Super Leute, ausgezeichnetes Hotel

Das beste Hotel in Islamabad! Sehr sauber, super nette Mitarbeiter. Sie helfen wo sie nur können, sehr guter Taxiservice und leckeres Frühstück, mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, kühl und dunkel, bester Schlaf überhaupt. Ich würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Safe and secure parking was a plus.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at [Hotel Name] fell short of expectations in several areas. Cleanliness: The room was unclean, with a dirty bathtub and a lack of basic amenities like soap. Missing Amenities: Advertised amenities like free bottled water and breakfast were unavailable due to staff shortages. Room Preparation: My room was not prepared as requested. Outdated Features: The TV in the room was old and outdated. The lack of basic amenities like soap and clean towels is concerning. Additionally, missing advertised features like breakfast was disappointing, especially since they were included in the reservation. While I understand staff shortages can occur, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance of any limitations. Suggestions: Increased focus on room cleanliness is crucial. A clear communication plan for managing guest expectations during staff shortages would be beneficial. Updating amenities like TVs would enhance the overall guest experience

The most idealistic location for the business i had to conduct.

Its a very old building, and the facilities are all very old. Imagine having a 30 years old tv in your room which doesn't even have a proper cable. Also, if you'd ask the staff for any favor, they'd straight away ask you for money. Like i asked him to just briefly press my shirt, he did a poor job and won't leave my room without taking money.

I checked off on my 2nd day I paid for 3 days in advance online but at the time of check out the counter person said they can't refund me, they deducted 1500 for food expenses and returned me only 1500rs Is it total refund?

Centrally located guest house with an amazing homely ethos with great staff and facilities.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating, any time I needed something they were able to source it and provide all amenities I needed. The ethos here is amazing as though I’m being hosted by my own family. will deffo stay again

Really frastereted they charge for free Airport shuttle, but the hotel charged me 3000 Rupees

The location was v. good, with Free Wifi available. The staff is helpful. Rooms were equipped with Air conditioning.

No Free toiletries only a small bar of soap, Breakfast was not as ok, Even not provided an iron to iron the cloth, Charged for Free Airport Shuttle (which was mentioned as free when I was booking through booking.com. No outside view.

Comfortable and spacious room with really helpful staff.

The City Lodge arranged a car for us to go to Nathia Galli and and Abbottabad which was fairly priced and really convenient for us.

Well the facilities that were mentioned in the add were perfectly delivered. Staff was quite cooperative. Food service is also satisfactory. In short in this price range that's very good and value to money .

A vibrant and welcoming ethos for everyone, would 100% stay again!

The place is centrally located and near to all the main areas of the city with good transport links. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and airbnbs but the ethos and vibes here are unmatched. You really feel like part of a family and the vibrant community of guests and hotel staff really make the stay. I would definitely stay here again when I visit. For an English speaking guest, they really do well to go above and beyond to all your needs and the service and ethos is amazing.

Exceptional

I have stayed in this Guest House for multiple days; It's less like a guest house and more like home. The staff is fantastic and very supportive, Specially the Hotel Manager, Mr. Sunny Abbassi. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. In addition, the guest house has transportation pick/drop from the Airport. I would highly recommend everyone to say in this GH.
