Temizlik süperdi

Konum. Çünkü yakın şehirleri de gezimize dahil ettiğimiz için tren istasyonuna yakın olmamız harika oldu. Ayrıca merkeze de yürüyerek gidebiliyorduk. Tesisin temizlik konusuna verdiği önemde muhteşemdi.

Çekyat tesise yakışmayacak kadar eski idi. Konakladığımız sürece maalesef çekyatı kapatmaya cesaret edemedik.

Very good

It was a well furnished, clean apartment that was exactly what we were looking for in staying a couple of nights. Would recommend.

There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, which wasn't enough for 3 nights/ 3 people. We had to buy some more. Nothing else bad though.

location, comfort, check in process, WhatsApp communication with staff, helpful answers and tips.

main street noise, windows should be closed, it is not a problem for winter time, while it is cold weather.

I enjoyed my stay, if they fix those two things I mentioned above it will be an excellent apartment

Comfortable stay, easy drive to different cities, location close to train station.

Located at the Center of Bologna 1 block away from Train station Parking is available on streets Acqua apartment is clean, has all the amenities needed (kitchenette and washer), water pressure and heater are in excellent condition, easy access by use of elevator. Beds are comfortable (thick foam mattress, three layered mattress protector), bed sheets are pressed and clean, no stains. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. Neighbors are quite.

Since it is located on busy street, you can hear traffic noises. Window shutters will help minimize the noise.

Good, no-frills apartment - a great choice for those making day-trips by train.

It is a compact & conveniently located apartment, well serviced by public transport. It's proximity to the train station worked very well for us since we had planned a number of day-trips by train. It was also very nice to be met at the door of the apartment building by the host's representative. Not only did he 'introduce' us to the apartment, he was available for problem-solving & very responsive to our requests. City maps were thoughtfully provided.

The single beds (which we had asked for) are rather small in size, though the mattress, pillows, line are comfortable & of good quality. The frying pans & some of the equipment provided are not compatible with the induction stove-top. This caused us some inconvenience.

Very nice apartment

Bright rooms,calm even tho its in the middle between train station and city center,nice bars and restaurants around. There is wash machine,climate system which are where important in the summer.Tv with internet,kitchen with oven.Supermarket is 5 min walking. Renovation is new.

Even if something was bothering me it was fixed immediately. Warmest thanks to Monika,she helped me with early check in on Sunday,also helped to order cleaning (i stayed long),was fixing everything i asked about,responds very fast,i ll definitely stop here if i am in Bologna again. Definitely better then hotels in this area.Food delivery is available to this adress almost from all the best restaurants.Huge park with a lot of trees 10 min by walk.

Nice stay

Recently renewed apartment, clean, stocked with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Great location, close to the old town and to the main station. Though in a busy intersection, windows manage to block most of the outside noise. Availability of the staff was good with little response time and willingness to help and offer solutions.

The hot water was rationed and limited, leaving not much for use (we were in 4 people). 5 minute showers for two people already drained the warmth and made it fairly unpleasant - even though described as sufficient for 4 comfortable showers.
