Good guest house a few minutes drive from airport

Communication and help organising transfer from airport late at night was good. Very good price for bed and breakfast

Exceptional

Yamuna was a very good host and her guesthouse is up to the mark. The ratio price / quality is in traveller's favour. As our plane was taking off early morning, we used Bivora Villa in Negombo as a mid-point instead of stoppong over in Colombo on our way back from the country.

Breakfast was quite good. But please cover the food when served. There are flies inside the kitchen. Yamuna was very helpful and kind. So I enjoyed my stay:)

The fridge should be filled with fresh milk so that guest can make their own tea. Please keep the cleaning tissues for guests. Please give a welcome drink especially when the guests arrive on the first day.

Lovely host, room has everything one needs. Close to Restaurants etc. Drove us to the airport in the early Morning. Allday tea and water available😊

As the room did not meet my expectations (i.e. a garden view) i felt disappointed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, close to airport

I syayed in the single room downstairs. Unforrunately the single room with a garden view, as described in the room listing did not have a garden view. The bathroom is sub standard as it is not fully enclosed making it a haven for mosquitoes. There is no hot water in the attached bathroom. Breakfast was not as described in the listing. Communication between myself and the owner could have been improved. For example it would have been good to know that there was no hot water in the bathroom instead of waking up to discover this, what time breakfast would be, and that breakfast differs as to what was advertised. Also having wi fi details in each room would be helpful. Refer to photos attached to this post.

Room was amazing, clean and very comfortable, 10 minutes from the airport, beds was also nice, we had a tasty breakfast, the owner cooked it my herself! She took care of our us, we definitely will come back!

Extremely nice hosts who attended our needs. We came pretty late in the night and it was no problem. The hosts were also really helpful with organizing a driver for us.

The only thing we could mention here is that the accommodation could be a bit cleaner. Also, we were a bit disappointed that we didn't get Sri Lankan breakfast.

Quiet, pretty sanctuary

Yamuna is the owner/staff of this beautiful guesthouse. She provided exceptional care of everything. I originally booked with breakfast, but expanded that to full board as I found the food delicious and exceptionally spicy 🥵...loved it. The house was very quietly located in an otherwise pretty busy area. The shared bathroom was spacious and fully equipped with a nice shower (hot/cold). My room was a beautiful and brand new twin room with full shelves and drying rack.

I truly liked everything. This was my best travel accommodation experience of this past year, and I have had some good stays and places.

Excellent location close to the airport. Great clean and comfortable home. There is tea and coffee, everything you need to spend time with your family. Hot water. The yard is large where you can park your car. I liked everything very much, I recommend

Very good!

The Villa is only a 10min ride from the airport which makes it the perfect location when arriving or leaving Sri Lanka! The host was very nice and would have even made breakfast for us at 5am if we asked for it! Rooms are very clean and comfy.
