Cabin 3 Update: Cabin 3 was a challenge! We started in September of 2019 and finished in early April 2020. It was carved out of solid rock from the side of a hill so we could get it situated for the perfect views. It is the same exact floor plan and layout as Cabin 2. Corona virus slowed us down on getting it fully furnished (but it is fully furnished now) but it has turned out to be the most popular cabin with the best views! Please note that Cabin 3 does not have a television. The first two cabins have excellent WIFI. The third cabin does not have a strong signal because of the proximity from the routers. We are working on bringing the third cabin strong WIFI signal, so please sit tight and be patient with us!
Heated pool. The entire pool can be heated to bathwater-like temperatures in the Winter for an added fee and must be paid in advance. The fee is subject to change depending on propane costs. If conditions are really poor this is not a great experience so check with me prior to departure to see what the weather is doing. Central Texas has mostly mild Winters but does get an occasional cold snap. The owner reserves the right to strongly dissuade guests from heating the pool if weather conditions are poor or for any other reasons.
Jacuzzi. We have a jacuzzi on the patio of the first cabin. The owner reserves the right to strongly dissuade guests from using the jacuzzi during harsh weather conditions or for any other reasons.

This was the perfect rental for our family reunion. Very clean , wonderful views , and a beautiful pool. The back porch with a table that seated our entire family of 24 was great. Cooking out on the gas grill was very convenient for us. Let’s not forget the clean hot tub . We would return for sure !

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 18 of us best friends and were able to all dethaw from winter and enjoy the pool and overall property which was beautiful. While the river is dried up, lake travis is a short distance away to get on the water. The host was communicative and helpful and this was a great property to grill out, drink beers, and enjoy each others company. A group of our size lots of folks had to pair up on the sleeping arrangements, but the beds were comfortable with ample space and the A/C was great. We also really enjoyed the fire pit! Thanks for hosting us, we would come back!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this property and did not want to leave! I hosted my children's first communion and the large patio table sat the ideal amount of adults and children for brunch and dinner. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer, especially the breath taking views off the infinity pool. The property was very clean and smelled so nice. I highly recommend staying here and if you need catering, we used Bay Kitchen's Catering. The food was absolutely delicious!

Our family hosted a large group of teenagers for a birthday weekend here in May, and this property could not have been more perfect. The main house was a great size, with comfy couches, a large dining table for card games/eating, a large walk in modern shower, and each bedroom there had comfy mattresses. The additional two separate cabins were top notch, each with well appointed kitchen spaces, more comfy couches and plenty of beds. As great as all those places are, the real highlight here is the outdoor space - from the rustic open area to explore, the breathtaking views, and the AMAZING outdoor patio area for games, lounging, eating, listening to music on a super sound system, and you still have a wonderful pool to top it off. We've done a trip like this a few times now and this was BY FAR the best place we've ever been lucky enough to stay in. The owners were super responsive to every question we had and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The property location is conveniently just a quick trip to town for any needed supplies. We're only sad that we had to leave when the weekend was up.

We had a large group of family and friends’ age ranging from 14-84 years old, and a dog. Everyone enjoyed the stay at this property. Our host was very responsive to enquires. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the pet fee, but later found out there was a pet fee and it was included in the host fee. The back porch deck (covered) and huge seating/outdoor dining was the highlight of our stay with a beautiful backdrop of scenic view overlooking the pool. Location is great, not too far from Lago Vista. We have stayed few times around that area. The villa itself is secluded and we felt secure. Plenty of towels and more towels for the pool, bed were comfortable, with the best linen sheets. Our group enjoyed every bit of this property. Sad part of the stay was no one wanted to leave the Cabin. Minor cleaning issues, with cobwebs in the Main Cabin bedroom. There was a horrible smell of blood and I saw streaks of blood on the bottom of the fridge. Few suggestions, adding an electric kettle, a Keurig and few kitchen essentials aluminum foil and cling film could have been a great addition to the main kitchen. Bunk beds were a nice touch but the people sleeping on top was too close to the fan, just had to be extra careful. I think 3 bathroom was bit tight for a large group of 20-24 people. The steps towards the pool is bit scary but not slippery, thank god no one had any injuries. Overall our group had a great stay, highly recommend. Thank you Zoha.

The seperate cabins worked out ideal to accommodate the different groups when needed, and the main cabin patio and pool was perfect for all to gather together.
The views were amazing, sound system outside was wonderful, huge outdoor seating for our big meals, and nicely appointed cozy accommodations.

We had so much fun hosting our bachelor/ bachelorette weekend at this property! The batteries for the lock to the cabins stopped working but the maintenance guy Larry came immediately to fix it and was very friendly. There was no water in the lake because of the apparent rice farmers but it wasn’t an issue. The hot tub and the outdoor fireplace was a nice treat. We had everything we needed, everything was very comfortable, and everyone had a blast!

