The room was very clean, decor was very up to date, balcony had very nice outdoor furniture and seating for several.
Issue at first was it being on the 20th floor but it turned out not being bad

The room was clean and as pictured in booking.com.
We arrived at 7:30 at night after a 6 hr drive with kids and groceries. The office was closed?!We did not receive the before mentioned email regarding check in details after filling out the information for number of people in our party and number of parking passes needed. The Janitor was nice and tried to call maintenance man to try and help. Maintenance man was very rude. Called security and they said to call third party. Called third party and they had no connections to the property office or details on check in codes since they only handle money transaction. Third party put it back on security office. I asked them to call on conference so I would not be put into a phone tree loop again. After sitting on the phone for 45+minutes in front of the offie the security officer gave the third party our entry code. We went up to park in our reserved parking space but it was occupied so we parked in another available spot. We did find out “welcome pack” with entry code inside the room. We continued to be unable to park in our reserved spot as that vehicle stayed in our spot the whole week. We received a call from the office demanding we move our car or it would be towed. It was explained we would be happy to but our spot was taken. We were told to park in the uncovered section several floors up, the car in our spot remained there until we left. Although room was nice we will probably not stay again due to lack of communication from the office and rude staff. We spent a ton of money for the stay to put up with that much hassle and rudeness.
