About this apartment rental

The apartment on the first floor of our charming guest house Berlin offers you very good transport links and proximity to the city, but also peace and relaxation in the "green". You live in a 2-room apartment. The living room is furnished with a comfortable large sofa bed and an open kitchen. The highlight of the living room is the large window front over the entire length of the room with a view of the garden and the parquet floor. The spacious bedroom for four people is divided by a partition to create more privacy for you. On one side of the room there is a large double bed, the other side of the room is equipped with two single beds. The bedroom also has parquet flooring and offers enough storage space. The spacious bathroom with a large window has a bath. All rooms have been renovated and renovated. On the south side of the 2-storey beautiful brick house (built in 1903) is the garden, which you can of course use. Seating under wild wine invite you to linger. Younger guests are also very welcome to play in the garden.

Great property location. Very close to the S train with quite a few restaurant and shops close by. Property owners very responsive. We would come back. Stayed with my huaband and 2 teenagers.

We loved our stay at Maja and Mark's Berlin apartment! The space was great for our family of two adults and two children. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. Every detail was clearly perfectly planned. The space was so clean. Communication was stellar and we were able to personally connect with our hosts upon arrival. It is conveniently located near the train and shops. We loved our first stay as a while family in Berlin and would love to return and stay again!! Thank you for making our first stay such a wonderful experience!

We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely, bright apartment in April 2024 as part of a 3 city European trip. The apartment was so clean and spacious, the photos in the listing didn't do it justice! The high ceilings and big windows made it so bright. It had everything we needed, including much needed laundry facilities in the basement. Being less than a 5 minute walk to the train station was extremely convenient. The grocery store, pharmacy and other conveniences are also located in the train station. I would recommend this apartment for families who want a comfortable place to stay with all the modern conveniences and ease of traveling around Berlin.

This clean, roomy apartment was an excellent choice for us. Our son is in the Kreuzburg neighborhood of Berlin and this was an easy bus ride to his apartment. It was also right next door to the Sudkruez train station for easy access to the city center.

This was a charming place to stay while my family and I were traveling. Comfortable beds, kitchen was nice with the basics, and a big bathroom. We all enjoyed it a lot. The location was great too in getting to the city.

Wonderful experience - Mark & Maja responsive to all my questions & willing to help make stay perfect! The location was wonderful for all our outings we had planned near Berlin & quiet neighborhood even though near train station. When I return to visit daughter again will definitely hope to stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay in early December. The apartment on the first floor was quiet and well insulated. It was elegant with tall ceilings. The heating worked well and the water was hot. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The large bedroom contains 4 single beds with a partition. Everything was clean and as described.

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Wohnung von Maja und Mark. Die Wohnung ist toll und genau wie beschrieben. Alles sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man muss nicht für 3 Tage ein ganzes Paket Zucker oder Salz kaufen ;-). Handtücher, Babybett, Hochstuhl, selbst Kindergeschirr etc. ist alles vorhanden. Der kleine Innenhof ist nett für einen Absacker, lädt allerdings nicht zum stundenlangen Verweilen ein. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung PERFEKT ans Südkreuz angebunden, wo es auch fast alles zu kaufen gibt. Die Kommunikation mit Maja und Mark war im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts völlig problemlos und immer sehr nett. Einziges Manko ist tatsächlich die fehlende Verdunkelung der Schlafräume. Durch den Altbau sind die Fenster sehr groß und unmöglich irgendwie selbst dunkel zu bekommen. Wen dann das nicht stört: unbedingt hin fahren :-)

Die Wohnung liegt ideal am Südkreuz und bietet dadurch eine sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung zugleich mit Top- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt: Die Lage ist zentral, ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und Drogerie sind in direkter Nähe. Bei lauten Nachbarn kann es hellhörig werden, aber dafür können die Vermieter nix. Unsere Woche in der "alten Heimat" haben ich, die Großeltern und die Kinder sehr genossen!

Wir haben uns einfach nur super wohl gefühlt! Anbindung perfekt! Sofort einen Parkplatz bekommen aber nächstes Mal kommen wir mit der Bahn. Die Wohnung war total gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Bonus ist der kleinen Sitzplatz im Hof. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach eingerichtete Altbauwohnung, die mit allem Nötigen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet ist. Sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt am Südkreuz gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hell, die Einrichtung ist funktional und mit dem großen Sofa trotzdem gemütlich, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Maja und Mark ist sehr nett. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen Schlüsselsafe, was super geklappt hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem recht ruhig, eine Ecke weiter ist ein Supermarkt, weitere Läden sind im Bahnhof Südkreuz, auch am Wochenende geöffnet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, danke Maja und Mark und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt - auch für die Kinder war alles dabei. Die Betten sind bequem und die Lage super. Wir haben Maja und Mark wegen Corona nicht persönlich getroffen, sie scheinen aber sehr sehr nett zu sein. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfsbereitschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Maja and Mark were fantastic hosts, and I absolutely loved the apartment! It is a very spacious and cozy flat- beautifully decorated and complete with comfortable beds. The nearest train station is a only 3 minute walk down the road- so perfect for daily trips into the center of Berlin! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Wohnung mit viel Atmosphäre, nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ausreichend groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Einziger Nachteil: Da mit Baby unterwegs, wäre gut gewesen, wenn die beiden Schlafzimmer durch eine Tür getrennt gewesen wären, aber das ist auch das Einzige. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Altbauwohnung, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Dass man zu viert in einem großen Raum schläft ist zwar nicht optimal, aber hat trotzdem gut geklappt. Alle waren von der vielen Lauferei immer sehr müde... ;-) Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr zuverlässig und freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Code-Schloss wurde sehr gut erklärt und klappte reibungslos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Wohnung ist sehr angemessen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Wir waren auf Familienbesuch in Berlin und haben eine Ferienwohnung in der "Mitte" von unseren Familien gesucht. Die Naehe zum Suedkreuz hat sich wirklich bewehrt - man kommt schnell in Berlin herum (meist 30min egal in welche Richtung), hat nen super Anschluss zur Deutschen Bahn fuer laengere Trips und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten an Sonntagen waren auch ein klarer Vorteil. Die Wohnung is geraeuming und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet - und Mark und Maja waren echt super. Klasse Kommunikation und immer ansprechbar wenn man was brauchte. Wir haben uns echt wohlgefuehlt. Vielen Dank!