Beautiful peppery with all the amenities!
We were a group of 8 friends and stayed there for a long weekend. It had everything we needed and would be great for a countryside retreat. Only downside (for us, as we wanted to explore Austin) was the distance from the city , which was around 1 he drive each direction.
Other than that, the pool, hot tub and all other amenities were great (we barely cooked and ate at the property, and didn’t use the grills and smokers).

This lake house was amazing. Although the lake was completely dry the owner did alert us with ample time before stay. Each cabin was equipped with everything needed and main cabin had all essentials. The owner was very responsive when we asked him a question. Pool and hot tub were clean and outside grills and mini fridge were great.

We had a blast in the pool celebrating my moms birthday! The view was amazing!
There were plenty of spaces to sleep, and the host was very communicative! It is a nice place for a family to hang out. The river is dried out because of the draught.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The views 10/10. The pool was relaxing. The property manager was awesome! Our first day there we asked him about pool balls and there were none due to a prior guest and although they had already ordered some, he went and got some from the store for us to have same day! These are what led to my 4.0 review.
However, I’m not one to write negative reviews but when I received a rude message from Zoha, as if she were scolding me, I felt it was needed. We had a wedding reception here and our event company was unable to pick up the tables and chairs from our wedding (which was neatly consolidated and placed on the side of the cabin where the owners also had old furniture and a trailer sitting).
I was not aware that they were behind on pick ups as it was my coordinator who was communicating with both the rental company and the property owner. I understand this is frustrating as I too was frustrated when I found out. It was a surprise to me that they wouldn’t be picked up by 4 as well! However to scold me, tell me I’m ruining another guests experience and to tell me that it’s my responsibility to contact her not my vendor when my vendor was hired specifically to do all the coordinating?
I responded to her message to further discuss and also brought up some issues I had (to include my daughter getting injured at no fault of her own, but by the owners faulty furniture) and got NO RESPONSE.
If it weren’t for that, it’d be 5 stars.

Lovely time with family!! It was a disappointment that there is no water in the canal of the lake. We didn’t know that until we arrived. It should be updated in the description. But we still had a great time!

Everything was so great about this trip! The property was so beautiful and the different cabins were so fun! My fiancé and I did a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip so we were able to have a cabin for the boys, girls, and couples! It’s close to a lot of things in town but far enough away that the nights super quiet and peaceful. The host was amazing as well and was available for any questions we had!
Thanks so much for making our trip so memorable!

We had such a fun bachelorette weekend at this VRBO in Marble Falls. The property was spectacular, and the views were incredible. We had such a fun time using the back patio, pool and hot tub amenities. The three cabins made the for a very spacious weekend.
Like several others have commented the lake in the pictures is non-existent but it's great to have the pool and hot tub on the property.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cabins only have three bathrooms. We had a large group and while this wasn't an issue, it would have been a little tight had we been there longer than a weekend.

Everything about our stay was amazing, including communication with the property manager. Highly recommend for the view overlooking the scenery. If you are familiar with Austin climate, you know the water level of Lake Travis fluctuates but don’t let that deter you! The views are stunning!! The outdoor patio just adds to the ambiance and makes you want to stay there all day and night. But if you choose to take advantage of the bedrooms, the beds are incredibly comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I booked this for a birthday celebration of my brother-in-law along with some of the friends and family. We had a nice time during the stay, definitely a moment to cherish. Wonderful location and beautiful surroundings. The kids love the hot tub and pool too The cabins were spacious enough to accommodate everyone.

The property was great, the views were great.
When I booked the property I let the management company know that one of the reasons I chose this property was because there was a pool that could be heated. I sent a couple reminder messages including one on the Thursday and Friday we were checking in to have the pool heated tor Saturday. On Thursday she let me know it would be heated by noon and to send a message reminder on Friday. On Friday I messaged, She did not respond to me until I called Saturday morning between 9-10. She then let me know how busy her weekends are and that she could turn it on now and it would be ready by 1. I declined since it would cost me $200 and with the weather in the 40s I don’t believe that would have been enough time to have it warm. Very disappointing that one of the details I wanted to make sure was lined up was missed because the management company was busy.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the property. All of the houses were clean on arrival. The outdoor space was even better than expected. Due to the drought there isn’t a water view on the backside of the property. But everything else was a 10/10!! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Experience
No complaints about the location, the view and the pool! Other things are not really a complaint. It is no one's fault that the lake was almost non-existent in this draught. It did NOT ruin the view and the pool saved our stay for sure because there is no way to even be outside with the temps at 106 if you don't have a pool!! One disappointment was there is NO SHADE down at the pool. There needs to be umbrellas, etc. (we sent people to walmart and we brought in our own umbrellas). Otherwise the pool was an amazing experience - and the night swims were so special. Cabin 2 and 3 were so quaint and beautiful and are obviously more recent additions to the property. The main house is older but nice. And having an RO unit in the Kitchen was a PLUS!! Unfortunately it has an sugar ant problem (kitchen only) but we used peppermint oil all along the 'seams' to prevent them - they were more of a nuisance that you had to stay on top of. I'm sure the owner has been informed of this and will take some actions (or already has). Over all we had an amazing experience and created so many new family memories!!!
