المخدة سيئه سببت لي تشجن في الرقبة موظف الاستقبال فترة اظهر ممتاز وخلوق فيه موظف سمين 😒🙁 ما عن ه مرونه مع النزيل

دورات المياه سيئه ( الدش يحتاج تغيير + المرحاض ما يعمل بشكل جيد + شح في المناشف ، / الجلسة غير مريحه و مليانه شعر من المستأجرين السابقين .!! / السرير لا باس فيه / افضل شيء استخدمته غلاية الموية كانت تعمل بشكل ممتاز اما السكر والشاهي شح و وضعت اهم من عندي / يبدو انه اقل من اقتصادي / سبق سكنت فيه كان ممتاز والان تغير 180 درجة اصبح سيء جداً

اتصال الاستقبال من الساعة 1:30 وطلب المغادرة المتكرر قبل وصول السلعه 4 عصراً
اضطررت لدفع مبلغ اضافي للحصول علي غرفه افضل من التي قمت بحجزها وذالك لوجود رائحه قويه

الاستقبال كان راقي جدا من الأخت ندى الله يوفقها وتعاملها سلس جدا وأشكرها جدا على ذلك
النظافة كانت جيدة يوجد بجوار الفندق بوفيه ومغسلة وتموينات
السعر مناسب جدا
الواي فاي من أفضل الأماكن اللي كان النت فيها ممتاز
أنصح بهذا المكان
الموقع في مكان ضيق نوعا ما والتهوية كانت ضعيفة نسبيا بالنسبة لي لأني أحب تجديد الهواء في الغرفة بشكل دائم

مكان الاقامه نظيف جداً والاثاث جميل وجديد وحول مقر الاقامه جميع الخدمات من سوبرماركت وصيدلية ومستشفى وسوق ومطعم وجميع ما يحتاجه العائله .. عمال الفندق متعاونين جداً وموظفي الاستقبال قمه فالذوق والاخلاق .. كنت حاجز 5 ليال من بوكينق ولكن لوجود ظرف طارئ اضطررت للخروج في اليوم الرابع وتم مساعدتي من مسؤول الحجوزات في الفندق وتم اعاده مبلغ اليوم الخامس بالكامل وايضاً مبلغ التأمين بعد التشييك على الجناح .. سأكرر الزياره .. وشكراً جزيلاً لموقع بوكينق وفندق مبيت التحليه ..
للأمانه كل شي جميل ومرتب ومنظم ونظيف وهذا ما يسعى له رب الاسرة ..

All facilities are in bad condition, and they took 200 SAR for insurance 😢 but its refund.

Upon arrival they said the room is not available, they adjusted us into another room and gave two thick sheets when we asked for mattresses. When we asked for a person to provide us assistance with the luggage during checkout. The employee came and helped with a poor attitude complaining that we don’t do such services. House keeping was not done after I told them to make up the room after I left. The worker said now we all are busy we will do after maghrib but the room was never made when we came back.

Unpleasant smell in the apartment due to the poor ventilation caused very bad smells
