Enjoy the tranquility of a private getaway. Sunset Nook Cottage is nestled nicely on a beautiful, level lot with over 300 ft. of waterfront on a secluded bay. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the sunny front porch, or walk to the coffee shop in town. Drop a line in the water from the dock or from one of two kayaks available, for the early morning catch. Choose from one of three award-winning golf courses for your 'hole in one', while your wife enjoys the local Spa. Don't waste a minute of your lake time, throw your clubs in the boat and motor to your golf course! Afterwards, Waterski back to your cottage. Start up your grill for 'catch' from the day, and relax with an ice cold beverage on your private patio. Or take a picnic to the beach. But first, soothe your muscles in your jetted tub. The cottage was just as described - very clean and ready to go. The only drawback (which I knew could be an issue when I booked) was the cottage only have one bathroom. We were tired of juggling one bathroom pretty quickly. It was stand alone (not attached to a bedroom) as well. Other than this we would definitely consider this property again.
I was caught off guard by the last minute rental agreement - it was a pain to try and access as this rental was in the middle of our vacation and I was already away from reliable internet access. This could have been avoided if the documents were provided much earlier. Other than this hiccup the owner was very responsive.

Great property! No issues, very clean, great location, simple check-in, and easy checkout! We enjoyed watching the ducks come and go from the backyard, and the park next door was a big hit with our son. We hope to be back soon!!

Fireplace was excellent and bed in the main bedroom very comfortable. Very small washer and dryer, as well as a very small water heater. Could only fill the jacuzzi bathtub halfway because the water got cold. Kitchen was nice and even had a sconce baking kit all ready to make. It's great for 2 people, maybe 4, but that would be pushing it. Parking isn't great and only way to get out is driving backwards for about half a block. It's quite small, but a cute little place.

We had a wonderful short vacation at this property. The location is quiet, yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We found the property to be clean and well maintained and communication to be courteous and accurate. We definitely recommend the Sunset Nook Cottage!

The property inside is great and feels like home. Faith is one of the best VBRO host I have stayed at. Everything you need, well stocked kitchen, games, nice towels, and well appointed furnishings. The location was great and can walk into town. Unfortunately we picked the rainiest weekend to visit the area and only took advantage of being on the water a short time so if you have rainy days this a great spot to stay in for all the games and comforts of home.

The charming lake front cottage had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, well stocked, clean. But the lake front setting was just what I hahoped for. Perfect place for early morning coffee, enjoying the quiet and watching the fish jump.

The property was set up with nearly everything you would need. A fully stocked kitchen with more dishes and cookware we have ever seen in a rental unit. Basic cooking essentials like spices and oils.
The open concept was great. Back porch was great for sitting and watching the sunset and just relaxing overlooking the bay.

My friends and I had a great time. Even though the place is surrounded by other properties, the back yard allows some privacy. The house was clean and contained everything we needed. The requirements for check out were easy.

The weather didn’t cooperate but we still really enjoyed our inaugural trip to Green Lake and will definitely come back. The location of Sunset Nook is perfect in that we could walk to everything in town. The fishing from the dock was a ton of fun and we were able to take the kayaks out for a quick trip between storms. We are a large family and while we will probably look for a 2 bathroom unit next time, we were not cramped in Faith’s unit at all. You just can’t beat the views!

Had a wonderful last minute getaway. Property just like photos and meticulously clean. As some others mention- it is nearby other units- however unobstructed view from living room, front yard and bedroom- making it seem very private. Kitchen with everything we needed, very comfortable main bedroom and lovely shower and stand-alone jacuzzi tub. Cozy gas fireplace and large tv with good cable and all the streaming stuff. If traveling with toddlers- we did have to temporarily move some decorations and recommend You bring some rubber bands to help deter some cabinet exploration on the kitchen island.
