very central.
I found the mattress a little too firm for my liking, but otherwise I slept well.

The breakfasts were outstanding! The location was an easy walking distance to bus transportation, a market and to town.

If I had any concern regarding our stay it was with the breakfast. The breakfast was determined by the hosts each morning. That was my only concern, that we weren't asked what we would like to eat.
Just the lack of consultation with us regarding breakfast.

Very clean and quiet. Nice host. Good breakfast.
TV did not offer any movie channels, for those you pay the extra fee to the host according to the channel guide.

Very nice B&B. Super friendly owners.
Delicious breakfast. Modern rooms. Very clean. And in a calm area but not far away from the sightseeing spots.

We were impressed by the beautiful home maintained by the family. They were friendly and helpful, and gave us ideas of where to go and what to see during our one full day in Vancouver prior to our cruise. We wished that we had more time to spend there!
I did not like climbing stairs to get to our room, but that is where the rooms are located. I am just not in good shape. It was only one floor.

We're very well received and got several recommendations of what to see and how to get there. Good and unusual breakfasts.

The breakfast was above expectations! Homemade, varied, delicious, friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchenette was appreciated. Definitely would stay there again!

The location worked for us. The room was clean. There is a little refrigerator in the common area for guest use and dishes with utensils for guest use. You wash your own dishes and everyone complied with this. The king bed was very comfortable. Over all it was a nice room in a newer residential house. A good choice for travelers on a budget who are not needing amenities. The host's niece greeted us and was very pleasant as was the house owner when we checked out. If you like little contact with others this is not a traditional bed and breakfast, so that may appeal to you. It is a clean room in a newer house. We found a grocery store close by and restaurants a few mins drive. It was a few mins drive to the Museum of Vancouver and the Maritime museum which has a boat taxi that took us to downtown and other attractions.
It is a residential neighborhood with very narrow streets. There was ample parking when we needed it, but a bit nerve wracking navigating the street and hoping everyone else did the same. The host made it clear there would be cereal only when we booked and that was true, we chose to eat out or bring items in. It would have been nice to have clean towels a least twice in our 4 day stay. We didn't ask for extra as we only saw the host's niece at check in and the house owner at check out. They were very nice, just not engaged with guests, but some people would be fine with that. The room was hot at night even with the thermostat turned down and the ceiling fan on. It was too noisy when we opened the window. The host also disclosed there could be piano lessons happening in the afternoons and there were. Didn't bother us as we expected it. The other guests, there are 4 rooms on the second floor, did not keep to the 10 pm to 7 am quite time which was irritating. The central kitchenette is noisy when in use, especially the microwave. Another guest took our frozen items out of the tiny freezer to their's in. Rude, but not the fault of the host. In hind site we would have done well to book a hotel as the price was comparable.

Room and private bathroom were very clean. Room looked like pictures posted. Great location - ample street parking available and bus stop nearby.
Communal kitchen is next to the rooms, so it wasn’t ideal when wanting to sleep in. Some guests were thoughtful while others weren’t such as starting/stopping the microwave multiple times for hot water despite there being a hot water dispenser.
If borrowing the compass card for public transport, have Canadian cash available to pay back host. Digital means like Venmo were not accepted. On that note, the buses do accept contactless credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) if you don’t plan to take out cash.

Linda was great at piano :) it was great to listen to her playing the piano. Also she was so helpful and kind. My room was perfect.
the bed was a bit hard, it wasnt problem for me, but it may be a problem to those with low back problems.

It is extremely clean, well-located and the hosts are very welcoming.
The entrance was the front door so coming and going was always through the family area where piano lessons were ongoing. One key for the outside deadbolt made it a bit awkward too as my daughter and I had to always leave at the same time.

Great location near public transportation. The host (Jenny) prepared a great breakfast and offered good tips on places to explore in Vancouver.
