Nice

Great host, good communication nice safe facility with friendly staff would definitely stay again next time in the area. Fast internet fridge cooker microwave sofas dinner table felt at home would recommend

Palm Springs the place to be

I loved the privacy and structure of the rooms. Everything was top-notch and was of the highest quality and very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable 😌 the bedroom the kitchen and the bathroom was excellent the view was exceptional and it was very quiet and surean . The staff were super helpful and took time to explain the process of booking made sure everything was in order and ensure we arrived safely and gave us directions. And help us with the process of booking and getting in our rooms and were super patient and easy to deal with and we loved our experience

Place was very quiet and secure the security idea of how the place operates is one of a kind i give it 10 thumbs up.. Place is neat and clean kitchen lay out is fantastic.. it would have been ok if we were provided with some drinking water because of the summer heat.. But overall we were satisfied...

Couldn't turn on television with remote it took awhile and we had to unplugged it to get it turned off. Room wasn't that cool ceiling makes alot of noise

Great stay

The place was very clean and spacious We felt very safe whilst staying here everything you need is provided The place is exactly as described in the pictures We will definitely be staying again on our next trip

My stay was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and unappreciated.

The property is nothing like the pictures posted on the website. Andrew Green was the gentleman that came on site to assist us. He was very unwelcoming definitely not a people person. He made a simple check in so complicated. After an hour of trying to set up the codes for the door and the main gate we got to our room only to find out one of the codes he entered was wrong. The rooms are not clean and had a bad smell, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty as well as the bathroom towels and bath tub. Tried to go take a shower and there was no hot water called him and thats when he informed us there’s a switch that needs to be turned on before so we can get hot water. To conclude I recommend they spend less money on the technology and spend more upgrading the rooms.

The apartment was clean and in an ideal location but frustrating

The location was perfect the estate was good with it being a gated estate ecept the last few days when the gates were not working that i ended up having to park outside due to the amount of vehicles and the bad parking

The only room with A/C was the bedroom, no fan in the sitting area. If you opened the door flies came in so you keep it shut so you were burning up. The net on the bedroom window didn't fit so you couldn't open the window as mosquitoes would come in. The internet was shocking. The tv was internet based so you couldn't watch anything not even the local channels. I had to rely on my hard drive for my entertainment.

The location was great. Very quiet Not far from the main

I missed being able to have meals. Not everyone has a GPS so information to the location need land marks. I wish there was hot water for us to shower.

I was trapped in the room bathroom for more than 10mins on 2 different occasions, first occasion I had to call my partner to pull the door from outside, second occasion we both were in the bathroom I had to remove the door handle in order for us to come out. When I was leaving the property I had to wait more than 5mins for someone to come enter the gate code for me to leave.

It was very quite and cool and secure

The room needed to be freshen up, smell a little bit old ... no restaurant was on site... we where starving and it was after curfew . It’s a good thing we found a menu on the table called the number and the restaurant was next door are else we would have died of hunger .. oh next thing I could have sworn they listed ac rooms, it was a old Windtek fan that made noise when moved but apart from that we just tried to make our self comfy because there was both else we could do .... oh yea!! no toiletries but a tissue and 2 towels ... sigh for so much money y’all need to do better..
